Very nice and helpful. Gave me a tentative estimate based on work needed on two replacement doors I didnt have with me. Was more than I expected but this was the first estimate Ive gotten so its hard to compare their price. They came recommended by the local Mazda dealership I use.

Took my 2007 tundra in for body work. They went above and beyond. The fixed a couple dents I didnt even ask them to do. Looks better then new. Even being short staffed like they are they did an awesome job!!!. Thank you guys so much, you guys did great! Would 100% recommend!-!!

I got a brand new car and just after three months someone had hit the back end of my vehicle. I made a claim through my insurance and connected the claim with Sabetti via my insurance app on my phone. Immediately they had all of my information took my car and fixed it in a very timely manner and I got it back super clean and detailed it was amazing! Super simple friendly and amazing job! Definitely recommend!

Always support the local business.I got into car accident last year nov and my whole front bumper was gone. So I went to multiple places to ask for the price and this place offered me the cheapest price probably because I’m a college student. Usually it is 2000 to get it fixed but they offered me around 1200Well couple days ago, I locked my key in my car and I was right across the street. So I went there to ask for help and that guy remembered me. He helped me to get the key out for free.I’m so thankful these people are so nice. They help people from their hearts.

Had paint problems show up years after a bed replacement from Toyota. Apparently they had paint supplier issues at the time, they stood behind their work and did a complete repaint (they have long since changed paint supplier) . The staff there was very friendly and the lobby was clean and professional,I would have no problem being a repeat customer in the future. Thumbs up 👍

As a young, inexperienced female, I was worried about being disrespected and taken advantage of after a minor fender bender in winter 2020. Jeff was nothing but professional, honest, friendly, and respectful to me. He answered any and all questions I had and did so without being condescending. I have had to bring my car to Sabettis twice now. First, after a collision with a deer three years ago. And most recently, in December of 2020 after sliding into a guard rail. Both times Sabettis did a phenomenal job. They do not take advantage and treated me like a long time customer from day one. I knew exactly where I was going to take my vehicle after my first experience with this shop. I live much closer to Cleveland now and wouldnt take my car anywhere else for body or detail work. They were even able to match the pinstripe detail work to a T. Between their customer service, genuine kindness, and world class skill at detail and body work - Sabettis is the best. I work in healthcare, and Sabettis has gone above and beyond to help me during one of the busiest times of year. They also were kind enough to put on my snow tires (the whole reason I had gotten myself into this predicament) to save me a trip to my mechanic. I could not say enough great things about this family owned business. Wouldnt take my Lexus to any other auto body. Sabettis is the place to trust.On a side note - if youre in the kent area see my review on Main Street Auto. Mike and the other guys there are honest, knowledgeable, and downright great guys. I would highly recommend them for other non-body related car maintenance and mechanical work. Have been customers there for just about 15 years. They sent my family originally to Sabettis!

Excellent customer service, and a GREAT repair. I will always use them for any type of repair. They worked with my insurance company, even though my insurance company was telling me to go somewhere else. GLAD I didnt, and no headaches at all. They even secured my rental vehicle for me. It was there waiting the day I dropped off. Awesome Job!!

From start to finish everyone was professional and very communicative. Was kept abreast of the schedule and the project progress all along the way.While boat hull fiberglass / Gel coat repair is not their main line of work, these guys are experts in this and could run an entire shop just doing boats.Professional and expert workmanship every step of the way.

I definitely recommend going to Sabetti’s body shop! They completed the work a day early and made my car look brand new inside and out! I didn’t expect them to detail the inside! The car looks absolutely AMAZING!! I can also tell you that they 100% stand behind their guarantee! I will definitely tell my friends and family to go here!

They replaced my bumper and did a great job. They were very friendly and accommodating. It only took a few minutes to get a detailed estimate and it was accurate both in cost and the amount of time it would take to repair. I got my car back and it looks great plus its cleaner inside and out then when I left it! I could not be happier with the whole experience. I hope to never need their services again but if I do Ill be going back!

Sabettis is near where I live and Im glad about that! Im a fussy car owner and they dont disappoint. Just had them correct some bad touch-up paint work Id done and their makeover looks great! Very impressed with the honesty and integrity of Sabetti. I called ahead to ask about getting an estimate for my drivers side door that was loudly screeching every time it was opened. They told me I could come right over. I was seen right away. I was told it was most likely the hinges that needed lubrication and that we would try that first. They oiled both drivers and passengers doors as well as the hood at no charge. Very impressed with their professionalism. I will be taking any future work to this body shop.

Hood would not stay down so I stopped by to get an opinion. Needed a new hood which they just so happened to have and offered me for the low cost of labor hours. Had the new hood on and was back on the road within 2 hours. Very happy with the service and will go back if another situation arises!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Sabettis! I had attempted to fix a hairline scratch in my brand new car and ended up with a horrible looking touch up paint job. The folks at Sabettis were nice enough to buff it out as well as a few other small areas within 30 seconds of my walking through the door... And they did this free of charge with a smile. Highly recommend Sabettis. I needed some minor work done and first took my vehicle to the dealer (which I always have great service at), but after 2 hours of trying to fix the problem they were unsuccessful and gave me a quote and said I would need to order new parts if they were to fix it. I tried Sabettis and they diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes, gave me an estimate and got me in for service immediately (which in total only took about 15 minutes). In the end it cost about an 1/8th of what the dealer was asking. I was pleased. They were also very friendly!

Their estimated price was the price I paid.Their repairs were excellent. I would recommend them to anyone.

Took my car here for a minor repair (primarily re-painting a scratched up door panel) and Ive had to go back 5 times. With business hours from 8-5 Monday-Friday, Ive had to take time off from my day job for each of these returns. The original work was not done properly, nor were ANY of the fixes they performed on my subsequent 5 visits. The staff is friendly, but I would not recommend this shop.
