I got a gift card to Ulta for Christmas, and decided to give the salon a try. I wanted a perm as natural looking as possible. My hair is naturally really thick, straight and long and I was nervous that whoever did my hair would be annoyed with the work. However, I got Paeton who remained enthusiastic throughout the entire visit, making my time there an amazing experience. My results were exactly what I wanted. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable Paeton was with the whole service as well as aftercare, especially for being so young. Not only does she know her stuff, but her technical skills are on point! I used to be a hairdresser so I can definitely share these opinions confidently. Highly recommend her and Ill be back! Also went in for a brow tint and wax and the Benefit brow wax & tint service with Valerie, and my brows came out *amazing*. I normally do them myself because I am so picky, but she mapped them out for me and explained what she was doing, and it didnt take long at all. I never knew Ulta salons had such great services and well trained employees, but their services are worth every cent.

It was filled with makeup and perfumes. Didnt have any toys or cage fights. The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. The lack of zombies was a great sign.

I love this location for a couple of reasons. The first is my excellent Hairstylist Nicole A. she has no fear and can do difficult hair. I have curly middle eastern hair and I have always wanted to have blond hair and Nicole made it happen! She is so good at color, styling, and even little boy haircuts ( my screaming 2 year old) ! She is kind and listens to what you are looking for and achieves your goal not her image of your goal. She is amazing. Trust me when I say she is worth your time and every cent you spend on any service with her. On top of it all the other ladies there are kind and always helpful and just down to earth which is so nice and makes it easy to ask questions.

They NEVER have the Free gift with purchase. The staff are usually very nice, but, I have witnessed on a few occasions the managers going through employees handbags before they leave their shift. That just really sits wrong with me.

Always super helpful staff. Unfortunately, again, they dont have what I am looking for, which was Boscia products. They really should have that. I love Ulta but every time I cannot find what I am looking for. Shame. Super nice staff.

Always have extremely good customer service when going into Keene, Ulta. Always receive good customer service from the women on the floor. Theyre always very helpful in helping me find the products that I need. Ive also gotten my brows done several times. Always come out on point! Their facial services are also so amazing 🥰 ive gone twice and the most recent time I went a few months ago was amazing! The woman who did mine was so informative & did her thing and was so relaxing. Highly recommend their salon, as well. Nicole does such an amazing job. She truely listens to the process you want done with your hair. And best of all. She really listens she you say just a trim! Excellent service!!

Horrible, they never have anything I need and the staff always trys to push duplicates of the actual products I need.This is after I explain to them that I have extremely sensitive skin and one wrong product can send to the doctors and have to put on topical antibiotics.Then I get told that what I want is online even tho its not sold in the store, nine times out of ten in my experience if the store doesnt have it then their website wont either, this is only the case if its not an online exclusive.To which the staff tried to argue the point and tell me Im wrong and continue to try and make it seem as tho Im lying and again continue to push duplicates on me.then they get offended when I say Ill just buy what I need direct from the company and proceed to insult me while Im leaving the store.Over the years Ive seen this place go completely down hill and its only getting worse by the day and it always seems like the staff change over is ridiculously high, with no quality control of those employed here.

Went looking for help on buying a color washing shampoo and instead was greeted by Paeton! Who walked me through on how to fix the botch job balayage I received from another stylist at another salon. She fixed my hair in the healthiest way she could and did an amazing job! All of the staff was so helpful and kind. Highly recommend going to Ulta for all your hair needs.

Kinda pricey....but good quality products.....you want the best you gotta pay 4 it.....truth be told 2021

I absolutely love my experience I had at Ulta with Ashley the employee. Ashley should be the employee of the year! She has helped me the last two times I have been there. She is so sweet, kind and very helpful! She deserves a big fat raise 😂❤

The staff was super friendly, let me know if you need anything etc.. but the prices are expensive, even for high quality stuff its expensive. Granted the quality is high and very much worth my one visit but Ill stick with Sephora.

This is by far one of the cleanest neatest locations yet with such a helpful nice staff! If youre coming here for colourpop or bh cosmetics online they say they have it when they most likely dont so if your stopping for either of those brands online is more your option but other then that very nicely stocked with with every other brand

I had my hair done by Colby and it was amazing. She really knows her stuff. She brought my hair back to my natural color and the cut was tremendous. I would recommend her to anyone. I will be returning to see her. I won’t let anyone else touch my hair from now on!!

Asked Colby for an ombré hair Style with layers. After 3 hours she said she was finished and my hair looked exactly the same. I was told it was a subtle “sun kissed” look. So disappointed after my experience. Not worth the $160 I had to spend. A girl who worked there said she gets complaints a lot with her hair that she does. She also said she’s seen me in the store before and couldn’t tell anything was done.

Never been b4. Friends told me good mens cologne . Very nice scents. Bit pricey. But Im not working because of Clovis. Ill go back.

Nicole is so good with color I trust her with my hair and Im very picky. I am 47 and I have had my hair colored for many years and she is the absolute best hair dresser and so sweet & kind. She cares about the health of my hair and gives me the best tips. She has got my hair so healthy it is soft and shiny and makes my day visiting with her!!!!

I get my brows waxed by Nicki and she is truly the best. I’ve gone back and forth with brow people and was never truly satisfied with my brows until I got them done by Nicki. She works with you and recommends what’s best to get your brows to their fullest potential. I will definitely be making the hour and a half drive back to Keene for appointments with her after I graduate and move back home!

