Doing business with Mattress 2.0 has been a nightmare.I recently went into the store in Kernersville and bought a mattress. Jon, the owner of the company was at the store that day and convinced me to buy a Tempurpedic at the price of $3169.51. I had 90 days to try it out and if i didn’t like it i could return it or exchange it for another mattress. Unfortunately that mattress did not work for me and i decided to exchange it for another one. I went back into the store to take care of the exchange. The man at the store said he didn’t know how to do that and could i come back in a couple of hours when another employee would be there. I went back in a couple of hours and was told that the employee did not show up. He told me he spoke with a manager at another store and was told that if a customer wanted to return or exchange a mattress that they had to email the store owner. I had never heard of such a ridiculous policy. Normally you take care of the return or exchange at the store where you purchased the product. So in other words i had to email the owner who lives in St Louis just to m are an exchange and then wait for him to respond. I emailed the owner twice and got no response. I was told that he never got the email because i had sent them to the wrong email. When he finally did respond, the owner said he would take of my exchange and make sure that my credit card was refunded the difference. Days went by and i kept checking on my Visa card to see if the over 900 dollars was refunded to me. After 18 days still no refund. I called the Visa company and they confirmed it had never been refunded. I emailed the owner back and told him i was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and he responded the same day and said he would have the manager of the store call me. Randy the manager did call and said he was refunding me the 900 dollars that day. Now 4 days later and i still have no refund which was confirmed by the Visa company. This company has been an absolute nightmare and i will never do business with them in the future nor would i recommend them to anyone else.
