My wife and I purchased a dining room table from Ashley and after it arrived we observed that the table top was unstable and shifted when applying weight to the surface. I called the individual who sold us the table and asked if the store model did the same thing. He stated that it did not. So Ashley had a furniture repair company send a technician on 08/06. Upon completion of their inspection, they said there was nothing they could do. So my request was to just get a replacement table and if it acts similarly, we will just live with it. When Ashleys warranty and service department called this morning, I spoke with Denise. She was very unprofessional and lacked quality customer service. Her comment was that there wasnt anything they could do. She had a rude demeanor and acted as if we should just live with the tables defect.
