Cassie was fantastic and helped with anything we needed. She went out of her way to make our experience amazing. The store should be honored that she is apart of the team. We will keep our business with At&t because of her professionalism EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Esau was extremely polite and professional. One word Amazing. He helped with every single thing we needed and even stayed overtime about 30 min to make sure we were all situated. So far So amazing is how to describe our 2 visits to the store. THANK YOU ESAU!

Had a long day at work today and the last thing I wanted to do was go argue with someone at att because they shipped me the wrong phone. I went to the store and was helped by Cassie and she turned my whole day around. She was so helpful, understanding and kind. She corrected the issue and quickly set me up with the right phone. She made me feel comfortable with other customers in the store and made us all laugh a little too. Thank you Cassie!!!

I had a personal conflict i needed to resolve with my line being canceled so suddenly. I walked into the AT&T store in Kentwood and was generously greeted by Ashley and Cassie. I told them what my problem was and they were then able to make the transition and process very smoothly and quite efficiently. I have already set up an appointment to come see them again this coming Monday and am definitely looking forward to it. I recommend when coming to this location asking for either Cassie or Ashley for a guaranteed best quality experience.

If I could give this location a zero I would. First the door was locked and there was a sign that you have to call for someone to come open the door. The sales lady comes to the door and she was so busy on her phone conversation to acknowledge us. She just opened the door and continued with her phone call. Talking about how she hasn’t sold anything all day and her upcoming medical appointments after 10 minutes we left. I hope this isn’t indicative of the service that AT&T provides. We were looking to switch carriers, I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Cassandra was excellent. I had to come in after running into some issues upgrading my unlimited plan and requesting for an eligible upgrade. Cassandra called customer service and was able to get the issue resolved. She was very knowledgeable, sincere, friendly. Id recommend going to see her if you have questions on upgrade eligibility, changing unlimited plans, etc.

Cassie was so knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all my questions and gave me advice that helped me a lot. I couldnt have asked for better service. By the time I left I was so happy I wanted to hug her.

The representative knew the answer to every question before I could even finish my sentence.. Ive never had someone help me so well & seem to care so much.. On top of him being so savy he was able to help me save a great amount of money & offer me discounts I didnt even know I was eligible for & made it to where my current financial situation can be easier.. Overall it was an amazing experience he gave me a reason to be a AT&T customer

I went to Sam’s club to get my phone huge mistakes because my sales lady didn’t know what she was doing. So I went to the closet AT&T store to see if they could fix all my issues. There I met Dan and Cassie, they were so patient on fixing all that Sam’s Club messed up. I had to leave for a doctors appointment when I came back Dan had a store full of people and still fixed my issues!! I would recommend everyone to come here. Great customer service and so professional and helpful!!

When getting into the store my daughter and I were greeted by a man by the name Dan. He was very polite and welcomed us in. I explained that my daughters phone was broke on both sides after being dropped and I needed help in deciding whether it would be more cost effective to pay the phone off and get the latest version or pay the deductible to have the broken phone fixed. After going through all of my options with me, I decided to get the latest version, so it would be less out of pocket today for me. Dan was able to get my daughter up and running in a matter of minutes. It was so nice to go into this store, have a great person to work with, who made it quick and easy. I would recommend going to this store for any of your wifi, cable, or phone needs and service. Thank you Dan for all of your help and willingness to be there during this crazy time!!

I added my live-in sister-in-law to our AT&T cell plan yesterday. Dan Datema at the AT&T store on Kalamazoo just North of 68th Street put together a good deal for us. I hadn’t realized that I was eligible for a veteran’s discount. The bottom dollar looks good and there were no “high pressure “ sales tactics. Dan is personable and professional.

They were great! We had a bit of trouble picking out one but they helped and kept working on it till we figured it out. Dan did great.

Came to the store for a issue with upgrading my phone, while I was there for this issue the sales rep tried to sell me on 3 other phones, when I told him I just wanted the issue fixed he gave me the number for customer support and stated, if you were getting a phone from this store I could get in touch with the service myself and fix it today, if not you can call customer support.Isnt the sale reps job to supply a service, ESPECIALLY when it is prevented someone from buying a new phone?

Ask for Tommy. He knows me by name, and it the best AT&T sales rep Ive ever met. If you are in the area and are being forced to Upgrade into AT&T DSL 6Mb, stop by. They are the same price and the best service. Tommy is one of the top ten sales persons Ive never trained, and that is how I make my living.

I have to give a star to post this, but If i could give negative stars, I would give -10.This is the most dis-honest business I have ever encountered in my life.We asked about the terms of our promotion 3 times. It was to be: buy 1 phone get one free, as well as 300 per line credit for coming over from Verizon. We bought three phones.To date, 7 months later, we are still being charged for the FREE PHONE, and we never got the 900 in credits.Total SCAM. Buy your phone ANYWHERE but here!

These individuals crammed me with insurance when I bought an iPhone 6 from them without my authorization. Dishonest. There is no reason to go here. If you want a first class iPhone experience go to the Apple Store in Woodland Mall instead.

Came into store on 8/16/17, was sold a brand new phone, a month later, I find out that the salesman ordered an iPad on my account, had it shipped to the store with out my permission or knowledge. The only thing on my receipt is the iPhone I purchased. Now I get to deal with fraud through AT and T... hours on end to deal with this BS.

They sell BRAND new iPhones with known issues all in the attempt to collect the $45 restocking fee. Dont get me wrong, they will send you to the APPLE store to spend 3-4 hours with travel to deal with issues that they denied just the day before. The salesman (Jeremy B.) was dishonest and didnt give too cents about the fact they just sold me a $750 phone that wouldnt even RING with an incoming call and/or text. Get this, my wife had the same issues not 8 months previously and I was told, Oh those things have been resolved! DO NOT GO TO BRIGHTLINKS WIRELESS UNLESS YOU LIKE SPENDING HOURS TO GET YOUR BRAND NEW PHONE FIXED SO YOU CAN USE IT....

Set me up with new phone, but the problems that came after were all on me. They set me up with wrong plan, wrong sim card, and wrong account number when i ported over. 3 Days i been dealing with ATT online support, waiting for everything to get sorted out. It seems like they just want to sell the phone take the money and let you figure out the rest.
