Horrible service took my truck after they told me and they said they couldnt and there service is horrible take forever to reply and only accept emails..

Had my 2005 Turbo Saleen here to do a Dyno Tune on it. I was thoroughly impressed with the Tuner they had work on it! He was tweaking it most the day and when I finally got into it, I felt like I was driving a whole new car! Highly Recommended.So far they have done, an On3 Turbo kit, Hot Rod Cams, Fuel Injectors and quite a bit more to my car... They are great.

They are honest and yes the prices seem high but you get what you pay for, awesome dealing with big al, and David and rest of the crew that make it happen in the back. Dropped off my head 7/23 before going on vacation to hold my place in line for the work. Was promised it would be done 8/13. The machinists had back work to complete and said it was getting push back. Understandable, so I was ok with it and didnt want to cut in line for the work. Was also told he was going on a trip for a week and that was pushing my work out even farther. Supposed to be completed tomorrow 8/19. Well the owner/boss told me he quit. Some new guy was starting on the 24th. Been waiting over a month.To sketchy for me.

Woman answers the phone with “sup”. I Tell her I need welding done to my exhaust. She says I need a new exhaust after explaining to her I don’t. Tells me the pay rate and says a tech will call me back. Doesn’t say thanks, goodbye. Just says okay and hangs up. Nice.

I dont know what happened to this place. I have been bringing my Mustang to these guys for the past three years and never had an issue. They have replaced my motor which still runs strong, a bunch of small items fixed and had a dual bowl master cylinder installed. For some reason the brakes where engaged when i wasnt touching the pedal so I brought it back and they fixed it for free as any place should and where very quick about it. Recently I brought my car to them to do some body work (drip rails, quarter panel and paint). I brought the car to them to look at so they could give me an accurate cost for the work. The guy I talked to said he would relay to his boss what I wanted done and I should get a call later that day or the next morning with a price. A week past and I called them and got the guy that initially looked at the car. He made a bunch of excuses but to me it seemed he had completely forgot about it. He said they would call with price by the end of the day. another week passed and I called again and got a bunch of the same. All they would have had to say is that they didnt want to work on the car or where too busy. I wasted two weeks waiting to get a call that never came. Its beautiful out and my car is in a different shop getting the work done instead of being driven.

This shop does incredible work. Most definitely the best dyno tune/ hot rod shop in Washington. Special thanks to Al, Kiwi, and Ti. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

What an awesome experience doing business with this place. The owners and the receptionist were very cool. Cant wait to get more mods! Ill never take my mustangs anywhere else. Outstanding customer service!

Great shop. Had a custom tune done there by Matt. Very good quality and he has a lot of knowledge when it comes to tuning. I would definitely come back again.

I had them do a simple swap a dead 302 to a new 302, nothing more they have had my truck for 1 year and 4 months now nothing has been done truck is also fully paid for 5500, i cant get anyone yo respond to me, and when they do there still no answer i have physically driven there and talked in person still nothing Im at a loss with this company, i would advise anyone ever thinking about using them, or trusting them with your vehicle, save your time and go elsewhere

Took my 2014 mustang there multiple times over the past few years and received great service. The owners of the shop are always very informative and friendly. If you have any performance improvements in mind they will help walk you through what options are available. Top notch compared to the last Ford dealership in north Seattle I was going through.

They dont know the difference between a car and a shoe they gave me a whole list of stuff that was “broken” on my car and like three were correct and thats the stuff i told them was wrong apparently my car was leaking from every EVERY seal and that my steering column was broken they said i needed about $3000 worth of repairs even though my engine brand new is 600$ like wow go screw yourself maybe you shouldnt work on cars

These guys are awesome. Put an awesome tune on my 2017 Challenger. Supercharger is next on the list. Definitely the go to place for performance needs and basic maintenance

My husband and I took in his 03 Cobra. All around an great experience. I couldnt of asked for better customer service. They have a great team of guys that are honest and very knowledgeble about any question we had. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for a place that goes above and beyond for the customers and that has great passion for what they do.

This is not the place to order mustang parts, on my first order (some trim pieces) they said it would take 3 days to 1 week, 4 weeks later my parts finally arrive. I thought I would try them again (a few more trim pieces) because I like to keep my business local, so second order 7 weeks later, no parts yet, I got fed up had them cancel my order. I will be ordering all of my parts online from now on. If you would like any parts in a timely manner avoid this company. I would not suggest this place to anyone again.

I brought my 2008 Viper to get dynod and do some regular maintenance. The guys here got it done quickly and it was a great experience! These fellas love what they do and it shows. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go here for anything car relatedAlso its worth mentioning that TMS Performance went under new management 10/2015...

