Debbie was very helpful and very nice! After UHAUL lost our reservation and refused to take responsibility or help us in any way, we struggled to find a space large enough on short notice. Then we found Extra Space Storage and Debbie was very accommodating. Reserving the space was easy and terminating our contract was even easier. The storage building is clean and easily accessible.The only issue was the elevator smelled like urine towards the end of our contract. An indecent customer must have urinated in the elevator. This is an easy fix for the business though.

Reservation was easy and I was able to get help comparing locations/prices. I had the option to complete the lease online which was convenient. The location was clean and bright. The elevator is very convenient for upper floors.

Extra Space Storage off of George Busbee is an excellent storage facility. It’s always clean and they keep up with regular maintenance. The accessibility both location wise and hours wise is perfect for me. Debbie is always willing to assist me whenever I need help with something. She has been amazing! I highly recommend this facility for storing your belongings.

Drive up for a one time code entrance compared to having to enter your code every time you enter any door or elevator at Public Storage. I have just started renting from Extra Space Storage on George Busbee Parkway, Kennesaw, Ga. I have a friend that has a space there also. Have helped her move items in and out. From what I have observed the facility is extra clean through out the 3 different spaces I have been to. The rental process was extra fast and smooth. The agent Debbie Anglin has a very good system for the rental process. She was answering most of the few questions coming to me before I asked them. She is very polite and has a thorough knowledge of her facility. She is also very dedicated to her facility. She was there on Labor Day and by the looks of the tools she had on a cart she was working on the incidental problems that will arise from time to time in a rental storage building. The prices were very competitive compared to 2 other storage facilities I has checked with in the same area. All in all I can recommend Extra Space Storage. A 5 star facility for certain.

My monthly rent for a 10x6 is equivalent to the cost of an oil change The building is always clean and running up to par. Came here with my mom, sister and 1yo niece to get a storage unit for my mom. My sister and her husband currently use them as well for their storage. Upon walking up to the door, a woman told us we needed to wear masks, which was fine, so we all put ours on. I was carrying my niece and then the woman said, “she needs one too” referring to my niece. To which my sister told her, “she’s not even 2, she can’t wear a mask.” And the woman replied with, “I don’t care she could carry germs. She’s not coming in without one.” Seriously? A 1yo can’t even keep her bow on and you expect her to keep a mask on and not mess with it or not try and yank it off within the first 10 seconds? Unbelievable. There was no need to be so rude, and I can assure you that she did have a tone about it, and we are definitely taking our business elsewhere.I understand there is a pandemic and everyone is one edge, which is why we carried our masks with us and put them on. But if you’re so concerned then why not offer some? Or carry a size for a 1yo to use?

I cannot believe the great customer service I received at this storage facility. A piece of my furniture was blocking the door from opening. Went looking for a storage unit because the one I had increased my rate for the second time in a year. Reserved online with Extra Space and when I went in to check the unit I was helped by George. He explained to me the security and hours I would have access to my unit and showed me the unit itself. When I went to check in George assisted me with the necessary paperwork and offered me a unit closer to the door. Since I have a handicap I was thankful for the shorter walk. Buyer BEWARE, this company increases your rent $10 every 6 months. There is no reward for being a long term tenant. I am now paying almost $300 a month for a storage unit. There is no increase in product . Rat traps in the hallways. Bring your own light, the hallway lights dont always work and are not enough. Its not kept as clean as it used to be. At this point, the stuff I have is not worth the rent. Im disgusted that I have stayed with them this long and paid them this much.
