Walked in, Josh helped me. SUPER nice & helpful! Had a very bad experience buying another mattress in December 2020 (spring broke after I bought it & the manager of that store told me that because it didn’t come with a warranty-which I was never told by the salesman, at the time), there was nothing they could do to help me. The bed dipped-I’ve had 3 back surgeries so a dipping mattress is unacceptable for me, & very painful. Brandon was very helpful and courteous. He told me I should get it in a few days. That night I got an email saying since it was not in stock I would get free complimentary delivery in 2 days! I have not had to buy a mattress for quite a while and found myself in a situation where I needed a new one as soon as possible. I found Mattress Warehouse in Kernersville by just driving by, stopped in to see what was available, and was very impressed by the selection in the store. In fact, when I was greeted by the sales person, Rachel Ward, as soon as I walked in the door, she asked how I was and I looked around and said overwhelmed. She was extremely helpful and friendly by showing me how they could help me determine which mattress would be best for me based on the results of a mattress test called bedMATCH that asked questions first and then evaluated my needs by having me lay on a special mattress in the position I sleep in. From that report we went to the mattresses that were recommended and the process was quick and took away all the confusion for me. It was a great shopping experience and if you go in, ask for Rachel because you will not regret it. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly...definitely an asset for this company.

Had shopped around at a few different mattress places. Went into Mattress Warehouse not expecting to buy a mattress from them. Worked with Ron and he put me through the bed match tester and we looked at numerous mattresses. Audretta suggested a Sealy Keaton II Hybrid and I was sold.I can honestly say, I had a great time with both sales reps. Both were knowledgeable and fun to deal with. I recommend.

We recently bought a mattress from this company the mattress had a bad odor we contacted the store to return to return the mattress and had it replaced well that did not they were very unprofessional very rude and could have served me a I will not do business with this company I still have the issue with the mattress nobody contacted us to try to resolve the I still havent received my refund or contacted from the to me that is very unprofessional for business especially in the time when businesses are suffering because of the virus but they do not take their customers very seriously so I would appreciate it if they would have contacted us we could resolve this problem
