This Best Buy Is Actually nice and big. They have tons and tons of electronics and games. They have stopped selling CDs starting this year. I found out the hard way...lol... The customer service was really great and helpful, every employee was asking me If I needed help, they also seem very knowledgeable on products. I recommend this place, especially If you need a new TV and dont mind paying a little more for the piece of mind. Go check them out, and you will be happy.

I was looking for an oddball fuse for the amp in my boat. I rushed to BB because they said they had 1 in stock at the store. I got there and could not find it. Wayne said it could be back in the installation garage, but they were closed. Wayne said he woukd get the keys and go see if he could find it. Sure enough, he found it. I have to give Wayne high praise. Not many employees would have got the keys and taken the effort to look for it. I have not shopped at best buy in a while. However, that will change now. I love good customer service. And great customer service has more bearing with me than price when shopping for an item. I may need a new marine head unit, and i will go back to best buy to get it . I appreciate Wayne, not too many associates like him.

I appreciate your no haggle approach when it comes to items under warranty. Thank you for making the exchange process seamless. Im rating a 4 not based on customer service but based on availability. I was on the fitness tracker for quite sometime with no help to be found. I was able to locate someone, but then he had to get someone else who later also had to get another person. Make sure staff members are able to accommodate multiple needs. Other than that... great store location. If you found this review to be helpful, please like below.

I went in looking for a new laptop for my wife to use for work. The laptop area was very busy and there was no one to help me with my selection. A very nice young man named Eric from the television department noticed us and offered to help. Ill be honest if it wasnt for Erics help I would have just gone elsewhere to buy a new laptop. He was great and Ill go back if hes there to help me. Outstanding service! Give him a raise, hes worth it.

This Best Buy has very friendly and attentive staff. They’re also very prepared for Black Friday, very nice organization. Prefer this one over the Best Buy near my actual house.

I want to take a few minutes to compliment Paul from the Geek Squad on providing stellar customer service by understanding my concerns and taking the time to explain the routes we were going to pursue to address my situation. I ordered a Nintendo Switch and a free game to be delivered to my home. They sent the switch but told me I had 5 days to come to a store over 9 miles away to get the free game. The messages went into my spam folder and I just realized the day it expired that I was going to miss it. After about 3 total hours on the phone with Best Buy they told me there was nothing they could do about it and refused to give me the game that came with the order. I cannot believe a company of this size cannot do better with customer service.

Bought a new TV but had to return it due to a few bad pixels. They honored the exchange, but only have a 13-14 day purchase policy that they failed to mention when we took it home 2weeks ago. We carried it to customer service (no one offered to assist) then They powered up onsite to confirm and brought out a brand new tv, helped us load it up too! Other than the push to buy a 2-year warranty, service was great!

I like this location as a customer. I was greeted imminently. What seemed to be a warehouse worker was nice enough to show me what I was looking for. The store was very clean. They have a lot to offer at this location. I was a little frustrated that when I went to check out, the store pickup customers took priority over the people in line to check out. I understand that store pick up can be a quick process, but several people in the checkout line had gotten in line first and had been waiting for awhile when I went. Though, when I was up and checking out, the cashier was awesome. She helped me price match my item and wished me well. I will come back and I will recommend to a friend.

Always professional and helpful. Needed a cable modem with internet router. Right away an associate came out of no where and educated us on the various modem types and the best option for us. The store now has a much more beautiful layout and a much more interesting flow as you walk through it. My last visit was at the end peak of the holiday season and the store still managed to keep itself looking fairly put together and stocked. The kitchen appliance section and the home theater displays always catch my attention and I always have to stop by them just to see some of the latest arrangements.

Just wanted to take a moment to brag on the mobile rep who helped me yesterday. I think her name was Amanda (she has blue hair) but she was nothing short of awesome. I had a rough experience the night before trying to upgrade my phone but I came and saw her and she made the whole process easy. She kept me updated on progress and walked me through the steps to ensure my old phone was erased and setting up my new phone. She was very knowledgeable and took the extra step to make me feel important as a customer. This girl deserves a raise!

