Representatives of Champion (Aja and Greg) were amazing. Came in just for measurements and were so brilliant and astounding and have such a Fantastic product that we bought a new sliding door right on the spot. Dog was very impressed with them.

Bron was a few minutes late but I did get a call letting me know he was on his way. Once here straight to work. He listened to my needs while taking measurements and explained to me his product. Very knowledgeable and explained everything simply. I never felt pressured. Will get my windows soon and hope to post another glowing review. I highly recommend Champion for all your needs.

Not yet. I just received a bid from Jared and Aja today. Their presentation was very impressive. They were communicative and informative. I’m reviewing several bids this weekend and making a decision next week.

Champion Windows is a great middle-road option for window replacement. However, their window quality and service leave MUCH to be desired. To make a vinyl window, there is a process where the panels are pressed together and melted, like a weld. It is expected that there should be a seam. However, all of my Champion windows have an irregular and rough-looking seam which are not aesthetically pleasing.The installation crew used cheap caulking during the install, and is beginning to crack, including in bathrooms where moisture can be destructive without good caulking. I reached out to the local sales team six weeks ago for support in getting warranty help, and the national support team four weeks ago. I have yet to get a call back.Yes, you will get a made-to-measure window for decent money with Champion, but youre getting the quality of support from a big-box store. Save yourself $5,000 and go there instead.

Our representative, Bron Gailey was on time, very knowledgeable about the product. He listened to our needs & provided a solution. As well, he went to the mat to help us get the best deal for our money. I highly recommend Champion Windows. I feel comfortable with their ability to provide excellent service at an equitable price.

He happily drove all the way out to Shelton and was able to quote us for 10 huge custom windows in our great room. At a great price too! Had a window consultation and super appreciated the level of professionalism from Greg as he walked my partner and I thru everything. Luke Pacheco came for a window replacement consultation for my parents’ home and was very professional and patient with our questions and concerns with the project. He was thorough and helpful with negotiating our price and listened to our concerns. We appreciated him and enjoyed working with him.

This was a service to fogged up windows. The windows are great Ive had them for 15 plus years. But it took them four visits to build the window correctly. Wrong size wrong latches wrong size. The service people were nice and great and fortunately I was working from home so I could accommodate their visits. But this was really poor performance on their part. I would still recommend the windows though.

I feel good and confident going with Champion. I will use them again when I need my other windows replaced.

Avery Nunez; Sales Rep came to our home to provide an estimate. She is fantastic to work with! Authentic and down to earth. We have been studying up on windows and were truly impressed with the substantial difference in the Champion windows compared to the other windows we had been considering. Avery is personal and fun to interact with. She made the decision easy for us, as well as providing several us with several options.

Greg W. showed up right on time for our 6 pm. appointment. His presentation of the advantages of Champion windows and disadvantages of the competitors windows was quite impressive. He was very familiar with the Champion product line, and was extremely easy to work with. He was very methodical and precise while preparing our quote. The fact that Champion does all the work, from initial contact to installation and support of their products is amazing, and completely eliminates the middle man.

We had the pleasure of having Luke do our estimate and he did a fantastic job! I had no intention of going in and signing anything or making a commitment but his presentation absolutely blew us away. I didnt know that a window presentation could completely blow my mind, but here I am! He was so thorough in explaining all the details which he had to do many times because of my children screaming and being generally just obnoxious. He was so patient and broke down our quote many times with all the options and possibilities we could consider. We are so excited for our new windows to come!

My latest update on 3/28/21: I finally received my free estimate for replacement of siding for my home. My representative did apologized and explained to me why it took so long. Therefore I change my 2 stars to a 4 star.Updated on 3/36/21: This would have been a 5 star estimate. However my representative told me he was leaving because he needed to get to his next appointment. I was fine with that but he said he would email me the quote. Never got a quote. In the end this appointment was just a waste of time.My representative on 3/25/2021, he was on time and professional. He did a great job explaining the company and the product.

Windows arrived and were installed when promised. Good product which we had installed previously elsewhere in our home.

Ryan was great; he helped us make sure we made the right choice for the windows we needed and helped us get the financing that fit us best. We have gone with Champion three times now. This is the second time for windows. The other time was for siding where they helped us out of a real bind we were in due to a different company dropping the ball. We called them again for this job because of our past experiences and how great they were. Their products are fantastic and their service is on point. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for windows, siding, and probably anything else they cover.

I had Luke Pacheco come out to bid our windows. We only ended up replacing four windows - three wall windows and one full door window but he was able to give us a global replacement quote for all the windows if we were to replace them in the near future. He was patient and respectful when he was with me and my in laws who are hard of hearing. He clearly explained the cost breakdowns and the different options of windows and repayment. 10/10 deserves a raise.

Avery Nunez stopped by to offer a bid on replacing 17 windows and a sliding door. Avery was super friendly and knowledgeable in the product she was selling. All questions were answered. She even performed a demonstration with UV heat lamp to show how efficient the windows are. Over all was a very pleasant in home quote experience with a very kind and honest person. Thanks so much Avery for knowing your product and being concerned for my particular goals for the project!

I have replaced my back door and front door both. There is gap between door and trim but he said it is suppose to be like that, I told him why my other house door is perfectly fit then he answered me that door has something wrong. he called his supervisor and came he explain it should be like this I have convinced. But after the door installed he put the door trim. Side of the door trim and wall has big gap on both door. I told him why this is big gap he said it is suppose to be like that again. i told him to nail. he put some nail on back door trim and front door has same problem . Worst finishing on installation. I feel very bad with spending 7K for the new door even worse than old one. I am not happy at all. I have attached here just two pictures.

