Our experience with Signature Doors was excellent from start to finish. We had first gotten a “home visit” and quote from another company. We were turned off by the other company’s high-pressure sales pitch. The Signature Doors representative was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure, just good information, and a fair price. When it came time for installation, the process was so professional. There were a couple “issues” installing the doors in a 1926 house. The installer gave us options, took care of every issue, and made sure that the doors were installed perfectly. We had our front door replaced by Signature Window & Door Replacement, and weve been completely happy with their work. The next time we have any door or window-related work, well be coming back.They had a large selection of styles to choose from, and we were able to find a design we were very happy with. There were some covid-related delays from their supplier, but once the door was completed, it was installed that week. The installation process itself took about 4 hours. The new door is a solid improvement on the old, and weve been very happy with it.

Just finished the replacement of 28 windows and one sliding door. All aspects of the project were above expectations from the initial consultation with Danny and quote to the final installation. The Marvin Infinity windows are first class and coupled with the expert installation have transformed the look of my 32 year old house. My installer Eddie was the hardest worker I have seen in a very long time. His expertise and attention to detail were outstanding. A significant rebuild was required for my new kitchen window and Eddie did a masterful job reconfiguring the area including a new roof in that area. The alcove in the living room with 6 windows presented challenges with all the exterior trim work required but came out perfectly. Weather presented a challenge on several rainy days but it hardly slowed him and his helper down. In today’s world it’s hard to find people like this that care about the quality of their work.

Ive used Signature to replace windows in two houses over the last 3 years. It was ALL of the windows in one house and 3 of the biggest windows in the other. In both cases, Danny, their sales guy, was a delight to work with. He was prompt, explained the options, showed us samples of the windows, explained the product warranty, the installation process and financing options. Then, after we placed the order, Signature was very good at keeping us informed throughout the process. The windows arrived when promised and the installers were very professional, leaving a very clean work area at the end of every day. There was virtually no work to be done after Signature left on the house with all windows replaced. Because we chose to enlarge some of the windows on the other house, we were left with a little interior and exterior painting, as was explained to us in advance. We chose the Marvin Infinity line of windows and we love them. I will always go to Signature for any future window needs. They are a very well run company and a pleasure to do business with!

Signature windows installed two huge picture windows, a sliding patio door and another split window in the second floor. From the day I met Danny to walk me through the process to the final day they finished the installation, the entire experience was great. they were very professional, took the time to explain and walked me through the options. This being my very first home project, I had a ton of questions and Danny was very patient with me. I will certainly recommend signature windows and Danny to my friends if they have a project need.

We bought a whole house of windows and two sliders from Signature in 2007. Yuri (I think that was the name of the young man) was terrific as the project manager on site and made a suggestion to move the bottom of my kitchen window (right at the sink) up by 12 inches as opposed to only about an inch above the countertop. I never thought of it, but it was a wonderful (and practical) change. Fast forward to 2020. We have one of the two sliders that is used daily (the other is definitely not). The latch become wonky. I called Jeff and after looking for parts on a warranty type job (I told him that they were 13 years old and I was willing to pay for the repair), Jeff called back with bad news. The company that supplied our windows had been sold and he wasnt sure about getting parts. He put us in touch with his field service guy (I imagine that was his title), Vitaly. I did not get his last name and Im sorry for that. He called and came to the house on SATURDAY afternoon. Looked at the mechanism and determined that there was a broken spring. He thought that he might be able to find a replacement at Home Depot and he was going there for something else later in the day. I said thats great, but dont make a special trip especially now in the throes of the Covid-19 pandemic. His demeanor never changed from a happy, Im going to fix this vibe. He was back at my house WITHIN A HALF-HOUR with a new mechanism for my sliding glass door. He installed it, made adjustments and was on his way. It made me happy, of course, but HE seemed to be happy that he solved the problem for us. I havent been billed, but again, Im more than willing to pay my fair share because its been THIRTEEN YEARS with never a problem. In the time since we had our windows replaced by Signature, I met, by chance one of the owners. I cant wait to tell Grant about the young men that took care of us. Vitaly is THE MAN!! (Jeff, you were terrific, too). I cant recommend Signature Windows with any more enthusiasm than I already do. This interaction just sealed the deal.

The Signtaure window team has been excellent during our windows renovation project. We had a somewhat large project to completely replace a number of windows and patio doors in our home. Danny was always on point on getting the details of our needs, and was very careful about the specifics of our project, including measurements, costs, and dates. He was even available on weekends to chat about details, even though wed say he doesnt have to spend his weekend time with us. Their quote and pricing were by far the best wed seen. Once the installation started, we had a gentlemen by the name of Yuri who was timely, efficient, and very pleasant to talk to. His work quality was also excellent. The Signature window team even installed extra locks on our patio doors when technically they didnt have to. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We had them replace a three panel sliding glass door and remove a window wall. They were on time and did it quickly. We would recommend them.

