I usually LOVE coming to shop at bed bath and beyond due to the fact that it has many household items that I need. I had put a iPhone cord in my cart along with other items and proceeded to check out. Upon checking out I noticed that the cord rang up as a different price. I then asked CASHIER BEATA about it. Her response was this is the correct price... without further explanation. I informed her of the bin of others and that I wanted to find correct the item that matches the price I saw. She huffed and rolled her eyes at me. After ignoring her rude mannerisms, I asked again if she could help me (register was right next to the bin of cords). When we both arrived back at the bin of cords she let me know that the item I was looking for was unavailable without even trying to look further. I let her know that if she didnt want to assist me, I would find someone else that would be more than happy to. I went to customer service and OLIVIA, who was an absolute sweetheart, assisted me. This time when we went back to the bin of cords, she helped me find the correct item that I was looking for. It should never be an issue if a customer needs help and I am very ashamed at BBB for allowing their employees to behave in this manner. If you are unable to work in an evnviroment where customer service is a top priority, then you DO NOT need to be working there! BEATA, you should be disgusted with yourself!

Great place for my 1st time. I was helped by Kim who helped us save a lot of money for our purchase today and the future. Very polite and happy to help us. Ill be coming back to shop for our new home.

Staff my be very help, but the store currently looks like a store that is going out of business. There is great amount to clearance items, and empty shelves. Merchandise is not being restock with a quickness and efficency.It was actually kind of sad.

I just left this location of Bed Bath & Beyond and probably will never come back. I walked around shopping the entire store. I passed six employees and not once was I greeted. One employee stood next to me talking to another employee and never acknowledged me. A third employee looked me in the eye without any acknowledgement, not even a smile. I work in retail management and this lack of customer service is inexcusable. I went into the store to purchase a $300+ vacuum cleaner, but will now go home and buy it from Amazon.

Same as always for this big chain store. Still feel like theyre really, really overpriced if they can keep handing out 20% off coupons like candy. Good luck finding help.

While shopping I was asked to put on a mask. I explained that I have a medical condition that requires me to not obstruct my airway. He(Mike) politely asked to either shop online or leave. I would really just like to shop without having to worry about being light headed or passing out. It would be nice if the store was respectful of my needs.***UPDATE*** I ended up needed to have the store order a few thing because they didnt keep them stocked. Mike happily helped me and took the paper I had written down then specifications of make and model. He ordered it and we were good to go. I got a confirmation email and turns out that the wrong model was ordered. I double checked my notes and they were correct. Looks like Mike missed those small details. I went back and Mark was super helpful in getting things sorted out. Thanks Mark.Im leaving the one star because I didnt feel like I could get things sorted out without having to obstruct my airway. Mark gets 5 stars, the store gets 1.

Love the store, there was lots of help, being a senior its good not to have to look for someone to help you in a store, in the bed Department was a very nice man, hes was very busy but he stopped to, take care of me and I really appreciated that.

The place always has way too strong of scent when you first walk in. Interesting selection of home goods. THEY HAVE SODA STREAM AND CARTRIDGE DISCOUNT. If you read my reviews I dont complain much about stores however this Bed Bath And Beyond store is the same as always, expensive, but they do have some really neat home goods items. Used to go here a lot years ago when furnishing our house. Definitely take your 20% coupon, youll need it! They still have that overpowering chemical fragrance smell in the store that I cant stand and hits you like a brick wall when you walk in. At least the face masks help with that! Before face masks were required I would put something over my face years ago. I avoid going to BBB for that very reason. Nice to browse in. Watch out for the POP items at the checkout, theyll get ya! Very expensive. Low score due to smell of store!

I entered a few BB&B locations in Metro Atlanta. As is true of the lore of retail work crews in a retail big box store, there seemed to collectively be a coldness towards the co employees which to my impression can be felt by customers.I certainly felt this way at this location. And I decided to leave. Not to mention the many brands at BB&B can be found elsewhere, in my inviting retail locations, and also with cheaper price points online as well.Again, as I feel of big box retail, this is a great place to start out with comparative shopping before zeroing in on a particular purchase of a particular item of a particular brand.

Their name is truthful advertising. They sell bedding. They sell bathing. And they sell beyond. If you have never been to a BB&B - its like a Bedding store and a Bath supply store crashed into a As Seen on TV store and instead of cleaning up the mess and calling the first responders, they just swept the aisles and kept doing business.Also, it usually smells nice in here due to the candles and oils and various other things. Asthmatics beware.They sell vacuum cleaners and now they offer a lot of sundry toiletry items like toothpaste and mouthwash. What are you trying to tell me BB&B?? Just say it! You dont think I smell nice do you?Also be sure and sign up for their newsletter or whatnot. They send you coupons all the time and theyre powerful 20% off type things. If you take your wife and carefully use your coupons it is possible to shop here and leave with just one cart full of stuff. Allegedly.

The only opportunity I see is—and this is purely personal and most likely quantifiably justified that you don’t do it—there are little to no in-store options on anything outside of standard sizes for shower curtains and window treatments. Again, I understand the 80-20 philosophy, but every now and again a man finds himself in need of an 84” length shower curtain 2 days before the family all comes over for Christmas.Cheers.

Who doesnt love this store? The place is always packed with customers no matter when you go there. The floor staff are attentive and well managed and the shelves and aisles are always neat and well organized, which always amazes me in a store that hosts this many customers, regularly. And, my favorite part, no matter how busy this place gets, its always quick and easy to check-out, even during the holiday season when this place is packed. Cheers for that!

Good clean store. Selections are good, unfortunately my service (cashier) wasnt the happiest or helpful the day I went. Dont want to blame the company for someone who seems like she was having a bad day.

