I went into salon centric today, in keene nh with my sister in law, and one year old daughter - to get supplies, and to say i had an incredible experience feels like an understatement! i just want to share with everyone how truly wonderful the store manager, holly was - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped us gather all of the correct items we needed. she was so kind and patient with my daughter as well and even gave her stickers! i also wanted to take the time to mention the incredible general manger. topher! he just so happen to be in keene on the day of our shopping experience, and went above and beyond for us. he talked with us like friends, helped us research formulas, and helped us match the level of my sisters roots! he even pointed out products for us to try, and let us sample a new hair oil! however, as we were checking out i noticed a sale the store was having on tools - and i REALLY wanted to purchase a curling iron! i couldn’t fully afford it though, even with the sale. topher noticed me debating on the purchase and came over to me, and asked how much i could afford to pay for it i told him not much only about $40. he then went ABOVE AND BEYOND AGAIN and offered to pay for the remaining amount for me OUT OF HIS OWN POCKET. i told him that was way too much, and i couldn’t accept that offer. after reassuring me he didn’t mind, and that just wanted to help me out i accepted the overly kind offer! so i felt the need to come on here tonight and let everyone know this place is amazing, and so is the staff. they treated my family and i like friends, and i can’t believe the kindness and generosity this team has. they genuinely want to help people, and you don’t find that everyday. thank you so much holly, and topher! we will definitely be back! 😊 and we will continue to pay it forward!

The product line is great.. The staff, however, not so much. Its a shame. Ive loved every other SalonCentric Ive ever been to, but every time I stop in at the Keene location, I receive terrible service from employees and even one manager. I live closer to Keene, but Ive decided to confine my SC visits to the Manchester or Massachusetts locations.

Love the Keene store, if they dont have it the store manager is on the phone to make sure they do ... kailey is very helpful!
