I do NOT recommend you purchasing iPhone screens from them.Yeah, they do provide a lifetime warranty on their screens. But in the other hand they use a brittle and inferior glass on them to make it break from the most harmless very small fall distance so if any manufacturer error happens to the screen after that they WONT help you due to the screen being broken and misused from you.Some companies providing lifetime warranty including Mobile Defender are known to do things like that.On my case, my phone dropped from a distance less than 50cm on the back of it and the screen broke. After two weeks or so the touch got crazy and it stopped working without me doing anything. I bought the iPhone XS Soft OLED screen which is supposed to be the highest aftermarket screen quality on the market but buying it from Mobile Defender made it no difference from buying any other cheap screen on the market.I honestly dont recommend you buying your iPhone screen from them, at least only iPhone to my knowledge. I highly suggest you buying it from other stores that willing to provide a strong glass and high quality screen to its customers.

I bought a supposed FL40 OEM new battery. The original battery would last 48 hours under normal use for the first year. This new battery would not last 8 hrs. I called immediately and they told me i would have to create an RMA on there site. This cost was $10 to return with possibility of no refund. The battery also had the retaining tabs on the connector broken. Original battery shown on right in photo. Based on performance & the broken tab I believe this was a used battery. Customer service unacceptable due to policies.I was immediately contacted after my initial rating based on my previous 2 calls. This time the customer service representative sent me a RMA no charge for the original battery and is sending me a replacement battery as well. Based on this dedication to correct the issue i have changed my rating to 5 stars.

Company wanted a copy of my drivers License. Mobile Defenders held up my order by a week. The company did not check the zip code on the order. I live in a rural area and USPS does not deliver out here. Thanks for wasting a week of Time. If you live in rural area and your physical address does not match your PO Box this company will hold up your order and request a copy of you Drivers License.

I recieved a screen that was put on by a repair shop and has a line underneath but they say is a crack although it has NOT been dropped, in a pocket, bag, e.t.c. I was pretty much was told that all screens that are sent out are 100% perfect and would never have any issues and that their lifetime warranty isnt in effect because of this crack that just appeared on my phone. The crack is so low and isnt on a part of the screen I even touch or would ever have applied any pressure. Im frustrated to be out of $280 dollars and in less than 5 days have an imperfection that I didnt cause. And the crack could have been on there and I not noticed due to the plastic cover over the front used to keep fingerprints off. It is barely noticeable with the plastic off. Regardless its still there.

Bought a certified refurbished screen for an iPhone 6s. Packaging was great, order arrived earlier than expected, screen didnt have so much as a smudge on it, and it works great. Would break screen and replace with mobile defenders again.

I have ordered hundreds of screens here over the years. When I first started using their product in 2013 the customer service was great. I could place an order and conveniently pick it up 15 minutes later. Fast forward a couple of years... they start charging a $5 “convenience” fee to pick up any screen in store. They dropped this policy after roughly a year. Next came the 1 hour window needed to process the order, 1 screen or 80- 1 hour. I could deal with this...Fast forward to this morning; I ordered a screen at 9:45 and per NEW POLICY I waited more than 2 hours to pick up the single screen, only to find the order STILL was not ready. I could go on and and on about the decline and in customer service as this company continues to grow. I decided that if I could finish this review and still be waiting for my order, it may be relevant to others.

Terrible charger quality and customer service. Ordered a few micro usb and type c cable and they fell apart the second i plugged one in and took it out. Contacted Dan Beavers about it and didnt hear back for a week straight until I messaged him again about it. He told me he reached out to the product quality team. A week later, still no answer, they offered to give me a return label after the whole 2 weeks. Lowest quality chargers ive ever ordered.

Ordered a Note 5 Verizon black LCD (after i broke mine and insurance wouldnt cover it) and Got it in 3 days, Excellent condition, Packaging was very nice and well wrapped in bubble wrap, (was in a bubble wrap sleeve then wrapped again with normal bubble wrap) then put in a sturdy box that was then taped down. The Web page was very user friendly and the layout was well done. Customer Service was great and had a ton of knowledge about their product when I emailed them about some questions I had, and their prices are just as good as eBay or Amazon from what i could tell. 10/10 Would recommend to everyone.

I have to be honest I am a little disappointed with your company. We have placed shipped orders before through your company for fairly sized orders of digitizers, cases, and some other various parts in the past for clients. I recently needed to do a repair on my own phone and was looking for a coax antenna for my Galaxy S4. I checked Amazon to be able to get the part quickly and noticed you had a store on Amazon and had the part for $5.40 with free shipping. Since I knew you were local I looked up the part on your website and found the part for $1.50 which was awesome. I called to place the order and to see if I could just swing by and pick it up. I was told I could but there would be a $5 local pick up fee. Are you kidding me?? A local pick up fee for me to come pick it up. Not even local delivery fee. How is it more expensive for me to drive to you to pick it up than to have you ship it to me? I even mentioned that we had done multiple orders with your company in the past, but you guys wouldn’t waive that fee. I’m not sure how you justify charging someone more to save you on shipping. Very disappointing and I will refrain from ordering parts, cases, etc. in the future. It’s not the dollar amount but the principle here.