After an easy on-line Wedding Registry shopping experience and leaving my credit card number for the order to be placed on hold for me to pick up in store, I arrived at the store. The cashier brought the item (a large artisan bowl) and placed it on the counter - no box, no nothing. It seems BBB no longer has in-store DIY gift wrap nor do they supply boxes for their breakable registry items. I specifically asked about fine china and was told it would be placed in a bag and I could purchase sheets of gift wrap over there. Unbelievable ! Im amazed at the lack of follow through and end result in this specialty area (wedding registry). I wont be coming back to shop and will advise any future bride-to-be that they not register with BBB.

I ordered items online which were available the next day for pickup at the store. I had to go to another line to pay for a item that was purchased in the store.

It is very frustrating that so many items do not have the price posted and you have to hunt down someone to give you a price.

What can I say? I shop here often and Im never disappointed. So many wonderful products for the home, you could be in there all day, picking up items you need (and sometimes dont need) for your home. I highly recommend this place!

Employees at customer service would not help me find the one product I came in for. I asked for help twice and they refused to help me.

We were hesitant to have our wedding registry here because of bad experiences in the past at other Bed Bath and Beyonds. Man were we wrong about this location. We had a wonderful guided tour. I wish I could remember the young ladys name but she was fantastic. Honestly a better experience than Macys registry. BB&B has a better selection of most items than Macys for cheaper or similar prices.

Great Customer Service! Needed to pick something up from a registry and they were really helpful and quick about providing options for delivery, since some of the items were not available in the store. Allowing the customer to use multiple coupons easily is definitely one of the reasons that I continue to shop there.

I wanted to give praise to two employees from your store #066 in Kennesaw, Georgia: Dawn and Kendall. I came to the store looking to see if by some odd chance a sheet set I bought during Christmas was still available since it was no longer available online. I was greeted by Kendall in the bedding section and she offered to help. She began to look in the system to see if the item was in stock, which it wasnt. But she went above and beyond and said, I know theres a way for us to get it in for you even if its not available online. She requested help from Dawn after trying to resolve the issue herself. I believe they were searching in that computer for over 15 to 20 minutes when finally they gave me the good news: it was available at the East Cobb store and they would have it transported to their location for me to pick up next day. They could have just told me they were out of stock but Kendall didnt want to give up on me and requested the help she needed to make it happen. And Dawn went above and beyond to request the item to be sent to their location so I could pick it up. I was more than pleased and very impressed with their customer service. I hope the managers give them the recognition they deserve because they really went above and beyond for me. These ladies are the definition of excellence in customer service.

I never shop here. Last week I was looking for a little humidifier, so I gave it a try. So glad I did. Just so happens they had Christmas clearance. Bought things I needed for 75% off. Went back 1/27/19 and found more that I needed at 50% off. I know some stories say whatever percent, but I had previously priced these items elsewhere. Staff friendly, will be back.

This store is one of the very few, where you get help to find stuff. Very much appreciated. Lots to browse. Helpful Cashiers who make sure all available discounts, (whether on phone or on paper coupon) are given at the Register.

Im a loyal shopper of BB&B. Customer service at my store in Kennesaw, Georgia are phenomenal. I interacted with Is Lisa, Sara, and a guy that showed me ice buckets (not sure what his name is but he was fantastic). I encouraged my daughter (16 years old) to apply for a part-time job with BB&B.

Very nice store for home goods. They have a little bit of everything. Dont be surprised if your walking out with something you didnt go there for. Recommended.

I went to purchase a vacuum filter for my vacuum that we purchased at BB&B 3 years ago. A very nice young man tried to help us by trying to order the filter online; they no longer stocked that specific filter in the store. Unfortunately BB&B also didnt offer the filter online either. We left the store without a new filter, but with a very positive experience.

Ok store, friendly staff, but generally very crowded and checkout lines get long when its crowded. I found the prices to be much more expensive for the same products here. I only came here because I had a gift card. Would not come back only because the prices are on average $20-$100+ more expensive than if I buy online and have it delivered to myself from a competitor. The experience at this store was great if not for the ripoff prices.

My fiancé and I visited this location to create our registry. We were assisted by Mary, and she was absolutely the BEST! She kept us laughing the whole time, asked lots of questions and was genuinely excited to hear the details about our wedding. After some fun conversation, she totally knew my style and was running around showing us all the things she knew we would need/love. She gave GREAT suggestions with brands, styles, and pricing, and made sure we got to try coffee samples amd test out vacuums and appliances. We probably spent three hours in the store with her, but it was the most fun three hours of my day. Shes a great and hilarious personality, and she spent so much time making sure we were happy and satisfied with our registry. I highly recommend this store and HIGHLY recommend Mary if you ever need help!! Thank you Mary, you made our day!!!!

If I could leave a zero star rating I would. I came in here with my wife to use a gift card she received on her birthday. When we tried to check out, the cashier could not figure out how to make the gift card work (even though the card clearly stated to use as a credit card, not a gift card). She got the manager who was also unable to figure out how to cash out the purchase (he apparently could not read either). I was told flat out that since they could not figure it out, they would not honor the card and it was the card issuers fault. I then called online ordering and they were able to process it without a problem. This tells me the staff at that store is either poorly trained and incompetent, or just does not care to do the right thing and figure out the issue, instead expecting the customer to do their jobs for them. Either way, it is awful customer service and will shop elsewhere in the future.

Town Center BBB is located in a shopping strip with tons of other desirable stores making it a great place to go. It also has a lot more merchandise than the old one I used to go to in East Cobb. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I was looking for an item. When I didnt find it I asked one of the associates at the front desk. She told me to look in the area I just came from. I looked again and didnt find it. When I went back to the service desk. I asked another assiciate and she said they were sold out. Bad experience.
