Visited the shop briefly mid July 2021 for the first time since 2019. The inventory has dwindled significantly and I did not see anything I wanted to try. On the good side, ample selection of LFD cigars which, in my opinion, are top of the line. Maybe next time.

This is by far the best cigar shop in Key West! (I went to them all) Mark is very friendly, informative and personable. He has an awesome selection of premium cigars at very fair prices. I highly recommend !

Less then the blue moon, I celebrate certain DO General military victories after a successful campaign, by smoking the rare cigar from here.DO General MacQuarriepsss I lost the last one you gifted me and was so sorry when I had finally earned my celebratory cigar. Im just about ready for the next celebratory one will plan on dropping by.

We went in here the other day. Mark was very friendly and informative. He took his time to help us out and make sure we had a good experience. The cigars that we got were great.

The hand rolled cigars here are great. I made the mistake of not buying a box. As far as customer service, it’s lacking. I believe the COVID-19 pandemic has everyone in the Keys on edge. As a tourist following all the guidelines set by the county, I didn’t feel welcomed in this store and most businesses in Key West. I visited this store numerous times before the pandemic and it was great experience every time. Stay away from this store and the Florida Keys until this pandemic is over. The locals do not want you or your business here.

Definitely a must stop shop for any cigar enthusiast visiting Key West and Malory Square in particular. Mark and the rest of the staff will take care of your needs and questions with their solid selections.

Very interesting experience. The owner?! Mark took 30+ minutes to inform me about the various cigars at this place. I am an insane noob at the smokes, yet he tried not to sell me the most expensive ones but tried to find cigars my Dad and I would enjoy. In fact when I tried to chose an expensive cigar he diverted me towards a cheaper one that he thought suited us more.A year later I may say he was exactly right. We enjoyed (the big majority of) the cigars he recommended very much and also I saved quite some money from my original selection. I even got a cigar box for free.Its seldom I use these words nowadays, but this guy knows his stuff, is extremely honest and charismatic and may even lecture you (if youre not a tobacco enthusiast in the first place).For a thorough review I waited until we smoked the 20+ cigars I bought. I can (in retrospect) unconditionally recommend this place as of September 2017...

I loved the idea that it was so close to the tram to the ship, so I figured Id buy one or two cigars from them. Already bought my Cubans in Nassau that were safe in my humidor aboard. I had room for one pocket and one for my fingers. After walking around for an hour, I found this place, which was a little bit tricky being inside a restaurant, I was greeted by the manager. He showed me where to find the good stuff, I already had an idea of what I wanted. We talked Nicaragua vs. Cuba vs. Republica Dominica tobaccos as I bought two favorites: an LFD triple ligero, and an Oliva V Melanio. Then he showed me this great cigar tool, the Modus II (which could be a Roman numeral). Combines a drawpoker, a nubulator and a punch in something about the size of a toothbrush, beautifully machined and fabricated. Not cheap, but worth it! All in all, I really liked the selection of accessories as well as their premium cigars. Thumbs up!

I visit this store each December. Mark is the best. I cannot imagine visiting Key West and not going here at least 4 times a week!! Dont miss this place!!!

I walked in and accidentally walked directly to what I came in to buy. I assume the gentleman that helped me was the owner. Had a quick talk with him while I paid and the cigar was well kept and greatly enjoyed.I wish every shopping experience could be that easy.

As a heads up, this place is not where it says on google maps. It was on the Southside of the building that the westins restaurant was on. Not sure if they moved. I looked for it once, but stumbled upon it later on. I walked into the store and the one employee(which wasnt the owner) tried to help me. It didnt seem that they knew a whole lot about cigars. I wanted to try one of their advertised hand rolled cigars. I picked one out. Im not sure who makes them, but it was not good at all. I think I only smoked it for about 5-10 minutes and that was all I could take of it. There are much better places to go for cigars in key west.