Ordered an open box turntable listed as good which means functional but maybe missing box and/or documents. Get it home to find the drive belt missing and the needle damaged. Completely non-functional on any level. Spent 30 minutes getting bounced around on hold to only get disconnected two minutes after they closed. Never could reach a human. Hope to never deal with this company again.

Honestly it depends on the service staff member you get... Ultimately all product details can be found on the service staff members phones so it is really hard for the sales staff to be engaged in the products offered or what they actually need to know to have an educated conversation with their customers. As for the products and equipment, what can I say its a Best Buy just like any other store.

Bought a car stereo, install kit, and wiring harness. And install valued at 99 dollars. The sales man asked for make model and year of the car to make sure we picked out the stereo that would fit in my car. We scheduled the install for the 29th of December since this was a Christmas present for my daughter. When I arrived for the install,. The installer told me that there was an extra $75 charge for the install. Bait and switch. BEWARE.

After my son spent 30 minutes on hold this afternoon trying to reschedule his car stereo installation, I went in to the store to try to do it. Two representatives tried for 15 minutes before calling a manager. After waiting 20 minutes, he tried for 10 minutes but couldnt reschedule it sooner. Several issues. Bought a washer and dryer. I was very excited and I had never used Best Buy for a major purchase. Purchase was straightforward. The delivery was less than desirable. I paid for my old washer and dryer to be removed, but the installers tasked me if they were staying or leaving when they arrived at my home. Either, communication was poor or they didnt want to take them away. I told them I paid for them to be taken away and they looked annoyed. This started the downward spiral. I also paid for installation of the new washer and dryer. They said they COULDNT hookup the dryer duct because it ran under my stairs (I assume this would take too much time). I didnt worry about this because its not hard for me to hook it up. When they were finished I asked why the steam hose was not attached to the dryer, they got quiet and looked at each other and said we dont hook that up. I was confused because I, again, PAID for installation. They told me I had to hook it up. After they left, I called customer service because I couldnt get the hose unhooked from the wall to attach the splitter. The first person I spoke to was very friendly. After I explained, in detail, the problems I had, I was transferred. The new person was not told of my issues and I had to explain the problems all over again. She was NOT friendly. She did not rectify the issue and told me I would have to wait until the next day for a new crew to come out. I really wanted the old crew to be made aware that they did not do what they needed to do. Im sure this crew is still working with no correction. Just know, if you pay for installation, you will not have your washer and dryer completely installed.

I received a confirmation email that said my new phone had arrived and they would see me at 100 on my appointed day. Unfortunately, I had an appointment for 11 days in advance and received a confirmation but when I arrived I was informed that my phone hadnt arrived and that I would need to return another day. Obviously, they need to rethink their process by actually receiving the ordered goods in house before sending out a confirmation for the appointment. Terrible waste of my time.

This is the go-to place if youre looking for specific Electronics. Usually Best Buy has the latest in electronics and Technology. Sign up for the rewards program if youre a techie such as myself. Usually the prices are much higher than you can find on eBay or Amazon. But they do price matching which makes the shopping experience here compatible with other sources. The great thing about this place they do have representatives of their products from the company itself. The downside to Best Buy is that the older products usually dont go on sale.

Extremely horrible experience and Jeff who worked there was horrible. There was another guy as well who shunned us. Why should I spend hundreds on a good computer when it helps him keep a job? He talked with a guy for 15 minutes and then walked away when my brother and I asked for help. I will not visit this location again if possible. Jeff is the absolute worst and should have no foot in any establishment that is anything customer service. Incompetent as hell.

Son brought in his laptop. We were told by Geek Squad he HAD to buy a protection plan in order for them to work on it. After some questions it turned into an OPTIONAL Protecrion plan. We were there on a Monday. The guy told us they were very busy and it should be done on Saturday. We left and drove home. They called and said it was done a few hours later. Which was great. The customer service at this particular Best Buy was one of the worst I have experienced, and I will not be coming back. When I asked for help to find the item I needed, I kept being directed from one area to another, with no one actually willing to help me find it. I stood in the electronics section waiting for help and watched multiple salespeople pass by without a word. When I was finally able to get help the person left without ever answering my question. While I can understand a store being busy, I have been to many other Best Buy locations that had much better customer service than this.

