I would have left zero, but there was no option. WORST CVS EVER! Night shift thinks is more important to talk amongst themselves. The poorest customer service money can by. Not going back for anything (anytime soon)!

Pharmacy staff are so rude. Called to clear up some some confusion on my prescription because they seem to screw up my meds have the time. And I could barely get my questions out before they tried hanging up on me 2 or 3 times. Super rushed and not attentive at all. They Talk over you and interrupt. Absolutely no respect.

Appreciate the efficiency of staff. Has been more than helpful. Pharmacy has always been professional and kind. Store has always been clean and well stocked. With the pandemic, the store has taken extra precautions.

Love the crew there. Frank in the pharmacy wad been so helpful. I wont go anywhere else.

Asked the lovely younger girl behind the counter if we could use a white wall for a photo, she showed us a pull down screen. As we were using the pull down screen an extremely rude older woman started talking very rudely to us. She said we werent allowed to use the screen and if we needed a picture for a particular company they wouldnt be happy because they(cvs) needed to take the photo. We didnt need it for a certain company we just wanted a specific size. We ultimately ended up leaving and will NOT be returning nor will my extended family in the Keene area.

Never had an issue here. If sale products are not available or size not available, they always willing to make a price adjustment or offer a rain check. Pharmacy staff knowledgeable, always checking in if pt has not reordered med or if they are concerned abt cross sensitivity of drugs. Thanks

Conveniet and quick. Not always so sure about freshness or quality but medicine is a funny thing. Helpful and courteous employees, as good as it gets, good level of cleanliness.

Pharmacy is a joke! I went to pick up my medication and sat at the drive up for 15 mins and rang the call button twice while watching everyone inside stand around, he wouldnt even open the glass at the window to talk to me and we were screaming back and forth the information. Doubt he even got my name correct, never asked my date of birth and came back saying I had no refills. Called the doctors and they said they called it in two days ago. Worst CVS pharmacy Ive ever used and they were my go to in my old city before I moved to Keene.

The Keene, NH store is filthy. The bathrooms are a health hazard! I kindly informed the store clerck, who directed me to the restroom, of the horrible condition in the restroom and she informed me that they are always like that! She stated they had no time to clean and that cvs should not have restrooms! Several clerks were on the store floor slowly stocking shelves or talking while we waited to check out as there was nobody at the register. Bad experience at the Keene, NH store!

Both store and pharmacy are open 24 hours so you can shop or pick up your medication anytime.

In the last year this pharmacy has gotten significantly slower. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes, then disconnected, then I have to start the process over. Every time I call it takes forever. The lines move super slowly in the store and they don’t have the prescription ready when they say they will.

A rude staff who is always absurdly slow. They say they have your prescription ready, but dont. They then make it your problem. Were never, ever coming back.
