This storage unit has met all of our expectations and has been very helpful to our organization! It is very clean and organized, and the staff is also very helpful. Especially our friend Mao, who has given us great assistance more than once! No complaints from us!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by the manager Duff who was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated his help and kindness. I am very talkative and Duff was very patient with my chit chat.

I just had a bad experience at an Extra Storage as within 2 months of renting a storage unit they more than doubled the rent from $55 a month to $120!! Was trying that storage unit out of convenience but that backfired. I’ve used Lifestorage for a few years now and have not had one bad experience yet so went back. Duff the store manager was great at helping me get the storage unit that I need. Very friendly and keeps the facility very clean.

Recently, I made a decision to relocate to the Kennesaw area. While the move was being completed, I had to maintain certain belongings in storage. I was fortunate to find Life Storage, as it is an extremely clean facility, and Duff was very professional and polite, and made the process easy for me.

Duff was absolutely amazing and took his time showing me the different sized units. Explained everything to me very well and had a great sense of humor. Definitely glad I chose this place to store my personal belongings.

I have been using this storage facility over 8 years and have been generally happy with most everything. The last store management didnt keep things as nice as when I first moved in. There is however new store management. Duff, the new store manager has been very responsive to issues or suggestions and has kept me in the loop about the progress of said issues. He was also helpful in helping me downsize into a smaller unit by making it an easy transfer. I gave them four stars because there is still a few issues that need resolved but the facility is clean, pest free, leak free and temperature controlled unlike those nasty outdoor storage units. This is a very good choice if you need storage unit(s)!

When I rented a couple of units from this location a few months ago, it clean and cool. Today one elevator is out of service, both restrooms are out of order (have been for months) and it’s HOT. Clearly the A/C is out, as well! I paid for climate controlled for a reason! Disappointed in the decline since it signed my lease!

This was the easiest process Along with being the cleanest facility I’ve ever seen. The staff were so excited to help and make sure I had all the necessary accessories in keeping my belongings safe. Duff Hill & Rizwana did a great job helping me decide on how much space I needed! I would recommend them beyond five stars! I would only want my things to stay in a Great, well ran, and super clean facility! Thank you guys at Life Storage!

I love Life Storage facilities. I have been a customer for a few years. Recently I went into the Kennesaw location to upgrade my storage unit. A gentleman named Mr. Duff assisted me in upgrading my unit. He is a really nice guy and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the location site, and he had every already set up for me.Mr. Duff suggested additional items I purchased for my move. The facility is always clean and there is lots of lighting. The isles inside the storage facility are nice and wide, making it easier to maneuver. Ive always enjoyed going into the office and speaking with the staff. I have never had a bad experience.

Very nice lady named Rizwana, gave me a really good deal on my storage situation. Mr Doug was also very helpful, he came all the way up to the 3rd floor to help me with my lock. New locks being used look to be much safer than the old locks/commercial padlocks.

Love this place, I never write reviews which is hypocritical of me as I often use them to factor in to decisions on products and businesses but we will save that for the people with a lot of time on their hands. That being said this place is great for storage it’s very convenient location tucked away from a major thoroughfare. Nice covered spot to unload and park. The staff is incredibly helpful. The last time I went I had cleared out a bunch of stuff and had a full cart and Mana helped me with the door and elevator and we had a nice chat on the way up to my floor. Both of those things I could’ve done myself but would’ve been difficult with the amount of stuff I was able to pile on my cart. Give your money to businesses that put more effort into their products and services.If you’re like me and don’t have time: Well run business, clean environment, helpful and cordial staff.

I’m going through a quick move due to a new job. I have be gone in 2 weeks!I contacted moving companies. Too expensive! And they talk to you like dirt.I contacted Life Storage and met Rizwana Gabol. I explained my situation. She took the time to review what I had to store and how my goods should be treated. She sold me boxes, tape, packing products and mattress covers. I didn’t even know they made those for storage. She also told me about the free rental truck to bring goods to thestorage unit.That’s a huge savings.Finally she said. You have a lot to do.
