I would like to comment on and extraordinary customer service from a Verizon representative. Reece Welch helped me, for over 1.5 hrs yesterday to fix an issue. He even charged my phone to ensure it had a charge when iI left. Customer service is a lost art and the service that Reece provided is why i would not even consider T-Mobile. Reece answered all of my questions and went out of his way to find alternatives- Verizons you have a valued employee that needs to be recognized !

Tammy, Tammy, Tammy!!! I just wanted to say her name 3 times so that youll know her name!!! The absolute best!! I upgraded my phone back in May and there were some issues in the beginning (no fault of Tammys) however her patience and staying true to her word (which sometimes is very hard to find these days) is why I dont mind singing her praises. Tammy stayed in contact with me over 3 months to make sure I received credits for a trade-in that at one point I didnt think was going to happen. Its very rare that someone will keep in touch with you after a sale is made to ensure youre satisfied and receive what you were promised, Tammy is definitely the exception. Im sure all the reps at this store do a wonderful job however if youre asking me who you should ask for, hands down its TAMMY!!!! Thank you for staying in touch, I honestly had given up on thinking anything more would happen but your resilience, patience and awesome service let me know there are still good people that will stick by their word!! Cellular sales (Verizon Agent) is lucky to have you as an employee and I will make sure to come see you when my wife is ready to upgrade!! Thank you very much!!!!

Laura helped me open two new lines today. She was very helpful and knowledgeable of all aspects of the process from plans to accessories. She gives verizon a great name in my opinion. She was very honest and helpful in choosing the best phones and plans to suit our needs. I am not big on reviews in general but I felt she earned mine. Thanks again for your help Laura!

Got the new iphone last night and left the store. Got home could not access my gmail accounts due to 2 step verification tied to an old phone number and no other trusted devices other than the phone i JUST traded in. Called the store and Hunter was able to grab my phone from their safe, unpackage it and allow me to sign into it and get access to my gmail account so I could access it on my new phone. Giovanni also helped me out during the process of getting my new phone and trying to access my accounts. They were super nice and helpful, and did not get irritated by my 1000 questions. Thanks for saving me a HUGE headache!

In my opinion Verizon Wireless is by far the best cellular carrier that exist today. I have nothing but great things to say about the company as well as the retail store. The representative that assisted me was Tammy Laird. Tammy is a true professional, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her job, she also saved me a ton of money by helping me choose my new phone and picking the right plan for my needs. I took my son in this store to get a new iPhone SE 2020. We were close to completing the purchase and were then told there would be an additional $100 charge if he pays in full rather than getting on a payment plan. REALLY?!?!We left immediately. I’m sure the Apple store will gladly take our payment in full…. with no penalties.

After visiting 3 Verizon stores today and many frustrating minutes on the phone with the insurance company, we meet Laura at Verizon in Kernersville and she was amazing. It was effortless and a great experience.

My husbands phone stopped receiving calls all of a sudden. I was on with Verizon support 3 times and they finally said they would send a SIM card. But it would take 3-4 days. So he stepped into the store and was greeted by Chris Clifton. Chris spent hours working on the phone with Verizon support after a new SIM card wouldnt fix the problem (actually 2 SIM cards). He wouldnt give up. He called us to give us updates several times. The last time he called to tell us HE FIXED IT! Chris is one of those employees you wish you had working for you! Best customer service. Excellent communication. Thank you, Chris!

I purchased a phone online and picked it up at this store. I definitely loved the vibe. The staff was very personable and professional. What I liked most was they did not hound you with the selling but instead suggested items. I will be back to purchase more items. Im a new Verizon customer so this definitely left a great impression on me.

I went to the Kernersville Verizon store today feeling reluctant (defeated). I’d taken my new phone to another Verizon store earlier this week and felt I got very little assistance. I could not get the instructions I was handed to transfer my information to a new phone.Today I met Jordan Neal at the Kernersville store and his professionalism and helpfulness helped all reluctance to dissipate! Ill be honest. Tried to save my mom some money on her phone bill and still they are getting $70+ a month out of her. They are just trained to upsell on everything. Not the guys that work there fault just trying to push the corporate money machine.

Getting new phone for senior citizens is a STRESSFUL situation. My husband and I gave each other a pep talk before we went into the Verizon Store. It was a Sunday afternoon and amazingly, not very busy when we arrived. Jay was our salesman and he was a delight to work with. He asked What can I do for you? and I said, I need to add a new line, get an upgrade and reduce my bill Then, I laughed and said, Just kidding. But if you CAN do all that, Id be VERY impressed! He asked a lot of questions about our needs and preferences and we walked away with 2 new phones, a tweek to our bill and virtually no increase in our monthly payment. Now, thats what I call a MIRACLE! He was patient, made sure we had everything that we needed, and sent us our with smiles on our faces! Thanks, Jay!

Wow, talk about a wonderful experience, customer sensitive, knowledgeable, timely, My iPhone crashed, I was on with Apple almost five hours. Trying to restore it.. nothing .. not only does my phone work and all my pictures and data populated. I’m writing this review from the iPhone graveyard.. as it is a miracle that it restored after heat damage and Apple looping, and a failed restore by Apple Tech. Thank you for taking the time to care about my phone as much as me!!! I was so heart broken when I thought I lost everything.