Purchased a new Gas Stove with delivery and installation. The price was very competitive which is the reason for two stars instead of one. Other than that it was a terrible experience. Told I would get the stove on Monday. They changed to Tuesday. Took the day off of work. They delivered the completely wrong stove. Called customer service couldnt do anything until the truck checked in at 8PM the same day. Finally rescheduled for a Friday deliver. Took another day off. This time they brought the right stove. They didnt bring the hookup kit. Left the stove in the garage and said would have to reschedule. Customer Service said the earliest installation would be Monday the next week. Everyone from Customer Service, the warehouse, and Appliance manager were useless. Cancelled my order and told them to come pick up the stove. They did that in record time. Bought a more expensive stove for the same price from a competitor across the street. They delivered and installed the next day. Still havent gotten my refund and its been over 30 days. Never Again!

The last of the big box electronic stores and I’m happy to see how Best Buy has evolved and also that they now do price matching.This particular store has some of the largest selection in the area for nearly anything you could be looking for. The only reason I would give it four stars versus five is because on weekdays there are a lot less Best Buy team members around, so the service is more inconsistent. You have to balance that with going on the weekends where it is more crowded but you will get more help.

I love this store! They have everything I need. I live closer to the Smyrna store, but prefer this location. They price matched my Whirlpool employee price on items, and also I found the TV I got a $100 cheaper a week later, also price matched that. There were 2 installers who came, I dont remember their names but they called to let me know they could come early. They were kind, efficient, and knew what they were doing. They installed the new units, and even went the extra mile by helping me move a heavy piece of furniture! Taj at the store has always been great, and has helped me out numerous times, and recently helped me find some wall hangers for my DVDs and video games that nobody else seemed to know about, they look great and hold a ton! Now to finish filling them up! Thanks to Best Buy, I was able to get all the cables, zip ties, power strips, and more to complete my home theater experience just in time for the Superbowl. 10/10 will spend too much money here this year again.

First, the good: I went there AFTER buying a laptop at Microcenter. I wished I had bought one at this Best Buy instead because they had a better selection, AND the floor staff person spent a lot of time answering my questions and giving clear comparisons of each laptop, the differences in processor, memory, cost,etc....The other good is that they have a broad selection of laptops, as well as cell phones.The Bad is that, in order to ask ANY questions about the phones or to buy one, you have to wait in line. There isnt really a line, but just people standing near the table to be helped. Both times I went in to get a phone, they had two staffers sitting at a table, each setting up a customer with their new phone and plan.The first visit, I waited and looked at phones for about 20 minutes, but realized there were two people ahead of me, and they were still setting up the people who were sitting at the table when I came in, so I wouldnt likely get any help. A third guy appeared, but he seemed bored or tired or lacking confidence when answering my questions. He did tell me at one point that I needed to ask one of the guys behind the table to answer a certain question, so I think he was just called in for backup. It became apparent it would likely take an hour for them to get to me, so I left.When I came back the second time, I waited, and was helped when one of the staff finished setting up the customer at the table. However, they turned out the lights about 6 minutes after I sat down with him. I said, oh, theyre closing and he admitted that they had already closed for the night 15 minutes ago, so I knew it would be wrong for me to stay any longer, and I had to leave without a phone. I dont know why this store doesnt have more staff in the cell phone dept, since its obviously very busy.

The salespeople are attentive, knowledgeable and inviting. It may seem like theres no one there to help, but just when you turn around to look at something else, a salesperson approaches you and asks if you need help. They were very helpful and nice. The store is clean and not in disarray.

My Best Buy experience is always great. I ordered my items online and was able to pick up my items in the store. The person working the pick up counter was very attentive and had great customer service skills.

Ordered a video game online for kids Christmas. They were the only store that had it in stock. Drove over an hour there. Went to do in store pickup. It was not a smooth process. Got the product home and discovered that it was not a new item, but one that had been opened and shrink-wrapped. Tried calling the store for several hours to see what I need to do, before I drive an hour back, but Im just put on hold indefinitely. Ill try going to one of the closer stores for help with this.