I have a standard 1980s split level that had large picture windows in front that did not open in any way. I had the old metal frame windows. Signature installed a new sliding door going to the back deck and 13 windows; including new awning windows in the front room to replace the non-opening picture windows. All work was very professionally done. The crew showed up bright and early both days and worked consistently and smoothly to complete the job as expected. And Jerry, my sales rep, was very attentive and great to work with. The ONLY critique that I can offer is the final cleaning of the glass could have been better - those windows way above the driveway are not easy to clean from the outside. Other than that, great job all around. I recommend getting a bid from this company!

Second round..replacing windows on my 110 year old home..signature has been very easy to work with..everyone is friendly and professional and having windows that not only work but r beautiful..who can ask for more. And i believe these windows will last unlike the ones i had put in from cherry creek..lessons learned. A great investment 4 sure..rooms r quieter and warmer in winter..cooler in summer. Was very pleased with the service, windows and installation. We bough windows from another company who bailed on us at our installation appointment, after we waiting 6 weeks for our windows. Customer service was awesome, making sure we were scheduled and informed or any changes. Yuri and his partner were very professional, and did amazing work. Very friendly, and courteous. The only hiccup was having one of the windows come the wrong size, but they took care of it, and all was good. We love our new windows, and will absolutely use them again in the future, and recommend them to our friends.

Signature Windows replaced five windows in my house in 2014. Everything went smooth from the beginning to the end. I was totally suttisfied with the product and the process, so I hired them again in 2017 to replace another window and a sliding patio door. They show up on time and installed quickly. Everything looks nice except a couple siding cracks that I need to caulk on my own. Im planning to replace other windows in the future, and Signature Windows will be the first company to consider.

We were extremely pleased with estimate and quality of windows. An error occurred in the installation, though, and were told it could be remedied quickly. We thought that was reasonable. Unfortunately, the correction did not take place for almost three weeks! The simple fix should have been handled in a much more timely fashion! We were expecting guests and two rooms had to be in total disarray for three weeks waiting for the exchange of windows to be handled. UGH! The fix took about 45 minutes!!

I dont review things often, but after the amazing experience I had with Signature, I had to go online to share my experience. Unlike all of the other window shops that came in to give estimates, Signature didnt try to up-sell me to the most expensive windows. They found the most cost-efficient models that would still provide the same heating efficiencies and look like the models that were twice the price.After getting their total estimate for 15+ windows and sliding door, it was a no brainer to go with them. Even though the cost was significantly less than others, the installation and service couldnt have been better. Their installer built custom frames for all of the windows during install! I thought I was going to have to get a contractor to do that work separately, but no, Signature window took care of us from estimate through the install and continued to their customer service follow up to ensure an awesome experience. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Installers and the installation itself was top notch. No complaints and the 2 installers were very nice and friendly.If I had only 1 complaint it would be that my plants/flowers and shrubs took quite a beating.

Ive had a couple projects with Signature Windows. One involved replacement of 18 windows in my 1916 home, where we restored the windows back to the original design. Price and product were good, I had a good experience with very good communication. Giving 4 (would have done 4.5 if it was an option) stars because I am waiting on a screen for my new sliding door, and a couple of my Windows were installed as retrofits (no nail fins) which was a condition I wasnt made aware of prior to the installation (although the install was still per AAMA so not a huge issue).

Since the Kentucky Derbys coming soon, I will use the horse racing terminology by saying, I hit the trifecta with Danny (sales), Rus (installer), and Elmer (recommended painter and stain for our windows).Danny is very knowledgeable and confident in the quality of these Marvin windows. Danny listened to my story of our house and had a good understanding of what feel we wanted for our home. He was able to suggest and show me what type of windows would enhance the character of our old home on his computer. So, it was an easy decision for me to purchase and replace all the windows in our home with Danny. He continues to follow up and keeps me posted on the few minor issues with our windows too.Rus is very meticulous and mindful in his installation of all our windows. We had NO damage to any of the window sills nor walls when he did his installation (which I thought might happen but did not). Also, he made sure each area of the house he worked in that day was cleaned up before he left for the day. One of the things Im most grateful to Rus is helping me work out the issues and problems in the prep work of my windows with the GC I hired to do this work. Rus was able to help me get some $ back from the GC so I could get these mistakes fixed by somebody else.Elmer was highly recommended by Danny to paint all my windows inside and out. The staining Elmer did in the living and dining room windows along with re-staining the window sills to match and blend with the new windows are unbelievable. Its hard for me to describe the quality of Elmers work since its one of those things, you would need to see in person. Also, Elmer knew we were going for a white on white look in our other rooms. He suggested and applied a painting technique that has now transformed and further enhanced the beauty of these windows to a look that we would never have thought of on our own.We have already had many compliments on our new windows from the various subs working on our home remodel and my relatives who have told me my grandparents would be so proud of how much better this house looks and feels now with these new windows!