I dropped my phone in water !! I went to the Verizon store in Kernerville where a young man named Jordan sold me a cell phone !! He was thorough & went thru everything with me ! I had to come back the next day because I am not that good with computers of any kind !! And a young lady named Mary helped me !! She is very good at her job also !! The manager of the store called me that evening to see that everything was Ok! I recommend this store highly !!

Steve Simmons helped my husband and I get purchase another iPhone. He was so professional and was so knowledgeable. Without him I don’t know we would have done to get his information retrieved from the iCloud. He got the right phone from us. He took his time with us and explained everything. Verizon needs more employees like Steve!

Galaxy 9 was ran over by equipment on site and I had to get a replacement quick. Specified REPEATEDLY that I needed a Micro SD slot for memory card and was told the Galaxy S20 5G UW had one. Found out it does NOT have an expansion slot, just the SIM tray with no SD slot. I informed the sales rep that as a contractor I need space for documents, pictures and spec sheets and am often in locations and buildings with no service so the SD card is essential.The following day Dustin reached out and went above and beyond to ensure I got a replacement phone that had an SD slot, Samsung 10, and made certain the phone met my expectations and requirements. Though it took an extra trip and time I am happy with the service and unit provided.

Fantastic experience buying an iPhone from this store specifically. Halfway through my experience an extremely irate customer was yelling and screaming at both employees and customers in the store, my sales associate Steven Simmons was able to both help me and managed to calm down the customer at the same time, he has also continually checked up on me to make sure the phone is working well and that I was satisfied with my purchase. the store atmosphere was nice too. 10/10.

This store does not have a greeter when you walk in and it can be confusing as to where you are supposed to go to get service. I am so thankful for Patrick Raynor. Even though the store was busy and he was assisting a customer, he was the only associate (out of about 8) to greet me, ask what I needed and offer me a seat while I waited to be helped. He was polite, professional, and went out of his way to be helpful and informative. If you need help with anything dealing with Verizon- go see Patrick Raynor. He single handedly earned these five stars.

In the Kernersville, NC location, Jeff L went above and beyond the call of duty. He found an item at different store and set up the item. He even offered to pick up the item as well to be picked up the next day. I will be going back to work with him again for all my Verizon needs!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Franklin Scott in moving from T-Mobile to Verizon a couple of weeks ago, just so I could have one bill for everything (FiOS, Cellular, etc.) . What made Frank special was his coordination of otherwise moving 3 devices to VZW REMOTELY (I live in NYC) with transparency. His customer service was top notch, communication proactive, and end pricing exceeded my expectations for what I wanted to pay for cellular service. I am working with Franklin now on moving my 6 person family living in other parts of the country to VZW and its goin even better than I imagined.

Had some issues with my wifes phone and Chase Pyrtle solved the issues within a few minutes. No more email and bluetooth problems. He was very professional with handling a very frustrated customer. Hats off to Chase!! Great job!

We were greeted by one of the associates, Jay Clarke, and he was so kind and patient with my mother. He quickly obtained the information we needed and wrote it down for us to take with us. Such wonderful customer service!! And the good news is that we went back to my house and she was able to retrieve her messages! Thank you, Jay Clarke!

GREAT service. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the all the products and even helped steer me in the right direction for which phone and service plan would best fit me. He explained the pros and cons of different phones and different service plans. I walked out with my new Iphone 11 and he was even able to save me $400 on the phone. The service that Jeff gave me was so good that I brought my wife in the next day to get her switched over to Verizon. I have a Verizon store 5 minutes from my house on the other side of Winston-Salem but, I would drive the extra 30 minutes every single time just to deal with Jeff at the Kernersville location.

My husband went in to cancel a line for a phone they have been charging us that is completely broken and to see if we could update our plan to unlimited. They literally told him they couldnt help him and that he needed to do everything online. Not sure what they are there for if they arent going to help their customers that come in?! Oh and the guy was extremely rude the whole time. Ridiculous.

Im always both excited to get a new phone, and dreading the process. Excited because, new phone. Dreading because its always a hassle. Pushy sales people, too many options, hidden fees. Not this time though.After having spoken with my salesman (Jay Lauck) a couple times previously while just browsing, I let him know when I would be coming in to finally make the leap. He scheduled me for an appointment so that there wouldnt be any pesky waiting.He already had some options and their prices ready, remembering some of my preferences after only brief conversations. He was honest about pros and cons, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and open with which deals were more likely to benefit my family.He was so helpful, I ended up adding a line of service, and finally getting my 13 year old the phone he had been begging for. When my husband started to balk at this, Jay respectfully explained the costs, the benefits, and the promotional deal to him. Even my grumpy husband couldnt say no!Side note on the grumpy husband. A few weeks later he spontaneously decides he wants a new phone of his own. I text Jay, and he meets us at another location more convenient to us, patiently waits while my husband takes way to long to decide, and then answers all of his questions until hes satisfied.Its service like this that keeps us coming back, and keeps us as long term customers.
