I live a city away but I always come this location because the staff are the most genuine people. Whenever I need advice for a project they help me and are filled with years of knowledge and experience that only time comes with. Highly recommended!

Needed help with picking out paint for our bathroom and Griffin was very helpful. After asking him a few questions he was quick to give his recommendations and I am very happy with how our bathroom turned out! Will be returning in the future when I start painting other areas of the house.

This HD has one of the best selections. This stores stock was straighter and fully stocked for everything that I needed. While walking around the store I had three out of four associates ask if they could help me. The one that did not was retrieving a broom to clean up sawdust around a saw. A good shopping experience.

Quick and easy checkout process. Found what we needed and left. Most employees greeted you and asked if needed any help.

I call this the big home depot this location usually has everything Im looking for. Parking lot is huge and they do a good job keeping all areas stocked with carts.Convenient to hwy 75.We dig it.

Generally I like Home Depot very much. But specifically, I wanted to meet the Kennesaw store manager the other day about the collection of trash at their second entrance off Roberts. Was told she was in a meeting, to leave my information, and shed get back to me. I wasnt there to be confrontational, but to try and understand why the pile of trash had been at the entrance for months. Was interested in her perspective and curious if our organization, Keep Cobb Beautiful could help in anyway. I was ignored, and so I am giving this less than exemplary review. Hoping I can post a picture to go with it that shows how bad it is and maybe get them to respond by, I dont know, cleaning it up? Again, I am not trying to be mean to HD, I shop there frequently and will continue to do so. But I feel like I have earned the right not to be ignored. I appreciate this opportunity to post a review and if youve read all the way to its end, for your time and consideration in this matter as a HD customer, thanks!

I went there to buy a tool, I asked a lady at the self-checking cashier to call someone to unlock the lock in order for me to buy it. She did, an old man came and unlocked it. Then he grabbed the box and kept walking saying Im going with you to the cashier. I said but Im still shopping. Then he said I cant give it to you but you can pick it up at the cashier which make me feel like Im going to stealing it! Very disrespectful & poor customer service. I have been shopping from store for over 10 years and never had an experience like this before!

After all this covid stuff started happening this was like Home Depot was like my second home. Everyone is so kind and its very fast and easy to find exactly what your looking for! Amazing job!! I was actually able to put up lattice on my porch, which was super fun and awesome!

They have lovely rose bushes and plenty of mulch…. great selection of flowers and baskets some were pricey. Lots of herbs in growing trays had everything I needed for new curb appeal.

This Kennesaw store is the worst! Nothing but trouble every time with returns or assistance from store associates. One customer service told me no problem for a simple exchange of an unopened HomeDepot item, but when I found the necessary part the next Customer Service employee said an exchange was impossible without the original sales receipt. I requested a manager but she said the same. Only after refusing to leave without speaking with her manager did the simple exchange occur. I recommend going to one of the three other stores within 5 miles of this store.

Large format location, but confusion in the custom blind areaThis store is larger than the one nearest us, so the we often go the extra mile to get access to the broader selection. But when we went for a quote on custom blinds, we had to wait forever while the store staff fought through computer issues. We finally had to ask for an emailed quote because we couldnt wait any longer.

We ordered windows in January they installed in April as scheduled and pairs in full. However the garden widow was not measured correctly so they had to return it and replace it completely. We have called and not heard anything from Home Depot as to when it will be installed replaced or anything no one returned our calls nothing. It has been months now and I am shocked at the lack of costumer support this company has always come through before... simply disappointed.

Pit stop on a road trip. Kids needed to go potty and move around. Nothing like going to a large place to walk around. Kids got lolly pops and a plant for great grandma.

I feel like I am being racial profiled in this location, when Im about to check out (self checkout all the time) or near the check out line the older cashiers come behind me and try to take things from my hand or pull my kart as if Im going to walk out without paying.I come to this store almost every morning because its closest to my job. If this continues Im going to have to take my business elsewhereIm also a Pro Costumer and have a home depot credit card!

I always have a great experience with Home Depot. I love how the associates are friendly and always know how to help you find what youre looking for. Weve just bought our first house and Home Depot is the one-stop shop less than a mile from us. The only issue is their inventory listed on their website can be inaccurate (in my experience) but that happens, especially with such a wide array of products they carry. If you want to make sure your location has what youre looking for, Id call ahead to save a trip.

Not as hectic as Barret Pkwy, bigger garden selection. Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I definitely choose to shop at this location over barret pkwy or the store on HWY-92.

