DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible company to work with. They give you one date that they confirm will work and then 2 weeks before the date tell you they are coming to fix the issue in 2 days. As a working person two days notice doesnt work so you reschedule it for the original day. A week later tell you no that doesnt work do it 3 weeks from now. Not too big of a deal if this hasnt been going on for three months! Terrible customer service, terrible scheduling and terrible people to work with trying to get things sorted.

So often I read reviews left by unsatisfied consumers. But not today! We purchased a brand new home 12 years ago and the weathered side of our home had windows from Jeld-Wen (and a sliding glass door) that had failed. Failed, as in condensation between the two panes. Around Easter, I made my first call to ask about a warranty. They were under warranty still! Four months later, they have now been installed like brand new! The service man, G. was absolutely kind, personable, hard working and was happy to help educate us on how to get screens, replaced by purchase. This is a trustworthy company. Busy, yes.... but for a very good reason.

Ordered 15 windows from Jeld-Wen through Home Depot on April 7th. I received the windows not until Jun 9th with one missing window. It is now September 8th, I still have not received my window. Very frustrating!!

Ive been a general contractor for the last 25 yrs and I ordered my two Jeld-Wen standard solid two panel pocket doors in December 2017 and I finally received 0ne of the two doors yesterday. It was very dirty and had scratches all over it. Wheres my other door?? Im not happy and Jeld-Wen told me maybe I should reorder them. I dont think so. Thanks Jeld-Wen!

Ordered 2 custom JeldWen doors from Home Depot on August 29, 2017. Through multiple missed delivery dates and promises that they were en route - they finally arrived on 10-11-2017. Upon getting ready to install one of the doors, contractor marks all of the extremely poor workmanship and manufacturing that was done, i.e., nail holes that were not filled in nor painted, door trim corners that do not match and there is a gap, bottom door frame is 1/2 longer on one side that what it should be, marks/gouges in the door frame from either manufacturing or delivery people. No touch-up paint arrived with them as I was told would happen. I now have to pay my contractor to fix JeldWens errors. Why? Oh Why? Curiously, there is a quality control stamp on one of the door frames. NOT! Do not purchase these doors nor deal with Home Depot for them. Awful, terrible, horrible, sad.
