Super unprofessional! I purchased a defective mattress, that was under warranty so I visited the store to have it exchanged. The Mattress Outlet of Kernersville no longer carried this model because of the defect.The salesmen suggested a poorer quality mattress as a replacement. I was not interested in a downgrade. Since the store enforces a no refund policy I instead paid the additional fees to exchange for a model they did have in stock. I was informed the mattress would be delivered in 3 days. Since paying them it has been almost 2 weeks and I have not received my mattress. I’ve called the store and the owner. The owner does not answer calls. The store continues to say my mattress will be delivered tomorrow but I never receive calls or updates for reasons as to why I’m still not receiving my mattress for info. I shouldn’t have to wonder, guess, and continue reaching out to this company that has already been paid for a product I haven’t received. The company could be much more responsible, especially after payment, on communicating what is exactly going on. I feel they see this situation as an exchange and low priority. When the reality is the company stopped carrying the same mattress I originally purchased because there was clearly a problem with the product. I paid for the original, as well as the upgrade... the problem with the quality of inventory is not the customer’s responsibility. Overall I would not recommend shopping here. Extreme lack of initiative and communication is very unprofessional.

We have bought three mattress here over the years and have always been satisfied with the price and how nice they are. They have many different kinds of mattress from the old spring to the newer foam ones and even hybrid. They are a fraction of the cost of the big stores and they seem just as nice, we have been happy with all the mattresses we have bought here.

We purchased a king mattress, John from Mattress Outlet helped us make a decision and gave us a great deal that we couldnt refuse. 2 weeks now and our bed is amazing! The thought the mattress was a good deal. Gave them $20 because they had to order it. 2 weeks later I called and it was there on lay away. I was going to purchase or 90 days same as cash. He recommended I pick it up and they dont take the old mattress and box spring. It was a unprofessional experience. I looked elsewhere. They never ask if I wanted to buy it or anything about the mattress. Must of made enough money already. Ive lived any Kernersville my whole life and I try to stay in town to help businesses. I bought my mattress and box spring 2 years ago and it is still as soft and comfortable as when I got it! The owner is a nice man and has wonderful prices. He knew exactly what I was looking for.

I will start by saying I did have some issues...I ordered a king size bed. It came and did have some damage and wasnt nearly the comfort of the floor model.NOW with that being said I spoke through emails with Scotty the GM to remedy the situation..today the replacement arrived..my salesman Zach brought it and set it up. It was not an easy chore, but they got it up the stairs. He was very polite and professional throughout..I now have a mattress better than the one I wanted.I appreciate the time and effort that was put into our purchase.

We bought a mattress from here in March-April 2015 when we bought our home in High Point. We paid for their best King model, a bed frame, and got it delivered. The staff and process were great but what a AWFUL mattress. Before it was a year old it had ditches in it where we each sleep. Im 150lbs and my husband is 190lbs we are average size people and our newish mattress is nearly unusable. So disappointed. I would be very careful bargain shopping for a mattress again.

Ill get another one over there within the hour. In fact, just to make sure you are perfectly happy and in hopes you can feel comfortable referring us in the future, I am going to bring you the upgraded mattress you were looking at.And within the hour our new upgraded mattress arrived and the defective one was gone.I want to emphasize that at no point during my call did I meet resistance, arguments or anything other than an immediate apology and satisfactory resolution to the problem. Nor did I ask for the upgrade. Poor customer service resulted in a credit card dispute. The “manager and owner” had a piss-poor attitude, and made it clear that he could not care less about the customer. Well, American Express cared that you sold me the wrong bed frame, and they made you take the incorrect, still-in-the-box frame back. Don’t waste your time here, unless you like being mistreated and fighting a battle. Buyer Beware!!!

My experience was surprisingly great, Scottie is the regional manager and just letting him explain the difference of the mattress and the different of the core fabric. I learned so much more about mattress . So overall the experience was phenomenal and the price is very reasonable.

I hate to write this review, but I had very bad customer service experience at Mattress Outlet of Kernersville and felt someone from management should hear this.I am sure mattresses are great for there prices, but manager of this store was unprofessional, rude, and horrible. After the initlal sales pitch from him, I asked simply about return-policy, and he got pissed-off for no reason. If you dont have a return policy, you could just say so, but no need to treat customer in bad way or use certain words ( which I cannot mention here). I was ready to buy mattress but seeing his attitude, I refrained and wont recommend anyone else to buy. Even though mattresses looked good ( hence two stars ), management needs to discipline this person before losing anymore sales.

As I write this review I am laying on the most comfortable bed I have ever owned! My fiance and I thought we would only be able to go and look but walked out with a brand new memory foam bed.

The district manager followed us out the store and said well F** you and F*** her Too! Dont ever come back to my store. I was told district manager name was John Bannohan. He was upset bcz he were only looking, we not once did anything out of the way to this guy. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have reported to BBB and regional manager. Adding to my complaint I called the regional manager back to follow up on the issue and ask if this is John he rudely say no how can i help you. This company is a joke, rude, unprofessional, no values, not a decent human and a coward bcz he trying to cover up lies and actions. He says a district manager gave a completely different story.
