The worst store! There is no customer service, no steady hours. I had to use my 90 day warranty on my washer, it stopped draining water. I call them and it takes them over a week to pick up the washer after the date they originally gave me. Now I understand this is a family business and Im a full supporter of it so I understand if it takes a little longer but communication is key to customer service. They said it would be done in 3 days. After calling for over a week and a half they tell me they are waiting for a part to come in, again I would understand if they called and informer me. A few days pass and they call saying its ready and deliver it with an extended 90 day warranty, made my husband and I very happy since hes deployed.The very same day they delivered it I throw in a load and the washing machine fills up and thats it. I call, leave a message. I take a closer look at the paperwork and the extended warranty was only for 30 days! I call and leave messages every single day after that with no response at all. I go to the store and its closed. I finally get a response last week and the owners wife informs me they had a shortage of staff and her employees were sick but would call when they are open again. I call every day after that and nothing. Today I talk to the owners wife, says shes been there all weekend and no one called. Told me I never called or spoke with her. I give her information she previously gave me and admitted they did not re-open until today. She would call when they are able to pick up...Now Ive written down the names of all the people Ive talked to on the phone, took pictures of the call longs, kept track of dates and shown up to the shop every day! Now Im not asking for a refund, which they dont do. I just want a washing machine that works! Thats what I payed for thats what I expect. This shop gives a bad name to small family businesses. There are hundreds of military families in this area. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Im sorry I ever did.

Did the lay away payment and when I had made my first payment they told me delivery would b within 3 days. Paid it off and then they told me delivery would b 3-6 days. Its been 7 days now and they claim they cant give me a date when its going to be delivered. If they did refunds I would be in the store right now getting my money back. Do not recommend this place and after reading the other reviews about appliances that needed repairs.. I wish I had never gone there myself.

Do not do business!!!!! Very disappointed! I was sold a washer that does not drain water. They have given me the run around for weeks and then has a guy call me on a holiday and say am I available right then and there. I told them I would be back the next day and they said they would call me. Never got the call and its been 4 days. They told me every excuse. Family sick, you name it!

Theyve had our washer for five days now and whenever my wife calls asking about our washer she is told she will get a call back. Yesterday specifically she was told she would get a call back from a man named Gus in 10 minutes after he was going to supposedly ask specifically about our washer at the owners house, yet no call. When I drove by after work within their normal business hours they were not even open. Not only did it take them days to honor their warranty and find someone to come pick up our washer after we experienced a problem with it, now they do not seem to want to give it back. And all Ive really been asking for is an UPDATE.

I wish you could give less than 1 star. GO AWAY from this company. This is managed by something called Home Service Magic? SCAM RUN AWAY. SCAM

These people are scammers. They advertise that they will warranty the appliances you purchase--until youre signing the purchase agreement. THEN suddenly they cant give the warranty because theyre moving, etc. Once youve paid for delivery and installation, youre told its going to be 3 to 6 business days. Okay. They call the day of delivery to say it stopped working SO theyre going to send another appliance. Can you say Bait and switch? The fridge side works, but the freezer doesnt. No warranty, no refunds. Even though THEY broke the contract. Should be run out of business for taking advantage of people, not to mention the scams and deceptions.

If I could I would not give any stars!!! Do not buy from this place ! Especially dont buy a Samsung! Im sure they know they have so many issues and the 100 day warranty is bs! I got a brand new was and dryer and my dryer stopped working and now Im screwed... cause I couldnt find my receipt and they supposedly dont have on had her accountant has it but It dont matter cause I still need urs lol...so yea now I need to fix my dryer even though mine is just a few months old! And they wanna charge a arm and a leg to fix it ! So if u wanna buy something brand new buy it from a place that has a long warranty! Like sears! And dont buy Samsung dryer! I wish I would have just bought it at Sears! But you learn
