This review is about 6 months overdue: I had called multiple places for front tires and could not find any reasonable prices or times. I called and talked to the manager (I am so sorry, I forget his name) who was able to give me a full out-the-door quote on 3 different tires AND was able to get me in that day. On the way to Quick Lane, my brakes decided to go out! Not only did they replace my tires, but they fixed my brakes as well. One more note, I felt my wait time was not unreasonable for being a walk-in appointment. Very pleased and have recommended them to others.

Kent Quick Lane is my go-to for oil changes/tire rotations. I’ve consistently been using them since I moved to the area in 2018. The staff is friendly, quick and thorough with their work, and I feel like I am getting a fair price. I know I can rely on QuickLane to take care of my car!

I stopped in today basically just price checking places in the area. I was inquiring about brakes and brake issues. I was quite impressed by the very well spoken gentleman who assisted me upon my arrival. He explained everything I needed to know, cost, time to repair and went into detail with me so I was able to understand the entire process. They get my business. Brian Thompson was informative and made me feel like an important person and didnt rush through any of my questions.

The oil change indicator came on in our Escape. Called Klaben, but they were scheduling appointments for next week. She suggested that I visit their sister store, Quick Lane, across the street. I went in without an appointment, but Brian Thompson was able to accommodate me. They have a great crew there, starting with manager Patrick Sandy. We will definitely go back in the future.

I visited QuickLane on route 59 from a recommendation of a friend of mine. Visited them when my car was jerkin and i needed an oil change. Brian Thompson went over the whole car and explained everything that was going on. I felt like he was looking out for me. I ended up getting front end work done. Great place. Great work. Well my rating must have been forwarded up the chain, because within a couple of days I received a follow up phone call. Patrick could not have been more understanding, and more accommodating. I went in with 2 little brake lines and asked if they could flare them for me,and I would give them 50 dollars for there time.. They told me they dont have the time,and asked when they would have the time,and the guy walked away saying they cant do it. I asked for a simple task,and they couldnt do it. I would hate to see how they do automotive work..

I was in need of an oil change with little time quick lanes got me in and out on my lunch break. James Perkins was awesome fair and honest not taking advantage of the fact I knew little about cars and trying to get me to spend unnecessary money like other places. The employees at this service center do an excellent job of taking care of their customers. Ive been bringing both of my vehicles here for a long time and have always had excellent service. They always go above and beyond in taking care of the needs of my vehicles and they always treat me as a customer that they want to keep.

I took in a car with a dead battery an hour before closing (thinking Id come pick it up some time next day) and they replaced the battery and did a full tune-up and oil change in under an hour. No appointment needed. Incredibly affordable too. Truly feels like a hidden gem of a repair place.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Quick Lane in Kent for 6 years. I knew they were more expensive than other mechanics I could go to, but I always came back to Quick Lane because they had great customer service. Floyd is exceptionally nice. My issue and the reason for the 2 star review; is that quick lane is a little too quick with their investigation, and now I’m siting here for the second time in a week and $1400 later because the mechanics didn’t take the time to fully investigate what might be wrong with my car. I brought it in for a banging in the back in April, and I was told the exhaust pipe wasn’t fully attached and that everything had been fixed. I didn’t think much of it because they told me it wasn’t a safety concern, but now today they tell me the control arm has been broken and that’s why it’s been banging. Why they didn’t figure this out in April, I don’t know, but I am pretty upset that my safety was jeapordized because they wanted to rush the work. I also came to have my A/C fixed, and the $400 job has now become $800. I know that more issues can be found after beginning the work and I completely understand that car repairs cost money.... but Quick Lane completely neglected my safety when not finding the issue with my control arm in April and again their quick judgement has cost me an additional unexpected cost today. Please train your mechanics to fully investigate a vehicle before sending someone off to drive in an unsafe car. Unfortunately after being a Quick Lane customer for 6 years, I will not be returning again.

Service was good first time I went. Then if I thought there was something that needed repaired, Id ask. They wouldnt find anything, or say it was something else. Id go back for an oil change six months later and they would say they found an issue. The issue I asked about before. I have to replace the rear diff in my SUV (Ring gear trashed).

I was here only fpr my rental car agency so i didnt have to switch cars!! I love my Toyota Camry 2018 brand new!! But, it was fast considering, they said an hour an half for oil change, and 21 point inspection!! 20 minutes TY!!

Nice clean place. I got my oil changed here and they kept the inside of my car clean when they would move it. Other places would leave an oil smell in my car because of the employees dirty hands and/or boots touching the steering wheel.

I was not to happy with this place they tried to charge me 1200 for brakes rotators and calibers and a battery. My son goes to school down there so I drove up to get his brakes done and it was a total waste of time.

Brought my car in for broken brake line. Originally told brake lines were fine but needed a bunch of other repairs after i showed them obvious leak they said would get right on it. Been here over 4 hours now and still not complete. If a job is to much for you just please admit it and let me go on my way. Dont seem to know much about BMW

Mark Kunklier (Manager) has a knowledgeable staff, well trained technicians, a clean and organized operation that delivers a consistent level of quality service.First impressions are long lasting and I have been impressed from my first visit to my most recent. I have four (4) vehicles in my family that average a total of 75,000 mils per year, so I am a frequent customer. I appreciate the vehicle check-up report provided on each visit. The tech takes time to fill-out the document as the vehicle is checked and tested and notes any issues or potential future issues. How do I know the form isnt pencil-whipped in the back room ... because you can watch the technician perform the vehicle evaluation and all other service from the large windows in the customer waiting area that overlook the service bays.I have never been disappointed in any of the services performed by Quick Lane and my list of services provided is long and extensive. Their competitive prices and outstanding service keeps me a happy returning customer. The free WiFi, local newspaper, morning coffee and donuts doesnt hurt my feelings either!

Have been going there for oil changes for past 6 or 7 years about two years ago i picked up my car and they said i had oil leaks but would not explain just ignored me and waited on the next person. Ford did take care of that issue. Today i pick up my car get home and there is a rubber strip dragging on the ground almost split in two from dragging. Take it back and they tell me the screws were too short. Please my car is over 5 years old and now ther screws are too short.
