Steve and his team did a fantastic fixing up the trunk of my RAV4, and for a reasonable price. He charged half as much as another place I checked out. I love that he was able to get me in the very next week. My car was in the shop for just 3 days - which is just 1 day short of the promised timeline. I was super impressed when I saw my car again because it looked good as new!! I appreciated the car wash and cleaning of interiors. I would recommend this place to all my good friends!!

They ruined my car!!! Went over there and Steve gave me a quote to repaint the side of my E92 M3 and when I picked it up the paint job was horrible!! It has holograms when you look at it in full sunlight. There is overspray in the back. They also scratched my shadow trim and bent it. They didnt remove the bumper and scuffed it in place before clear coating!! On top of that Steve insisted that I pay cash and didnt give me a receipt because he obviously is doing this off the books!! Take your car somewhere else if you care about quality work.

Just wow... The main guy was so friendly and patient, explaining step by step how my particular insurance company did things, then went over it again days later. He tried to make it as easy for me as possible, even driving 40 minutes away to drop stuff even though he was clearlybusy.Then the car came back in perfect condition after getting body work done, as good of not better than the crazy expensive places I used to use in Kirkland.Never going anywhere else again .

Great Service!! I got my car back and it was immaculate. They even washed and vacumed the inside. Brought it in for major door repair and I must say i would definitely recommend these guys for you next auto body repair.

The gentleman was knowledgeable, explained everything and all my options but gave me pros and cons to each, and cared about my best interest. They worked quick and so far only one small noise that the car was making and we went back and it was such an easy fix. (I cant remember but something small like the windshield wiper not on all the way). They welcomed us back if any issues at all. He even had his window contact come install my window at a discount while the car was getting fixed so I didnt have to order that separately with another company. Great service. Will use again if needed, but I hope I never need to use a body shop again. 😂

Best auto body shop around. They dropped by my house and gave an estimate, then even picked up and dropped off my car which was a huge convenience. I took my girlfriends 2014 Hyundai Elantra here a while back to have the front bumper replaced. They did an awesome job and even corrected the paint when it was slightly off color. I would recommend these guys no problem.

I was highly referred by a neighbor on NextDoor to Seung Lee at National Auto Collision. He is the owner, and gracious person to say the least. As soon as I heard back from him on email (I submitted an online request with photo), the in-between the lines feeling was that of trust. Hes very responsive by email as well. Seung Lee not only provided a fair quote but when they realized the damage was a little more than the picture showed, he still honored a fair rate. He also gave me a ride to a nearby car rental place and even walked in to make sure I received the best quote for a car rental. Recently, he went over and beyond any scope of service and helped my mom out with something she had wrong with her bumper. Very knowledgeable and talks you through the steps & process of what will & needs to be done. They got my car back to me sooner than I expected and even cleaned it up for me. I will differently use them should I need any future work done.

These guys rock. Came here to install a custom diffuser on my car. One of few places I found to do this kind of work. Gave me a lift to a local Starbucks where I could hang out until the work was done, finished an hour earlier than estimated, even washed the car after. Quality work at a good price. I was referred here by a friend because my car was badly hit and run while it was parked in a garage. My right rear end was hit pretty bad and the frame was pretty damaged. All in all it took about 3 weeks but they always kept me up to date on what was happening with my car. Steve is the manager and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I’d definitely come back here if I ever need to and I’ll be referring people here as well.

Very great auto body shop. They give the upmost customer service to their clients where they are all for the customer. They did amazing work and kept me informed through the whole process. They helped set up the rental car for me and completed the work in a little under two weeks. The thing that really blew me away was some touch up work they did, that wasnt a part of the insurance repair. I had a spot on my trunk that was dented and starting to rust, they cleaned it up and painted it the best they could to stop the rust. They also took care of a rattling sport rod in my front suspension, it wasnt a hazard, just annoying and they replaced it for me. Will be going back if I need repairs in the future.

I am so sorry this service. I ask and call them to paint and restore the front bumper my Camry 1999 LE. I already bought the bumper. The guys ask me cost for $500. Thats too horrible experience service. I ask other services are not more $350 Paint and restore the front bumper. Please I advise to dont go this service . Too much experience cost for paint and restore bumper.

Flakes of paint have sloughed off three week after a back yard technician from Craigslist replaced my front bumper. I was so disappointed but fortunately I found National auto body from yelp because their high rating. I got 5 quotes from yelp, their price was the best. The owner Seung Lee answered my questions promptly and discussed possible repair and payment options back and forth without delay, the best customer service I have experienced on yelp. So I decided to drop off my car there although my home is 23 miles away. When I found out my car window was left down after I dropped off my car and key after business hour, Seung even asked his manger to make a special trip to the shop to take care of it.I got my car in 4 business day. Seung also explained to me why the paint had sloughed off. No job is too small for them, other shops prefer to replace new one, however they kept my old bumper, removed the flaking paint and repainted it. It took longer time they had expected. Seung still charged the same price as his initial quote, very honest. Highly recommended.