I couldnt be happier, I went there for a tune and kiwi did an amazing job, customer service was great. I thought my slowbaru was fast before and after kiwi did his magic its night and day difference! I had the hardest time getting a tune from other shops for multiple reason and TMS took me in, in a two days notice and did an amazing job. I originally brought my 1999 Mustang GT to TMS for them to swap a new rear end into my mustang. I had the rear end, new control arms, and new bushings. AL quoted me $300-$400 for the job.When I got the car back and left the shop, my car was all over the road and I figured something was wrong.I took it to my normal mechanic the next day, and NONE OF THE CONTROL ARMS NUTS WERE TIGHT. THEY WERE ON BY 2 THREADS. ALL OF THEM.parking brake didnt work when I picked up the car, and my sway bar was installed upside down. to top it all off my final bill was over $1000 due to performace parts according to AL even though we had discussed what I was doing beforehand and he said it wouldnt be an issue.UNQUALIFIED, UNPROFESSIONAL, SCUMMYmaybe AL needs a new career path.I only take my mustang to Brads Custom Auto in Seattle now.

I got Air Lift Peformance 3P Package installed at The Mustang Shop on my 2015 Mustang GT they said they will start on Wednesday morning & be done by Thursday night they actually were done Thursday morning & my car looked so good. I picked it up & went home & played with the car for a couple hours & tried leaving & my car died & wouldn’t start. I thought it was the battery so I tried jumping the car & it still wouldn’t start so I went & bought a new battery & replaced the battery & it still was having problems starting so I called the shop & keep in mind this is at 8 pm & they close at 5 pm. He said he will send out a technician to my house to check it out he came & it was a fuse from the company I ordered the air bag set at (not TMS) that was a 3 & he took the fuse out & said to come in the morning to the shop & he will fix it free of charge. So I went to the shop in the morning & he replaced the 3 fuse with a 15 & the car is running great & the air bags are running great. Thanks to TMS I don’t think any other shop would do that!

These guys did great work! After shopping a number of places to install a set of Eibach lowering springs I had purchased, for my 2015 Mustang GT, I came across TMS. They gave by far the lowest cost for the install and only took 1.5hrs compared to other shops that were going to charge 3x the cost and told me it would take 6hrs.I would highly recommend them to any one looking to have work done on their Mustang and I plan to return when I have work that I cant/dont want to perform myself.

The mustang shop has changed ownership an let me tell u for the better. One of the best places for all ur performance needs.

The shop is a joke dont go there! Drove 2hrs to go pickup my car after they called and said it was done. Got there and we drove the car around, when we got back to the shop the car still had a oil leak on both sides of the motor. I waited over 4hrs for the car that was right in front of me that they werent even working on. They finally went out and worked on it for 10mins come back in and said it was fixed. Drove the car 2hrs home and parked it. Woke up the next day to oil all over my floor called the shop and asked them to look at it again and they wanted to charge me more money for something they said was already fix. After putting my experience on Social media the shop didnt want to look bad and said they would refund me. I was never refunded needless to say.

I want to thank the great guys at The Mustang Shop, Al, Ty, Chiane and Matt. They helped me get my 2014 Coyote to where it is today. I was one who followed old reviews which cast a negative light on the company and I did not go with them in the first place and greatly regretted it. Matt was only looking out for me and my Coyote even if it meant saving me money somewhere else. I will be bringing my Coyote back to Guam where it will be the first supercharged Coyote there and will be rocking their company sticker out in Guam. DO NOT EVER ORDER A PART FROM HERE! I ordered 2 parts from here, waited an entire month without getting my items, (not even a tracking number) emailed them several times, (none of which were answered) called them a couple times, and finally after a month and a half was told that there was a mix up and the items were never shipped. Tuner blocked me on facebook after he couldnt figure out the problem with my(his) tune.

These guys are great! Not only are they the go to place for dyno tuning, they understand your needs and they dont try and push parts on you just to make a sale.

Very disappointed with our experience at TMS. John and I dropped off the Mustang for wiring replacement, and over three weeks later nothing had been done. Brought the car back home. Not going back, either.

I had my 04 cobra tuned at the old shop after having it tuned at blood performance ware it would barely run the Mustang shop fixed it right away with the right tune they also fixed my 87 and the part that I had bought was bad they got me a new part replaced it and gave me my money back if that is not true customer service then you tell me what is they will get my business for ever

Dont go here for work. Go somewhere else, head mechanic Jayson is a full-of-himself tool. The only person here worth his weight is their tuner Mitch (aka kiwi).