I live almost an hour away from this Ulta but I keep coming back for Nicki to do my eyebrows! She does a great job with the brow waxing and last time she gave me a brow tint which looked amazing. I wouldn’t want anyone else to do my brows now, I love the work she does!

Its a whole shopping experience. Plus even though youre going to spend a lot you feel less guilty because there are so many by two get one or free gift deals going on at any given time

Not only is the staff at Ulta wonderful but the products are too. Everyone is kind and understanding of your needs. I would highly recommend Kate in the salon for whatever needs you may have as she perfects hair. Her high quality work is what stands out to me as her client. Couldnt ask for a better experience!

I went in for a simple haircut and Colby absolutely ruined my hair! It is ruined to the point that I will now have to find a new hairstyle for my wedding in a few months, as my hair will need to be cut even more to fix it now.I have been getting my hair cut at Ulta stores for about 6 years and across several states. I have never had anything less than amazing results. I drove over an hour to get here because my last haircut here was great (I wish I had remembered the girls name from last time but it was a while ago). I dont know if Ulta has lowered its standards for stylists but I will never get my hair cut here again. What a waste of money.

If less than one star was possible Id leave that! This is a store I used to love. The general manager on the other hand- AUGUST CRUZ- is a nightmare to be around! He is rude to his employees and his customers! I have never been treated so poorly before in my life. I am not one to go online and write poor reviews on people or establishments, however my experience at Ulta in Keene recently was so atrocious that I felt I had to take action. I tried to go the route of working within the store level and I was verbally attacked by this man. I then went to his district manager to share my horrible store experience-nothing. Ive tried to work within Ulta customer service, however it only leads back to the store. This manager is a horrible representation of your brand, a poor role model for employees and all around disrespectful to his customers. Ulta should be beyond mortified by his behavior. Im not an entitled customer who is upset because she did not get her way. I am a loyal customer who left a store she loves after being treated horribly by a young/green manager who has absolutely no business being in the position he is in. You have a choice now in Keene- go to SEPHORA!

Pretty good for the most part. I went in once to the Nashua one and I needed help with my hair (dying incident gone wrong) and I walked in, the lady said can I help you with anything today I said Yeah I need help with this (pointing to my hair) and she said your face or your hair... excuse me!? Then after that she wasnt very helpful at all. Just kept bringing me to the salon, I DONT WANT TO PAY 100 PLUS DOLLARS AT YOUR SALON! So I found the product I needed on my own! THANKS LINDA!

Store itself is nice but I cannot recommend the salon. I went in for a bayalage and I came out with half orange half grayish white hair. It is an absolute fried mess. I can’t believe they would send it out as a finished product. And now I have a disastrous mess to try and fix all the while my hair is falling out in clumps. Photos uploaded

I had a very negative experience at Ulta in Keene, NH. I had discussed a hair color for highlights with the stylist (Erica). The color was to be very natural looking and only slightly different from my original hair color. The result was far from what we had discussed. When I arrived home I realized that I had bright yellow streaks. I decided to call the next day for a color correction. On the phone I was told kindly that I could come in free of charge for a better result. When I arrived I was humiliated by both the stylist and the manager (Victoria). In the end they returned my color to the original and refunded the cost. I am thankful for that, but I will never return nor will I recommend Ulta. I agree with the other reviewer that the management and customer service in general needs major improvement.

Unfortunately whenever I go there, nobody ever approaches me or offers to help me find something.

The store is great but customer service in Keene NH is beyond horrible. There is only a couple girls that I have encountered that are very professional and friendly. My boyfriend wanted to buy me a new markup pallet. After looking around we saw a deal if you spend 40$ or more get a new lip-gloss and eye shadow primer free with purchase. I have been wanting Urban decay smoky for a while but after looking at the pallet in person I decided the colors were not for me. I wanted to get that deal so I went with a pallet that I have already had ( naked 2)Upson checking out I felt that the women was more like a robot, and not a happy or friendly one. She checked me out and we paid. I then remembered about the free gifts with a purchase $40 or more and asked her about it. She acted like it was a problem for her to give them to me, after the attitude she realized that there were no primer left:( I informed her that is a huge reason I choose that pallet and that lip gloss wasnt really my thing and she rudely replied well its free and basically telling me not to complain. When you go into a beauty store like that ( or any store for that matter) Customer service is very important piece of a business . When you spend that much on eye shadow, or whatever it is you buy then you really look forward to the gifts that is offered and good customer service. I have to say I am an Ulta fan but I will take my business elsewhere.

Great products, horrible customer service. During an exchange an employee told me I could use a coupon, but when I was rung out another employee, the general manager, told me I couldnt. It was a $10 birthday coupon they issued - it shouldnt have been an issue. I told her I wanted a store credit, because I was going to be purchasing something else, but she issued a refund back on a credit card I had closed. She told me it wasnt a big deal because my credit card company would issue me a check. I told her it was because I had to call them, straighten it out and wait weeks for my money. At that point I told her I didnt want to purchase anything and told her to finish the return. The woman couldnt care any less that she created a hassle and did nothing to fix the situation. The store recently opened and I do not see it staying in business with this woman as their general manger.
