I ordered a pink drink and it was made wrong (got a weird pulpy, bright pink beverage with no strawberries that tasted off), and my partner drove all the way back to have it remade and it was wrong again. I just gave up after that. Food service is a hard job right now so I dont blame the employees at all, and they were very nice about remaking the drink. Ive also had the same drink made correctly at this location before. But it was still disappointing to spend the money on what is supposed to be a nice treat (and go through the effort to drive back, wait in line, and have it remade) only for it to be wrong again : (

Love this Starbucks! The staff is always nice. Store is always clean. The food/ is always made right. I love the park next door, too on a nice day.

Pretty fast service given a really busy day. Not a fan of the new furniture, seems skimpy compared to other locations. Very rarely run into product shortages here.

We just picked up our order after using the app. This is the worst service Ive ever had at a Starbucks. The order was scattered around, the cup and cover were not clean and 1/2 full. The 5 employees were chatting and not paying attention to the customers. I hope this isnt going to be a trend for them.

Don’t waste your time. This location is not reliably open for their normal business hours so sick of wasting time of them being closed or closing early

Always have such a good experience with the staff, but especially so today (12/5 around 12-1230 though I didn’t catch the name of the person working the window). It was busy as usual for a Saturday inside and out (and it looked like there were only 2 people), and this person was super calm and collected, and so very kind. She didn’t rush anyone even with the business being a lot in the drive thru. Thanked me for my patience (which wasn’t needed because I didn’t even wait that long! But it was appreciated!) and made sure my pups got their whipped cream. Thank you so much!

Love this Starbucks, despite being suuuuuuper busy theyre always friendly.

Watch out if you order plain tea. This is the 3rd Starbucks Ive been too that trys to over charge you by ringing it up as a lattai something or other. Thats a greater than 50percent mark up. Also the music was annoyingly loud.

I will always think this place charges too much for their drinks, but they are always very polite and quick, and my wife loves it.

We go to this Starbucks and get hot chocolate for my daughter. The past few times, they have drawn little pictures on the cup, which excites my daughter...and wife. Awesome service through and through.

Always busy and often runs out of items but Starbucks is still my favorite place for coffee. The staff is pretty awesome too.

I never wait less than 30 minutes to pay for and receive my order in this drive-thru. It doesn’t seem to matter how many cars are in line, what day of the week or time it is. With no less than 4 staff working behind the counter they can do a little better with efficiency considering this is a coffee shop with microwaveable food.

Me and my family just went thru the drive thru about 5 mins ago and the sweetest lady Megan was at the window with the biggest heart and so joyful! honestly one of the best customer service experience of my life lately!

Total insanity! Very, very unorganized. Placed a mobile order and waited in my car until it said my order would be ready in 1 minute, the idea being that I wanted to spend as little time as possible in close quarters with other people. When I got inside there were two huge lines with no information about where to go if you had placed a mobile order. I figured my order was ready since my order on the phone said one minute left, but when I got inside there were about 20 orders sitting there waiting for pickup, but no one you could ask to find your order. I finally asked the guy at the ordering counter if he could find my order. He tried but it wasnt there. So after waiting in my car for 16 minutes, I waited in the store for another 20 minutes when they finally called my name. So I stood in an overcrowded, air conditioned building for about 30 minutes. Even though everyone was wearing a mask, it wasnt safe, and if I hadnt already paid for my order, I would have left. They need someone to set up a better system in there. I wont be going back.

This review is over due by a year or so but This location is amazing, the staff is honestly so friendly and I feel They really do try to make your day better in the smallest way. I can’t imagine with everything with covid how it’s affected their daily routine but in my eyes they are outdoing themselfs. Way to go guys! And thank you

To say that I can be picky about how I like my coffee is an understatement. Im too cheap to pass a penny on the sidewalk. Yet somehow, I can rely on Starbucks to make me a $6 iced latte thats worth every penny each time I feel my day needs one. This particular Starbucks has employees that make me smile before I get my first sip, and they only see me when I need to be cheered up.

Great to see.Original review: First of all, let me say that Ive never had an issue with anything Ive ordered here. The people are nice and I love what I get. That said. The drive thru is consistently the slowest Ive ever experienced, even when ordering ahead like I did today. It doesnt seem like a priority and the wait is typically 15 minutes or more. This time I waited almost 20 minutes before I made it to the spot to order, and another 5 to get to the window. I dont consider myself to be impatient, but I really believe 25 minutes is way too long and can be improved upon. I know things have to be difficult with COVID, so I sympathize, but Dunkin is never more than 5-8 minutes even when its busy. I would wait longer here because its higher quality, but not double or 3x the time.

