10/10 would recommend! I took my MacBook Air in for a battery replacement which was completed faster than expected. When I brought it home, my computer actually displayed several new issues which I was very concerned about. Macaulay was very nice and professional and took a look at it and even ran additional diagnostics at no charge. Computer is working great now and I really appreciate their making sure that the job was done right!

The employees at Triad Mac are truly wonderful, and they were really great to work with. They not only are reasonably priced, but they also keep you updated throughout the entire repair process. I had my 2012 MacBook Pro repaired there, and they offered to transfer the data on my 2012 MacBook for FREE to my new MacBook.

There are very few people I trust with my Mac. I went to the Apple store to have my battery replaced and they couldnt help me. They referred me to Triad Mac so I knew it had to be a good place to take it. I dropped it off and in about 2 hours received a call it was ready. Extremely nice staff and excellent work. My 7-year old Mac Book Pro lives again at a minimal cost!! It has been about a year and still works like new.

My iPhone wouldnt charge and came in this morning to get it fix. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. After about a ten minute cleaning my phone was fixed. They guys at Triad Mac did a great job helping me with my iMac. They were friendly and more than willing to answer any questions I had. My machine works great. The greatest thing was they could have sold me a part that they had ordered. Once they got inside the machine it was a minor issue and the part was not needed. I did not get my screen replaced but he was exceptionally honest with me because my phone was bent he said we can put one in it but its going to crack again and then he told me best and cheapest option would be a refurbish from apple he didnt try to pull a fast one on me at all

This company really understands CUSTOMER SERVICE! I took my 7 year old MacBook Pro in because it was running extremely slow. They did a diagnostic check and sent me an email report the same day. Sounds crazy, but it’s true. I decided to replace my failing hard drive with a 500 GB solid state hard drive for around $300.. And the work was completed in 2 days. I now have a laptop that functions like a brand new Mac for a fraction of the cost. I will definitely return to Triad Mac.

Had a great experience with Triadmac today. It started with a free consultation and diagnostics run on my wifes macbook pro. Done for no charge. While there I noticed they sold Apple routers. After a brief discussion with my wife after I got home, we decided to upgrade our old router. A phone call resulted in new professionally installed Apple router. It is wonderful to have such good Apple help close by. Definitely a 5 star operation.

As a photojournalist I rely on my Apple products to assist me when editing and processing my work, I recently had trouble with on of my desk top apple computers and called everyone in town to see what it would cost to fix the problem, To my surprise it wasnt cheap,Then I found Traid-Mac In Kernersville, NcAfter a brief conversation with one of their staff I was told to Bring it in and let them take a look at it and wouldnt be disappointed, I am glad I did so because my computer is working as it did when I bought it back in 2012 and the cost of the repair was so low even I couldnt believe it, If you have an apple computer that is out of warranty and need it fixed, I highly recommend this business you will not be disappointed.

AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! SO GLAD I FOUND THEM! I first met Marko from Triad Mac when he came to my home to save my network of Macs. Triad Mac was the first thing I thought of when we had so many issues crop up on our laptops. I brought in a multitude of problem Macs/Apple devices, all of which were repaired well, promptly and even with a little coaching for me, the not-so-savvy-consumer, as some of the problems were user related. With such great service, I went home and brought in another batch of devices for Triad Mac to examine. Now a regular customer, the last two visits were in utter panic from crashes and deadlines! Marko and Makauley (both from Triad Mac) saved the day, transferring data, fixing devices, coaching me and my daughter, etc.! I cant recommend them more!

Two reviews in one:1. They replaced the disk on my iMac 27 mid 2011. It was a spinning hdd and I shipped them the OWC SSD 1TB and they installed it and it ran great. They took the time to pay attention to details and get the utility to customize fan speeds installed and upgrade my memory. The Mac runs full tilt now and they emailed almost daily to update me on what was going on.2. The newsletter is actually useful. When I email them for a quick question, I get a thoughtful answer that is insightful and not just about buying a product or service from them. Triad Mac, you have my business!

My experiences with Triad Mac have been fantastic! Robert and his staff have guided me through challenges with my iMac, MacBook Air, iPad and iPhone - their operation and their function in iCloud. Most recently, Robert has been working with me on the new Photos application. His assistance has been invaluable to me as we converted several photo libraries into the new program and then uploaded them to iCloud - both processes would have been extremely difficult for me to accomplish. My iMAC’s AUDIO FUNCTION had completely failed. I took my computer to TRIAD MAC in Kernersville for troubleshooting. Within a day or two the tech determined my motherboard had failed, and that a new motherboard was needed. OUCH!Fortunately, my iMAC was still under my 3-year Applecare Warranty by just a few days. But unfortunately, TRIAD MAC is not an “Authorized Apple Repair Facility.” So I explained to the tech that I had to take my computer elsewhere. TRIAD MAC buttoned up my iMAC and it charged me a surprisingly reasonable diagnostic fee.I found TRIAD MACs technicians to be competent professionals who maintained excellent communications with me via phone and email. Now that my Applecare Warranty has expired, I would not hesitate to return to TRIAD MAC whenever my Apple gear is in need of service or repairs.
