I enjoy shopping at Walgreen and most people are nice except for 1 who need to learn not to give lectures especially to my mother today. Also learn how to call backup instead of blaming customers for holding up the dang line. That person has a mouth, use it to call back up for front desk, not blaming customers. Or Ill stop shopping at Walgreen and shop at CVS. That my main and only complaint.
Excellent customer service
Dont trust this pharmacy! They filled a prescription on Oct. 4th. I never picked it up. They charged my insurance company. Now that I need the prescription, they will not fill it. They told me on the phone they were reshelving it, but that is not what happened. Who suffers? Me. Ive been without this medicine for 5 weeks. It prevents stroke or heart attack. Walgreens obviously doesnt care if they lose me as a customer due to death or for any other reason. Very unprofessional! What ever happened to the customer is always right? There is no way they can prove I picked up this medicine, because I never picked it up. I was cutting the pills I had in half so they lasted longer than expected, thats why I didnt pick up the pills on Oct. 4th.
The retail portion of this Walgreens is good, the pharmacy not so much. For the most part the people there are nice. Every time I pick up a script I seem to get helped by a clerk that is very short with me. Maybe they’re over worked and unhappy.
Buyer beware they change the price after you order online. Website only works sporadically.
Literally the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. I stopped by to pick up a prescription and needed 1 insulin syringe because my shipment from another out-of-state pharmacy was delayed until the next day due to weather. Because my insulin prescription was at another non-Walgreens pharmacy, they refused to give/sell me even 1 syringe to allow myself to administer a shot, even with proof of valid prescription. I’ve had to stop by pharmacies to pick up a syringe or 2 while traveling before and never experienced anything like this. Maybe this Walgreens would rather encourage people to reuse their old syringes?
I love this store! Pharmacy very helpful however there is one Staff member that is short.
Great layout and Reece is always awesome!
Pharmacy staff was very helpful and even went to the point of calling the doctor to get a prescription updated. very polite and im a very happy customer.
Clean and friendly
Written 1/2015. Back in 2009-10 Walgreens was my favorite drug/convenience store. But over the past few years Both Wallgreens and CVS/RiteAid seem to be in a race to see who can charge the highest prices. The delightful sales seem gone. Today I only go for prescription meds and that just changed.I had a 3 month script for a quite inexpensive med. When I picked it up I was a bit surprised as the price went from $12 to $17 but what the heck...eh? Oh no...the $12 for for 90 tabs, this had been denied by my insurance and I was allowed only 30. Ok, Ill get that--but looking online at goodrx for a no insurance generic coupon I see 90 tabs for $10.31, there, also at CVS and Target. You could have suggested that I get 90 for almost half of what you charged me for 30 Walgreens! Perhaps this is reminder that we peons need to call EVERY time ahead and check PRICE! For 90 this = 500% over what I should have paid. Never again.Shaving cream, candy, many items, once a bargain here are no longer. My suggesstion is use goodrx if you have no insurance but if you do, dump the three and use an online mail order pharmacy or try pharmacychecker. So disappointed.
Dope staff members. Favorite pharmacy
Tried calling twice to have a prescription refilled, was hung up on twice after extended waiting times.
After being told my script could be filled and waiting for hours I was told they were out of that medication and would have to wait until the next day to get my meds.
