I normally go to the one on Rancier but they had found me some coffee tables that I had to pick up at Ft. Hood St. location which was not a problem. When I entered the Ft. Hood St. store the lady saw me come in, looked at me and then turned away to go to wherever she was going. I then had to wait approximately 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I have never had this problem at Rancier location. I have seen them insanely busy and still greet us and ask us to give them a second and they will be able to help. Anyways, after the wait the gentleman kindly apologized and asked me to give him a minute as he had to pick up a call. As he was on the phone the lady came back from the back and still saw me there waiting and did absolutely nothing. This has been the second time I have gone to that store for a pick up and she has been needs to be either retrained on her rudeCustomer service or if shes unhappy being there....she needs to go because the service from her was horrible.

Went in for a refrigerator BECAUSE I DID MOT WAMT TO RENT ONE....BUT WANTED AN OUTRIGHT BUY...SOME FAT LADY DIDNT GIVE ME THE TIME OF DAY.......

Helpful staff that assist in a timely manner! I would recommend anyone in the area stop by and get appliances or furniture from them. Francis is the best! Personable and knowledgeable. Five outta five stars is an understatement :]

Again came to the rescue. We arrived before our movers arrived and the R A. C team got beds, couches, air conditioner out to us the next day at a fair price. I have been a customer for close to 30 years on several items and locations across the country. Always a pleasure when working with them

Great customer service! I got a Livingroom and just moved to town with nothing to sit on and they decided to stay after work and deliver for me! They didnt have to but they sure made my day. I have dealt with Rent A Center in other states but this one is by far my favorite.

Do not rent nothing here cause I had bedbugs twice. And Don said its not come from them but well I explain to him that my house is not dirty. When I move in last year. I didnt have any bedbugs at all till I started to rent with them.

The first time in they were very helpful. But when it came down to delivery it was two new guys whom didnt know much about the product. I practically installed a washer and dryer for them. And the dryer was scratched but replaced the next day. In return they called early in the morning about payment due. I pay my bills on time and have for years. Only suggestion is be cautious when using these guys. Other than that they are a good group of people.

UPDATE:After searching for couch’s and finding nothing, I decided to try them again because I’ve used them before without issues. I am now renting a new set of couch’s with two weeks free. I was shown them in the plastic in the back and they delivered in the box’s, in the plastic and set them up in front of me. I am a happy customer again, but I do suggest checking anything out before bringing in your home.If I could give no stars I would. Had couch’s delivered an upon moving them around my living room a cockroach fell out and someone’s Advil bottle of pills was in between the cushions. Won’t come and get them until 3-5 the next day.*edit to add that they came about 9:15 the next morning and got them quickly. I am thankful for that, but stil disgusted.

Patricia was fantastic! She really helped us out to the max! I got the washer/dryer I wanted and my husband got the sofa/couch he wanted at an amazing price and we are completely satisfied!!

Completely rude and their sales are a RIP off..... you pay your money but they want to hold your products for a week and then charge you another week!!!!

ItsI no wonder this place has a 2.8 rating! Between the rudeness of the employees here(hassling sarcastic rude phone calls) and their bogus repo threats, InI ready to own this stuff and shun rent a center forever. IllI go with Aarons next time!

This place was great I paid them monthly dues on the first of every month so I dont have to remember every week the one time I couldnt do it this month after a year and 3 months of payments that were 487.00 a month never late we were two weeks off I lost my phone and I come home one day with a shifty note on my door talking about payment no longer option we want washer and dryer back TODAY is exactly what it said and yes they put today in all caps I couldnt believe this after all the good past I have had with then I never thought Don and his crew would be so cruel guess they are just money hungry too its sad I thought they were great people for so long !!!! GO ELSEWHERE ITS A JOKE.
