I just had one of their house blends cigar and I must say it was quite a treat. Stayed lit from start to finish. I know someone left a review about having to relight a few times so he based his review by that and price. I will agree that hey are proud of their prices but with that said I have had 40 Cuban that I had to relight and Romeo and Juliet Bahia reserves Monte Christo just a name a few. You always run into a few name brand cigars that had a bad batch for the most part I’m quite satisfied with the cigars from here

Average at best. For $20 they should build a way better stick. I’ll give a 3 star but should be a solid 2.5, especially for the price. I have to keep relighting. Doesn’t burn well despite a pretty good draw. It’s just ok. Not a fan.

The gentleman that works there is excellent! Great service, very good cigar. Nice place to actually sit and enjoy the cigar. It is on Duval Street just up and on the other side from Walgreens. Grabbed a coffee across the street from Cuban Coffee Queen brought it over and enjoyed a cigar on a perfect Sunday!

I picked up some cigars from this place And a few other of the shops nearby as well. The gentleman who assisted me suggested a few of their premium cigars which I have been very happy with. They burn very evenly And have that deep classic cigar aroma. I’ve kept my cigars stored in my humidor at 70% humidity. I have not had to relight any one of the cigars. I would highly suggest Grabbing a couple of their premium cigars and giving them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I do not enjoy posting negative reviews. Fortunately, I rarely have to. However, I recently received my cigar order from Island Cigar Factory. I promptly placed the cigars in my humidor which was empty at the time. The next time I opened my humidor I was astonished to see bugs in there. Upon inspection of the cigars, I found small holes in several of them. I called Island Cigar Factory, but no one answered so I left a message. 3 days later, since no one had returned my call, I left a second message, again explaining the nature of the issue. I have not yet received a return call from Island Cigar Factory regarding my issue

Cheaply made tasteless cigars for tourists. If you like good cigars, stay away. This place is for tourists who know nothing about cigars.

Received these smokes as a gift from a buddy of mine. I read the little insert that came with them which talked about how this store is one of the oldest on the keys. The marketing was a nice touch; however, the cigars really lacked the quality I would have assumed would have came with the price point. Overall these are low to mid range tobaccos and are rather mild in flavor. Probably more what a swisher or King Edward guy or a budget smoker would consider to be great cigars. You will wake up with that cigar aftertaste typical of lower quality cihars. With that being said, they do have great aging potential, I would say a wheel after about 2-3 years might make an absolutely great smoke which could be a decent value if you have the humidor space and are willing to wait.

Great selection of cigars. Its was fun for me because I dont know much about cigars and the the last working there told me all kinds of cool information. My husband left here very happy with his purchases. I left here with some knowledge about cigars.

My husband was getting ready to smoke 1 of his multiple cigars And noticed a small hole in the side, upon inspection a bug crawled out!!!!!!!!We were in Key West about 10 weeks ago, mid October to be exact, when we bought these cigars.He was so excited to have been able to purchase them, now we are concerns not only about his health but our home environment!

The gentleman who was filling for the day was extremely helpful. I’m just starting out with smoking cigars and he advised me of really good flavors to start out with. The guy gave me his card and told me about online deals. He was extremely nice to my wife and I and we had a wonderful experience in the store. When we go back to Key West, this will definitely be the cigar shop that we purchase our cigars from.

Cigar was dry and had 3 holes. I should have known better walking into a cagar shop that doesnt have enough humidor space to store there cigars. The staff was nice enough try to make it right bit, every cigar on the self is dry.

We had the best experience at every visit. Best customer service and attention. Lots of choices and fresh cigars. Moses the manager knows his cigars and has cold bottled Cokes & Fantas on hand. I went in knowing nothing about cigars to buy a gift for a knowledgeable friend. This sounds like a gag, doesn’t it!? I said I want to spend fifty bucks to make him happy. The store clerk was completely brilliant and I’m glad to say I tipped her. I picked a lovely box and she wrapped the cigars.My buddy told me these were the best he’s ever smoked. And he’s traveled the world smoking expensive tobacco. He’s written a book on cigar smoking (Jack Riepe). He raves about them.All I can tell you is if you want cigars buy them here. Especially if you know nothing about tobacco. They aren’t bitter they are perfectly wrapped and they burn perfectly. I don’t think he was just being polite either.

My wife and I visited the store when the cruise ship we were on stopped in key West. The sales girl was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product and what we were looking for. We had never bought cigars before and was ask by a friend to pick up a few for him. He was very pleased with the ones we brought home for him. We didnt buy on price we wanted a quality product. Good service, but cigars are mediocre at best.They mainly sell Rafael Fuentes cigars, a private label. The cigars have a Cuban leaf and Dominican rolled. Just not a great smoke. I should have known, since there wasnt a humidor in the place. But I gave it a shot anyway, since I wanted to try something new. For what they charge for these cigars, I definitely recommend going to another shop and buying something youve heard of.

They sell Rafael Fuentes cigars and NOO HUMIDOR to keep them fresh! But the cigars they sell isnt cheap at all. I was looking at buying 2 Rafael Fuentes cigars for $30 dollars and looks kinda dried out. Cigars there are a little expensive. Time to look somewhere else!!!

Just bought $125 worth of cigars as a wedding gift. Theres holes in the cigars where the bugs live and after leaving them in a cigar box, the bugs are out crawling around now. These are disgusting! This was also the new cigars that came in after Irma.

Large selection, that I liked, just way to over priced. As a local, its NOT worth my time when I can go down towards 0 Duval st an save $2-3 dollars on every cigar that are as good if not better. Even though Island Cigar shop is closer to where I live.

So I told her that this is false selling, because nothing in this store is from Cuba.She told me that I am wrong, I said how an I wrong? Youre selling items in this store with Cuban photographs all over these boxes, but yet the Cigars are from Dominican Republic.
