We had patient and exceptional service at this location. Darien was very helpful as well as the entire team.

This is the only location I go to as the service has always been phenomenal. Darien is a tremendous help with his wealth of knowledge anytime I have questions about my phone/service. He goes above and beyond and takes the time to make sure my fiance and I both leave the store happy!

Duane and Darian are the best. They make sure that your concerns are settled before you leave the store. I was having an issue with my data not working properly. They ran some diagnostics to see if it was a tower problem. When they didnt see one, they decided to give me a new SIM card, with the understanding that if it still didnt solve my issue, to come back and they would do further investigation.

I dropped my phone in the washer last night at 2 am. At first the sound was not working at all. I could only hook up to blue tooth. Then it would not charge at all. The sound did start working again after leaving it in a bag of rice but it still would not charge. I went to this Metro PCS store to buy another phone. I have ALWAYS had horrible service with metro. I am always end up paying a ridiculous amount for fees and services. Treated horrible. The phones are always out of stock so you have to buy the more expensive models. I have thought about switching phone carriers numerous times but I pay $50.00 a month for 2 phones so I am not giving that up. I went in this store thinking I would get horrible customer service again and boy was I wrong. I immediately meant by the store employee Meg and I told her that I had dropped my phone in the washer and it would no longer charge and I needed to buy another phone. She took my phone right away and started working on it and fixed it for me for FREE. I was already thinking about an upgrade anyhow before all this so I decided to just go ahead and purchase another phone anyhow. Meg helped me choose the right phone and set it all up for me. She told me about her family and her love of video games while my husband and I waited for her to transfer my data. Meg was a very pleasant change from what I normally experience at Metro PCS. They need to have her give customer service lessons to the rest of the stores. I will never go to a different Metro PCS store no matter how far I have to travel. THANK YOU Meg!!!!!!!!Update:Went back to buy my husband the same phone and was meant by the manager Duane he helped me get the phone I wanted and had Nae help me get the phone hooked up. While he helped me with the purchase of some new ear buds and he helped me make sure they fit well connected them to my phone. Nae helped me find the perfect phone to get my little boy for his first ever cell phone. He is about to have the best birthday ever because of her. I have never experienced such wonderful customer service at a cell phone store. I was really thinking about changing carries but after finding this store that will never happen. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We decided to give our son Elijah his phone early and he is the happiest boyon earth right now.Update 2: I had a mishap with my phone. I was devastated. Joe helped to explain everything to me in a way that wasnt condescending or patronizing. My wife and I switched from Verizon to Metro two years ago and have not regretted it. There are rare times when the coverage is not 10/10, but overall its excellent at half the cost. When walking into the store, they are always helpful and knowledgeable. Joe spent a lot of time with me today, hes very giving of his time and makes sure all of your needs are met.

Jose went the extra mile multiple times for me! Even though I only bought a case and a screen protector from Metro, Jose helped me transfer my phone storage and set up a new phone that I brought in from elsewhere. They worked with me for two hours to untangle me from Sprint when they were being difficult. Had the phone I wanted in stock and were very friendly. Pricing is great. Data plan and service can’t be beat. Unfortunately the phone signal doesn’t work in my area, but it does where my daughter lives, so she’s keeping her phone. They have a 7 day grace period so I’m able to return mine. Hopefully phone signal will improve in my area soon because I love Metro.

Last time there to swap out phone due to it failing. They did not give me my phone stylist back (refurbished phones dont get new ones).When use it while we were there swapping data.I noticed it was gone and called the store. Joe said he had it and would hold till next week. I called today to come get it and Joe called me a liar said i never had it.And now i have to buy another one to fit my phone.Its just peachy when the place you spend money calls you a liar.Super disappointed (First time ever)

Every one of these guys at this location have helped me out at one time or another in the last few months during my transition from Sprint, which I was with for 12 years. They are very informative, helpful and patient. This is especially accurate in regards to Joe. He spent over 2 hours getting my parents switched over to metro pcs, which they decided to do after hearing how impressed I was with their coverage and customer service. Joe, though juggling multiple customers nearly the entire time, was incredibly attentive and patient with the many questions that were lobbed at him. Not to mention, he stayed past closing time to get them both taken care of. Check them out, ask for Joe!

The best cell phone store I have ever been to. Joe is a rockstar. He spent a lot of time answering all our questions and we saved about 4 times as much money as we thought. Everyone there was very energetic and super friendly. It was refreshing to get such excellent service.

I have been going to this location for years and I am so happy with the service! I have great coverage at home and when I travel, and they take the time to answer any questions I have. I left a very well known contract service to move to Metro PCS. I save about $80 a month, have a great phone, no monthly nickel-and-diming fees, and I get to talk to people who actually care about what I need, not people in a call center reading a script. I couldnt be happier!

I had been dealing with issues with bringing in my own device. I bought a OnePlus 3t phone and my local store or through phone support. These guys were super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed an issue in minutes what took me days of stress.

So not helpful. Wouldnt sell me a sd card that they have in stock. Then added notes to my account to change what i was offered on the the phone with a agent. The guy was very vindictive for no reason besides just not wanting to help. Being very underhanded with a smile. These people will obviously lie while smiling just to make more than a buck. I guess they only have a certain demographic of people they help. HORRIBLE service.

The customer service was amazing. Any question I asked they knew the answers and they answered honestly. I wont be returning to the Plainfield or Alpine location. They did not inform me on half the features on my phone. If you need help go here they are not getting commission and they wont just sell you anything.

They had great reccomendations for newer phones and knew a lot of information about each one. I had to replace my phone via the insurance plan because there was really no saving the battery as it was. I ended up with a phone they reccomended and so far so good. I had a very pleasant experience. I definitely reccomend this store at this location.
