Lots of cigar spots in KW. This place is awesome. A large cigar humidor to browse the cigars offering. A indoor comfy lounge and a bar to boot. And a side walk puffing area. too. Sandra’s attention to detail is obvious! U gotta check the Green Street Cigar Company out.

The ladies who assisted me was very knowledgeable and helped me pinpoint exactly what I was searching for. The cigar humidifier room was large with a large amount of different selections in size and price. The lady working said this was the only cigar shop in Key West with a humidifier. Unfortunately, I am unable to fact check that. But I do know that my time in the store was pleasant and I am confident the cigars I purchased are the perfect ones for what I was searching for because of the attention the lady gave me to answer all of my questions.

Amazing atmosphere and great cigars! They have an excellent selection of cigars with a top of the line humidor room. The staff is extremely friendly and we had an excellent chat with them while smoking our cigars at their bar.

A small family owned/operated business who has risen above the tourist crowd. Welcoming and a great selection of cigars to suit your tastes. Definitely on my short list of great Key West finds. Thank you for the hospitality.

My wife and cousin came from NYC to visit Key West. We are true cigar smokers so we went to patronize this cigar location. At first, it seemed okay. Then....it was just one issue after the other. The selection was decent to say the least. Then, there was no ice to cool any libation that youd bring in. After we realized this, we decided to get wine because we werent even offered glasses for our own libations. So we brought a total of 6 sticks, n then sat down to indulge. So as we prepared to re-enter the humidor for additional sticks, my cousin politely informed the worker that his personal torche was empty of fuel and would he mind refueling it for him. The guy told us that we would have to buy an entire new canister of fuel. My cousin and I have smoked in literally hundreds of cigar lounges all over. Internationally as well. Its always been a courtesy...especially when youre spending over $200 in sticks. I have some other friends n family that are definitely already planning a trip to Key West, and I will definitely advise them not to patronize this location. People are tourist around this area, so to ask someone to spend $ on a large canister of fluid to simply refuel a torche once is not only a slap in the face, its insulting and also bad for business. We had planned on spending another few hundred $ until they treated my cousin in this way. I recommend to any true cigar smokers or even new ones, DO NOT patronize this place. Dont support people that treat customers in this way n try to get at much money from them as they can. Not cool.

Most knowledgeable person my man Keeenan brought me in the cigar room and was chalk full of cigar history and information Ive never heard of. HIGHLY recommend this place for a pit stop while running errands!!!

Only place I could find in town with quality brand name cigars stored in a humidor. Prices are decent and quality way better than the touristy no-name cigar stands around town. Don’t waste your time in search of a decent cigar like I did...just come here

Very poor customer service. I walked in and the ladies said what do you want. Now I know I look like a amateur but what the F?%$ . She started saying how much I had to spend then she stopped and said they are closed...but the sign said 8pm it was 6:39pm. I really felt that I was being profiled. This was the only cigar spot I was looking forward to going to on my trip to key west. My advice as a cigar label owner skip this place all together. I was about to spend over $200 on other sticks. Super helpful staff. Took the time to “school” me about the cigars I was looking at. I gave them a budget amount per cigar and that’s where we stayed. Will go back there when in Key West.

Went here last week and was directed by the owner(?) to have an employee go in the humidor with my husband and pick out cigars(but not allowed to touch) because of covid...understandable but a guy walked in right behind my husband and touched the cigars he wanted while the owner smiled and waved him on. Not very welcoming. We were going to stay and have beer but quickly decided against it.

Nice cigar bar where you can grab a beer. Friendly knowledgeable staff will help you pair your brew and your smoke. Clientele were friendly too. Had a great time. Something distinctly Key West to do while visiting. Dont pass it up.

Great lounge near Duval. I started most of my days here with a cigar and a beer. Their lounge is laid back but very nice. Humidor was large enough to walk a full circle in. We opted for their house Connecticut wrapped toro. I have smoked many cigars, and make it a habit to smoke cigars rated as “cigar of the year” by cigar aficionado. I rarely buy more than 1 of anything because I always want to try something new. When I say that the house blend Greene street cigar has the best draw of any cigar I have ever smoked I am not exaggerating. It has the smoothest most effortless draw. Every cigar I smoked burned perfectly. They produced a large amount of smoke without ever burning hot or bitter. If you are a cigar lover this place is a must, and their house cigars are a must. I enjoyed them so much that I ordered a box to be shipped back to my home in St. Louis, MO. Key West is a perfect place to sit back for a smoke and Greene Street Cigar is the perfect place to do it at.

Greene Street Cigar Co. had a nice selection of cigars to choose from. I was able to restock on cigars and enjoy the unexpected beer on tap. Very friendly staff who spent time helping me find exactly what I wanted. Definitely on my list of must visit places in Key West.

Great cigar shop, very relaxed atmosphere! Ray was working and was great to talk with. We bought some of their cigars to take home with us after smoking one there. We will definitely go back. They do only serve wine and beer, which was totally fine with us.

If your looking for a cigar you havent tried yet, this place is for you. Most reasonable cigars Ive come across in town and Im A local, so Ive seen my fair share of cigar shops. Doesnt have the largest selection of cigars but a its very diversified. Just like everyone else mentioned its a quiet, chill place to hang for a second an have a beer.

This is the place to go if you want to have access to multiple brands of cigars on key west. I walked in and was immediately met by Matt. We got to talking a bit and going over their cigar selection. I know what I like in cigars, so he immediately recommended me several different kinds according to my tastes. They also have several beers on tap, I think they have wine too. Unfortunately I was just walking by and didnt have time to have a beer and smoke a cigar in the lounge. A good place on the island for multiple brands of cigars.

Stopped by here during a cruise. My wife and I had a wonderful visit with the very helpful and friendly bartender, Tyler. They have an excellent selection of great cigars and beers. Do ask Tyler for the sweet espresso that he makes.... Its wonderful.!!!

My husband loved it here and so did I (and Im not even a smoker). Family owned and operated. Staff so knowledgeable its hard to believe. Whether one stops in just for a relaxing time or to talk cigars, this place will impress. Not stuffy, but VERY pleasing décor and the largest walk-in humidor in SW Florida. WHAT A SELECTION! Be sure to converse with the staff about origin, wrappers, quality, brands... I found it fascinating. Try a glass of Taylor 20-year port with a fine cigar.... Parking on street or just behind.

The night of my brothers wedding I realized we only had one cigar and sent a couple guys out with some cash to get more. They went to Greene Street and said the guy was super helpful and got us the best cigars we could get for the money. These guys are awesome

Greene Street Cigar & Cafe at 540 Greene Street is a nice place to go to have a smoke. I stop by when in town to see if they have my favorite, La Aroma de Cuba (robusto or torpedo) and they often do. folks there are patient and helpful.Prices are as expected for the area!

Best place to chill away from the duval st mess. Knowledgeable on cigars and very accommodating. You can even order food from Chicagos next door and have it brought over.