First time at Starbucks in Keene and I had a great experience!! Taimie at the drive through was absolutely amazing! She helped me figure out what to order which was a delicious vanilla chia drink and a cheese danish.I highly recommended visiting! I will be going there again soon! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Such nice and friendly staff! Especially so early in the morning, sometimes I go in there before work (around 6am) and the crew thats on is in such good moods especially today with the launch of the free red cup when you get a holiday drink, when they know they are gonna be so crazy busy and theyre still in great spirits thats so nice to see. They are currently allowing customers to come into the store. I still decided to go through the drive threw where employees (but not many NH customers) were wearing masks. I wore a mask, I care for COVID patients in MA & felt somewhat safe with this. They also have the option to order online & pick up on the side of the store the drive threw is not on.

They offer soy! This is the only place I have found that has an alternative to dairy which is great for people like me who are allergic. I can finally have coffee out again. The staff here is always nice my only negative is the drive through is always packed and getting back out on West St is hard in traffic. They could use a better location for sure.

This is a consistently good store. I have seen them handle seriously challenging situations at the drive-through - like explain to me why this is so expensive after multiple (count the 4) ice-cream milkshake coffee drinks were passed into the car- with a smile and not a bit of patronizing tone. Well done drive through crew.

This place has managed to package sunbeams and smiley faces in a venti latte.

I love Starbucks but this one isnt very clean. Restrooms were a disaster and inside didnt seem much better. Also had a special drink order and watched them not make it to my specifications. I didnt complain. I just took it and left. I will go to another Starbucks next time Im thru the area

Pricey but that comes as no surprise. If youre willing to pay the price, then definitely is a fun treat now and again. May not have the healthiest options, but the coffee is quality and theyre super sweet flavors are sure to top anyone sweet tooth aficionados list!

When ordering an iced almond milk cinnamon macchiato. Apparently there is caramel drizzle, so my first sip was all Carmel syrup. They filled the cup with almond milk full. Had it made 2 times.. still not right. If I wanted a caramel drink I wouldve ordered caramel.

Zach the Barista is the best, the main reason I keep coming back. Love their Eggnog Latte. Need to stay open later. Close early, 8:30

Updated 10/24/2021 - They are now closed on 5 days a week and only open Fridays and Saturdays to 6pm and 7pm. The hours are getting worse..Go to Starbucks at the Keene Target instead.Ive only received great service here. I dont drink coffee, but love their teas and pastry options.3 stars is for the weird hours. Why close at 8:30? This is a college town, should be closing at 10... 9 is understandable, but 8:30? Very frustrating when I come to town for groceries and want a hot tea, but not on a weekday! Close at 8:30. So odd.

Consistently excellent customer service. I have never been disappointed at this Starbucks. Kudos to Cece and Abigail who make every visit amazing.

Im redoing my review of this establishment as the last few times Ive been here had been horrible, the very last time I was in I had earned a free beverage and instead of using that they charged me for for my order, then I was told they could cancel that and they would use my stars to redeem my order, needless to say despite the fact that I was told the money that was spent would go back on my starbucks card it never did and when I had called customer service they told me Id have to go to the store and talk with the manager.I had tried to state that I had already done that and I was told to call customer service, the response to this was that I was lying and that I had in fact not talked to the manager which couldnt be further from the truth.So I now find myself going back to dunkins least their lattes dont taste like burnt rubber.

My visits to this specific Starbucks are always lackluster. They fill my order, but there seems to always be some issue or downer. Like no more bold coffee after 10 minutes prior to me walking in. They have a clover, but dont automatically suggest for bold brew after hours... Anyway, not bad, but always meh compared with the usual Starbucks I visit.

Friendly staff, excellent coffee and tea, and tasty banana nut bread. Recently remodeled; has a comfortable feeling to it.

I think you should know what youre getting when you go to Starbucks. Burnt coffee or very sugary Frappuccinos.

My drink was very watered down. It took quite a while for them to make my drink.

Like any other Starbucks. I prefer Prime Roast or BrewBakers usually cause theyre located downtown on Main St. (and also locally owned) but Ill settle for this in a pinch.

Only Starbucks I know that has never gotten my order correct. Be super clear when ordering or be ready to be disappointed.

I only had hundred dollar bills and the barista informed me they no longer accept $100 bills. Cash is apparently no longer a viable form of payment. They could have at least offered me my beverage, that was already made, and a friendly reminder to bring smaller bills but no I got a condescending rude barista. No longer my daily coffee shop!

Ordered at Drive-through... Received the wrong order and I politely expressed this to the overachiever at the window who, instead of Fixing my Coffee, retorted I repeated your order to you... When actually she may have done so but still handed me something I clearly did not order, considering my Coffee was supposed to be iced not hot...Every Starbucks Ive been to seems to employ some really pretentious people... Had a venti ultra caramel frappaccino with two shots of espresso. 🤤😀 The staff always helps me translate to Starbucksese and if ghe weather is nice this is a perfect location to get your coffee and sit in the park.
