Store was not open,waited till 10:30,nobody showed up. If store hours have changed,then it needs to be updated on store hour sign on door and on website

I went in the store to add a line and buy a phone the woman who says she was a manager was rude cursed me and pulled a gun on me and called the cops for no reason would not recommend this store the one on s main st is way better more phones and nice people!

We were for 7 hours and the service sucks and they obviously don’t care about the customers and still ended up with a defective new phone that would not connect to any WiFi whatsoever Boost also screwed over my 70 year old mom on the same day. She had to change her bank card just to keep them from taking her money even after she returned phone. Do not go to Kernersville Boost on or off of 66 highway I don’t believe that they deserve even one star

Go early or late if you are starting new servie to avoid a wait. The staff is friendly and greets you, unlike some other places. The coverage is great. They usually have in store specials, so check that out.

Well it was a first time trip there to purchase my phone I got a LG and Samsung . well I have had nothing but trouble with it. The lady who took care of us said put a screen protector. Well its not on there and my screen is cracked. Plus my battery never charged well. It does not stay charge long at all. Is there anything to help me.
