A1 Doors is the absolute best! We’ve been working with Kirpal and his team for the past 18 years. They’re honest people with some of the best prices around! A1 Doors sells millwork, stairs, hardware, doors .. etc, with more new inventory with time. Although they have recently changed their conditions that you have to come in with a contractor to buy anything from them (which is totally understandable)! They will beat any home improvement store price and their quality of product some of the best, I highly recommend buying from A1 Doors and will continue to do business with them!

Costumers/staff DO NOT WEAR MASKS. some staff was wearing masks when I picked up, some were not. Phone and email customer service were great but I had no problem with my door. Didnt tell me my order was delayed until I called but I was happy with the service before the pickup experience where I was afraid of COVID exposure.

We used to go here exclusively for our trim (baseboard...etc). But the last time I went, I was treated so badly, I will never return. They used to have a girl behind the desk that was sweet and kind. She was very helpful. But this last time, she wasnt there. She was replaced by a girl who didnt speak English well, so communication was extremely difficult. I ended up walking out with out placing an order. I went to Home Depot instead. You pay more, but it was worth my sanity!If you are a woman and go to A1 Doors, the warehouse staff WILL NOT give you the time of day. They will make you wait and wait and wait to deliver your order. They will even bypass you to help a MAN who came after you! AND...Forget asking them to help load, it will be loaded incorrectly.They are extremely rude...I will not return!

I was inside my house talking to my contractor when an uninvited rep from A1 Doors walked into the bedroom we were in to announce that he was selling doors and asked if we needed any. He was trespassing on my property and his defense was that it looked like a construction zone. If theyre willing to trespass who knows what else theyre willing to do. Avoid this company.

I had an order of flooring casing. I have been told that they will be in random sizes between 6 to 15 foot. I got all of them in one size of 7 foot. In the gallery of the company the item was painted and finished but what I got was unpainted and unfinished.

Best place to get your millwork and doors Fast and easy. And the price is better then anyother place. Being doing business for over 7 years and always here few times a month getting my materials here.

We ordered 20 pre-hung doors and trims from A1 Doors. It took them one week to deliver which is fine. 5 of the double closet doors were 10 bigger than we have ordered, so we called our sales lady Sandy for an exchange. They didnt have all 5 in stock, we were able to exchange 3 that week, and she said will deliver the other 2 the following week. First 3 doors came fine, however the other 2 doors came not pre-hung. The delivery guy claimed this is the new way to deliver as it is easier to move and refused to take them back. I have to contact the store again as my contractor refused to install them. After two weeks and more calls, we finally got the order rightl! It took almost TWO MONTHS to get all the doors, and my remodel progress has been delayed. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

I have ordered 4 doors for the closet in master bedroom for my condo in November. I spoke with the owner of the business and he promised me that the doors will be ready in 8 weeks. He said, It is because these doors are special order supplier must make it from scratch. It sounded strange to me, 8 weeks is a long time to make just 4 doors but, I said OK order the doors for me. I have been calling checking on my order regularly and every time the same person, owner of the business, told me I checked with the supplier and the doors are not ready I will call you back. I checked with him last time 8 days ago and he promised to call me back within 20 minutes. I called him 8 days later because I lost hope that he will call me. He tell sme now that, These doors are very expensive and they will be ready in 8 weeks only. I was shocked. I told him that this the the same words that he told me more than 2 months ago. He immediately lied to me, No we did not have this discussion and I did not tell this in the past. I told him that I have an order form with his signature on it with the date of the order and the date that he promised that doors are going to be ready. He said, so what. This person, the owner of this business is a layer and doesnt care about his clients. I will never shop at his store ever again and I would like to caution everyone, BE CAREFUL BECAUSE YOU ARE LIKE ME WILL BE LEFT WITH NO PRODUCT THAT YOU ORDERED AND YOUR CONTRACTOR WILL DEMAND MONEY FOR THE WORK THAT YOU ORDERED AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH UNFINISHED HOUSE.