Love this store so much to enjoy, not enough money to get it with. Just about every answer to your woodworking problem. Well worth the trip.

The staff of Home Depot, well a few anyway, know the store, where to find the product needed by customers. Other staff, have no idea without calling another employee or texting the location of product. The not so experienced, dont listen to what is being said of an actual product search, pointing and talking about an item that isnt what is inquired about needing. Not enough interaction of training.

Waited 20 minutes for a small curbside pick up order today. I could have walked in and purchased the items quicker on my own. The associate who answered the phone when I called to check on my order seemed apathetic about it.

I love this Home depot store!

We had a horrible experience getting our new dishwasher installed. The delivery service/installers are clueless about how to install dishwashers even when we paid for instillation. They didn’t come with the correct parts that we paid for. We are frustrated and have no idea how long it will take to get this fixed. I will NEVER buy an appliance from Home Depot again!The installer was afraid of spiders and basically didn’t want to do his job!

Rental of pickup and saw. Very helpful im challenged with mobility issues i was able to get in the truck.

The prices on the check out dont match with the stickers on the shelves. I got some toilet paper and the difference was over 5 dollars. I had to do several exchanges because a few tools that I got didnt work.

I rented a van to pickup items that wouldnt fit in my car. Ben was very helpful in spite of their technical issues. He got me in and out expeditiously. Great customer service. The van was easy to drive. This was my first time using this service and Im sure it wont be the last.

I really like this location. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to find what I needed and they had plenty in stock. Also, they had a hand sanitizing station and masks at the door!

We had a young lady come up to us & offer any assistance we might need. Her name is Kara Lees, her title is a specialist in flooring. We didnt know that when we started asking questions regarding major kitchen appliances; were remodeling & making our home more senior friendly. She started showing me everything I asked about. We left there having purchased a refrigerator, microwave/oven combo & a dishwasher. Kara answered all our questions & if she didnt know the answer she found someone who did. She went above & beyond what she is required to do. This Home Depot is off of Wade Green Rd & I-75. We have a HD about 5 minutes from our house....I plan to go back to the one off of Wade Green & Kara.

The store off of Wade Green and Shiloh is the cleanest Home Depots around. Staff is friendly and helpful. Not as extensive of an inventory as larger stores but generally well stocked.

Customer service was non existent when I visited. Couldnt find any help ended up pulling down product from higher shelf pulled it down myself. Emplyoess in other parts of store never approached me to see if I needed assistance. Could have used a ladder or rolling stairs to get product. Other customers I encountered where having same problem.

Done with this establishment. I now shop Lowes.

Dont buy propane here, the self service machine has been broken for like a year, so the process involves waiting on an employee to get around to you at thier convenience. Ive been waiting by the machine for 10 minutes now, after asking for one to be paged.

Are you kidding me.. I ordered and paid for a new washer and dryer. Then waited ten days for delivery. No problem with that wait, I understand busy. My appliances were scheduled for delivery between 4:30 and 8:30 this afternoon. When I finally called them at 8:00PM. I was told it could be as late as 10:30... Who the hell deliver appliances at 10:30 on a Saturday night. It is now 10:15 PM, not a damn word from anyone.. NO MORE FOR Me with this place.

They didnt have any heaters but thats the first time they didnt have everything i was looking for

This Home Depot has a good selection and is always clean. Cashiers are friendly and everyone is helpful when you need it. But the amount of employees that try to get you to buy custom shelving systems, water testing, etc. whatever the flavor of the month they’re pushing, is just too much. I know they’re being told to do this so it’s not their fault but it’s to the point where we have to walk really fast past employees to avoid the sales pitch. And they’re persistent! Even if you say no thank you politely they keep on trying. It starts immediately the moment you walk in the door. Like a used car dealership. Ha!

I am a male so what male ( yeah I am sure there are always some ) does not like tools. I happen to love tools and accessories and for all it matters the Home Depot even offers screws/nails at al for a very reasonable price, if you buy just one or a nut doesnt matter they have it - so therefore it is a very convenient store for diysfers out there.

Flooring department had a floor priced at lower price than what was on line but they were out of stock of the item and refused to order the item at the The store price that was advertised on the rack. If your not going to honer that price remove the item being advertised to customers. Spoke with Ben the assistant manager who refused to try anything asked for manager of store and was told she was out of town. When I asked for card for both the manager and corporate he refused to provide the info. Another employee had to give me the info. What happened to price match guarantee. This was an advertised price in your store not even from a competitor.
