I have come back to this place over the last few years for many tile jobs. The staff have always gone above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. The staff is very knowledgeable and have helped me with questions about installation, materials, and design ideas. They are always upbeat and it makes for an enjoyable environment.Tile Lines has a very nice selection of various types of tile for whatever you desire for your projects. Prices are good and you should be able to get all necessary supplies that you need for your project from here. When ordering tile they do whatever they can to make sure your tile arrives when expected.I have had nothing but very positive experiences whether Im buying something or just browsing. This place is my go to when looking for tile.

This is a great place to purchase tile! I had scoured the web for the right tile choice, and then found an excellent pattern at Tile Lines. I was assisted by Lori, who showed me many possibilities that fit my priorities, and bingo! I found the tile. Tile Lines also has lists of tile workers, along with a host of other small businesses they approve of. They made my payment quick and easy, and my tiles came in in 7 days, and were picked up by my contractor. I love the finished product, and I highly recommend tile lines.

Tile Lines has a large showroom with LOTS of samples to view and check out (take home). Ive worked with 3 different designers in the store (Lori, Jill, and Elizabeth) for various projects and theyve all been WONDERFUL! Theyve all taken their time with me, helped me find different options for what Im looking for, given me great advice, and just generally been so nice to work with! I have purchased tile for 2 fireplace surrounds and a full bathroom remodel in the last 6 months, and Im very pleased with my purchases, and the company. Will definitely refer people to them and return there myself for future tile needs.

I recommend Tile Lines highly. They have an excellent selection of high-quality tiles in all sizes and designs. Their staff are courteous, helpful, and very professional. If you are considering building a waterproof bathroom, as I did, you have to go to Tile Lines! They carry the whole like of Wedi products, a German-made system of waterproof tile backer boards and construction elements, including first-rate floor drains. Not only that but they have built demonstration displays showing exactly how to install this system, if you choose to do it yourself.

I have used Tile Lines on 3-4 projects and now both our kids are using them on each of their own projects. Tile Lines has always been helpful and answer all my installation questions. In addition they have an amazing selection of tile. We also recently used them for purchase of some luxury vinyl planks and again, helpful in answering any of my installation questions. I recently scheduled an appointment for a question about a project at our sons condo and they were able to answer all my questions and give me advice on how to handle the installation.

My wife and I are DYI folks for those things we are passionate about. We made our tile design based on what we wanted and Tile Lines had the exact products we needed. We made an appointment and talked with the consultants through email, phone and finally in person. They happen to be just a few hour drive away, but I feel comfortable that I could have easily done all of this over the phone and through email. Tile Lines was even able to customize our requests further to perfectly meet our needs. Most impressive were the Salmon tiles that were cut from California Gold slate tiles to match our California Gold slate hearth.The attached pictures show the fireplace surround in our log home. I was looking for a small hook of some sort to hang a washcloth on in our new shower that was being built as I was shopping. I found just what I needed online and to make sure it would arrive on time I called the store and ordered and paid on the call. It arrived 48 hours later just in time for the tile guy to install it as he was working. Great stock of products and great customer service. I got the finish I needed and the style that matched our other shower hardware.

We have always thought that drop in registers in tile are an evil necessity as they rarely match the floor. These flush mount floor registers arrived in a timely fashion and are the bomb. Everyone that has see n them LOVE them! This application is in marble....

Tile Lines has an amazing variety of tiles. When you first walk in you are welcomed with eye contact and a friendly smile. Elizabeth was our learned advisor on all things related to our project. We left the store an hour and a half later, armed with beautiful tile, thinset, grout and matching caulk. Prices were fair and included military discount. We also purchased the Schluter trim which we were looking for but was unavailable at any of the big box stores in the area. All the sales people were great in taking time to make sure I got the look I was wanting. This was my first tile job, and did entire backsplash on our kitchen and was surprised how affordable it was, I wish I had done this project on my first house. These guys offer the only accessory your shower needs! I haven’t ever found the shower hooks that actually mount BEHIND The tile anywhere else. These are sturdy, visually appealing and I can’t speak for customer service because I’ve never had an issue. Prompt delivery of product. I have bought 12 of these.

Tile Lines staff was super helpful throughout the project. Couldnt have done it without them. Liked the leveling clips from Tile Lines better than those of other vendors. Uncoupling membrane was a bit of a challenge to install but worth it. Laundry room floor is so nice!!!

I stopped in to Tile Lines looking for some ideas for tiling a bathroom. I was building a house and I am not good at picking colors and such. There are so many kinds of tile and the choices are sometimes overwhelming. I needed help. The lady there (I dont know her name) offered a few ideas and even laid some tile out so I could see some options. I am a visual guy, I guess. After a half hour or so, I had a couple designs to choose from, making the choice easier for me.I even found some fish, cut out of granite on a display that I liked. Since I live on a lake, I incorporated that into a back splash in the guest bathroom. I was a nice touch.I also found some tile for the fireplace surround. My house looks nice now and the tile, which is in several rooms, is sort of tied together and makes the home look coordinated (or whatever the term is).I found the staff really helpful and patient with me.

Great service from Tile Lines! Our first ever tile project. We received a lot of helpful information before even walking in the door. We took multiple trips to the store, picking up tips and tricks and eventually renting a tile cutter. Heidi, Valerie and Katy were all patient, informative and a delight to work with. We left with confidence that we could do this job! On our last trip to pick up the tile cutter Katy gave us such helpful tricks - made our job so much easier. We will return for our next tiling project.