Dont waste your time buying from here. I bought an item that came to me bloated - i explained several times to the reps that it came bloated but I couldnt take a picture of it because it wouldnt be noticeable. They kept asking for a picture, so instead of arguing I decided to return the item and it took more than a week to receive a refund to my card. I had to keep calling and messaging them asking why I havent received my refund when the item was delivered to their facility. I didnt even get a full refund - i only received a refund for how much the product was, not for shipping and handling. I ended up wasting more money than I wanted to $10 for shipping and handling were lost when i ordered the item and then another $10 when I shipped the item back. I rather go somewhere else.

Our company found Mobile Defenders after receiving a few dozen defective parts from another vendor. When our first package arrived in a thick cardboard box, with individually packaged screens in foam casings - we immediately switched all our orders to Mobile Defenders. Not a single item has arrived damaged (although the mail lady has tried) and no defects. Not one. The parts are not your average Ebay-quality, and if you have a reputation to uphold with reliable parts, the $2-3 difference is more than worth it. Thank you!

They are one of the best phone part stores that I have used. Ive never had anything less than great customer service and almost everything that I have ordered has shipped out that day. My experience ordering a Moto X Pure screen replacement from Mobile Defenders was underwhelming, to say the least. As you can see by the attached photo, this was the best quality I could get from their stock. Notice the light leaks at the corners. It took four different screens and many emails and calls with their support and sales rep to finally cause me to throw in the towel.To be clear, I was given the choice by MD to either keep trying different screens or just accept the poor quality screen I received and receive a $5 discount on the sub-par product.I dont want to throw shade where it isnt deserved. Their support team and sales rep were understanding and apologetic, but that doesnt excuse the awful quality of their parts and insistence that the customer always pay return shipping for defective parts. Again, to be fair, they did provide one return shipping label out of all of the screens I had to ship back.Since I only attempted to purchase a screen for one phone, I cant vouch for the quality for all of their parts. I can only speak from my experience trying to buy a Motorola replacement screen.

First i only started purchasing from here because they were slightly cheaper than Group Vertical but they are cheaper for a reason. Ive never had faulty screens from GV but already had 3 defective screens with Mobile Defenders. Hey things happen but they go on an on about customer service. If customer service is a big thing with them, you would think they would cover the shipping for warranties. i ended up paying like 70 dollars for one iphone 7 screen once everything was said and done. I asked for a refund since they were going to charge me shipping and was within 14 days but i only got store credit which a good portion went to SHIPPING AGAIN. Plus they assure you products are compatible and such but when product arrives they dont work. Oh well.POSITIVES: Excellent Shipping times, Wide variety of parts, and good prices. Everybody has their own experiences. Just a shame most of mine have been bad.

Every once and a while I try them again for little parts group vertical doesnt have. Every order is processed late (they say an hour for local pickup, this time I came 5 hours later and it still wasnt ready). Their staff is unprofessional, an example of this is that their staff parks in all of the spots by the door and their owner parks in the handicap spot, forcing their customers to walk across their pothole filled parking lot. Their parts are low quality, which is why we rarely purchase parts from them anymore. We only use them for simple parts like back glass because the rest have way too high of a defect rate.

Pray you dont have an issue at all. I had a very bad experience with them trying to return an item which was refused claiming some technicality. So I posted an honest review on their FB page explaining my experience stating exactly what happened and they posted a fake review in retaliation (see photo)! How do we know? Showed up right after they tried to call and our business has only been staffed by a single employee for a week. And have had no males as customers. I have never encountered such behavior. This is an effort to notify their leadership about their employees actions! I hope this is an isolated act and that is not reflective of the culture or company tactics. I HOPE others wont have an experience like ours. Shame on you Mobiledefenders!

Had some issues with faulty screens for a week or two, which is a big deal for me, as I can only keep 1 or 2 of each type of iPhone screen in stock. My complaint was answered within just a few minutes and quickly resolved with replacement screens.

They were alright for a while, then they started sending me incorrect parts. I dont understand how they can mix up a iPhone 5 LCD/Digitizer with a Samsung Galaxy 4 Digitizer. Their parts are taken from other devices and will typically have wear on them. I ordered an iPad 2 LCD, they sent me one with 2/4 of the screw tabs completely bent. I contacted them and they sent me a new one over night. However the LCD they sent me obviously didnt get tested or looked at as 1 of the screw tabs was bent, the LCD was very scratched, and the LCD didnt even work. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere!

Very incompetent employees when it comes down their bull crap merchant services. They have had almost $330 dollars of my companys money tied up at once because their merchant services declined my cards Ive been consistently using with them since January. They give out a lot of defective parts and have a horrible screen buy back program. Also on Saturdays no one answers the phone while they have all 3 warehouse employees taking a smoke break at the back dock leaving one person to run the whole building. Not very accommodating when they make mistakes. And do not treat their customers very well when they are in the wrong. i dont recommend this company to anyone in the phone repair industry. Quality parts supplier guaranteed? I think not...
