Every time I visit this game stop to do a device sell or trade whatever there computer is down or they don’t have money or whatever I’ve tried this location 8 different times with each the same result I won’t be returning and highly suggest others take there devises to a different location.

I recently purchased a used Xbox 360 system, and decided to stop in at the local GameStop (Kernersville) to see about picking up a few new games. Im really happy that I did! The friendly and helpful sales clerk pointed me straight to the section of games for my system, and I was pleased to see that they had a good selection to choose from. The clerk asked me what type of games I was interested in, and made a few suggestions based on my likes. When one game that she suggested wasnt in stock, she wrote down the name of it for me so I wouldnt forget it.I ended up buying two games, and will definitely return to this GameStop again when Im ready for more games! Thanks for the great shopping experience!

Gamestop has not had the best reputation in recent years, but this store is a gem. I have never once experienced a bad transaction or had any issues that werent resolved. I have gladly continued to give my business to this location, despite the fact that I moved and am much closer to 2 other Gamestop stores!

Friendly staff who try to be helpful. An assortment of games, systems, and peripherals, both, new and used. Used prices are sometimes so high, its better to get something brand new. Thats really my only gripe about this place. Other than that, they usually have whatever you need in stock and ready to sell. Quick transactions as well.

I love going to this specific GameStop. They always have what Im looking for and their staff is not only super friendly, but super knowledgeable. Theres one guy there, probably a manager who is just super amazing. I forget his name. Next time Im there Ill update the review with his name. GameStop is one of my daughters favorite stores. Her birthday is tomorrow she will be turning 15. My little princess is turning into a young lady I am so thankful that God gave me this child we are perfect together. She asked for one game but I snuck and got her something extra she will absolutely have a fit when she sees the other cuphead things that I got her. Had my power brick blow for the fist time ever on any Xbox and it just wouldnt work for me when I would plug it into the console after many troubleshooting attempts. The associate was awesome enough to test the power brick on my Xbox to make sure it was really the culprit and thankfully it was. I am a pro member so I saved $7 automatically and they also took my busted power brick as a trade-in for $20.50 so was able to save a lot on a pricey item. The pro membership really helped for such a random expense.

GameStop gets a bad rep these days, but the employees and manager here are ultra friendly.Typically theyre pressed to sell you the Power-Up Rewards membership,and at other GameStops, you can expect pushy salesmen/women.Not at this GameStop.I have great respect for this particular store and those who work here.