Im changing my review of Champion Windows and their Factory salesman Luke Pacheco. Luke did an awesome job selling us the Windows but a terrible job with follow-up. He said we could call him with questions and we called him 5 times and he did not return our calls. We gave Luke over $3K and the check cleared in two days and he still has not returned our calls. He scheduled a final measurement and at 1pm today and my husband came home from work to be here nobody showed up. I called Luke no answer and then I called Champion windows because I was afraid we had been scammed and they assured me we have not been scammed and said they would have a supervisor contact us. I do not recommend Champion Windows.

I highly recommend Champion Windows! I had such a positive experience working with the salesman Tuscany. He went over full disclosure what everything was going to cost, measured our window and got us all set up in a timely manner. If you’re in the market for new windows, Tuscany is efficient, honest and professional not to mention he got us a quote under our budget!

We spent about $60k with Champion to replace several windows and a couple of patio slider doors. We have a row of 8 windows weather facing and one has been leaking for over a year. April of 2020 we had a tech come out and inspect the leaking window. He was here for about 5 minutes and stated it was coming from the roof. That couldnt be true. We had our roof replace and the window continues to leak before and after the replacement. Plus we have vaulted ceilings and steep pitched roof. A second tech came out in July, 2020 and confirmed it was a lazy assessment from the first engineer and that they needed to come back and add flashing to the windows as they are weather facing and arent under an awning. We are now in Feb of 2021 and after two cancellations from Champion I still have a leaky window. When they cancelled in January, 2021 the Service Manager stated they would call to schedule another appointment. That call never happened. Ive requested another service appointment through their website from the Seattle branch on 2/16/21 and have not heard back from them. 2/22/21 I called the national number and they were not able to get to anyone in the Seattle office and stated all of their lines were busy.My experience started off great with Sales and Installation team. Not a great experience with the Service department. This experience caught me off guard as the service was fantastic until I needed a repair. Ill continue to work through the national call center to get an appointment scheduled but this is a poor experience with having spent that amount of money with this company.

Install is not done yet will update when it has. Salesman was awsome. Professional personable no bull.

Ryan D. was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. He even provided several options for window types to replace our 1959 single pane windows. The Champion window is comparable to more expensive options and offers the same energy efficiency. I would definitely recommend Champion if you need window replacement.

My husband and I met with multiple people getting quotes for Windows. We met with Ryan Dowell who is with Champion Windows and we’re highly impressed. Ryan called to advise when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable and kind. Ryan was very patient as my husband and I asked lots of questions. We have not had our windows installed yet however they were prompt to come out and measure our windows. The communication with Champion has been Fantastic. We had appointment with Ryan Dowell for a bid. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Champion is not going to work for us, but he gave us information on how to proceed.

Both my Sales Rep and Installer were punctual, professional and pleasant to work with. However, after the install was done and we finally got some sunshine, we decided to wash the windows inside and out. Thats when we noticed streaks and fingerprints in BETWEEN the window panes. When the afternoon sun hits them, they also put off an unpleasant smell in the house. Outside in our flower bed, were several screws left behind from tearing out the old windows. Ive been trying for 3 days to get someone to reply to my service request (you have to do it online). In our technological age, I find it hard to believe nobody is available to contact me and address my concerns. If it were a bid, theyd be here in a flash!

I ordered windows over 8 weeks ago and still waiting for them to be installed. Ive called 3 times and theyve told me they havent been delivered. I asked them to check further and they said they would email the factory and they would get back to me. That was last week and I still have not heard from them. This is very frustrating and poor customer service.To the owner. Thank you for your quick response last week. I still dont have the windows yet, but someone from Champion contacted me. He explained the situation of the delay. I just wanted to say that I really appreciated his phone call.

I needed to replace some bad windows, and thats what they did. The process took about a month in total. The actual installation took about 6 hours. The new windows look good and function well. Ill need to live with them for a few months to really get a feel on how they hold up over time, but I think they will do well.

Tuscany Pacheco is the estimator for Champion Windows that wrote up my bid. He is a stand-up guy that respects his customers. He patiently answered every question during the bidding process. He even got his engineer on the phone to answer a few of my technical questions that he wanted to verify. Ordered doors and entry windows on 10/28/20. Install was completed on 12/17/20. The doors were installed incorrectly (front door on the back door and the back door on the front). Replacement doors came in on 3/10/21 and will be installed on 3/19/21. Needless to say this has been aggravating to say the least and I will not be using this company for our planned window replacements this summer.

I’m 100 percent confident I made the right choice in choosing Champion Windows. I value my home and I don’t want to second guess myself with substandard quality orwarranty issues I don’t understand or trust.

Requested a quote from champion. Came out, took measurements, the salesman was new (admittedly) so he skipped past a lot of the “presentation” because he wasn’t well informed on it. He then presented us with a quote for $30k for 7 windows and a sliding door. If we signed that day would have knocked the price down to $15k.... so is your product work 30k or 15???? Was told they would follow up in a week and it’s been almost a month and we still haven’t heard from them. Highly disappointed in my experience.

These are the best windows i’ve ever seen. I had no idea how important and cost effective it is to have amazing quality windows. We have 2 small dogs and we wanted a dog door to make life a little more simple. So I called Champion Windows and asked them if they could install a dog door in the sliding glass door? They said yes and sent out a sales person to get all the info. Our sales man was very knowledgeable and quite helpful in solving our need. We got the window installed. It took about 3 weeks to get the dogs to use the new door, but task complete and life is great. Thank you Champion Windows!!
