Nice ladies in morning! Really makes your day to have people who are kind and sweet when you are grabbing a coffee and sandwich on your way to work. They are patient but quick cashing people out. They are really appreciated!

As a loyal customer at Cumby Farms Main St., Keene, NH I was treated like a third class citizen by the day manager spent a lot of money in there and and she spoke to me as if I had stole something very unprofessional first situation I went into that location about two months ago first time ever being there or any Cumberland Farms there was a misunderstanding about using my EBT card to purchase hot coffee, Supervisor heard me and the cashier and she proceeds to come over and belittle me in front of the whole store it was an honest mistake. And then on 23 September she put a no trespass on me because she said I was in the parking lot too long sitting in my vehicle, first of all there’s no signage, also why would she wait for two months to knock on my car window and tell me grab my purchases and leave or get a one-year no trespass yeah I’ve been going to this location same time every day seven days a week for some reason she decided to take it personal maybe because I’m going out of town or I have a clue. She does not have to worry about it one year no trespass I will never go there againAt least to that location because I do like their coffee I must say

I run late at night, and I stop in afterward to buy a post-run drink or snack. Theres plenty of variety in snacks and drinks; the store is clean; and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Glad that theyre here, and open 24/7!

Kind, quick, safe clean services and most of visit for myself are like this which with how busy they are is important for any business and costumer relationship in these times,?🤙

If covid hits Keene this will be a hot spot. They are playing games with the safety guidelines. Regularly have customers shoulder to shoulder at their registers. They get upset when you tell their other customers to give you space. Would advise you to stay away from this dumpster fire of a store.

This was my first experience at a Cumberland farms and I was surprised to see so many different goodies to choose from. They have a variety of chocolate, cookies, chips, and drinks. Another plus was cleanliness even though it was the end of the night everything was spotless.

1000 out of 5. Its a near holy experience. Especially if you get the minion juice drink!

Cumberland farms is the easiest in and out gas station when you are on a time crunch. The parking at this location can be tight when its rush-hour, and it can be a doozie to get a gas pump if its super busy. But I enjoy their coffee and array of food items available for purchase.The employees are pleasant and try their hardest to get customers checked-out as quickly as possible. There is also a red-box out front which makes it all the more convenient.

Went in to buy some drinks I was buying a 1 liter Coke and a mountain dew under the 2 for 3.49 and the cashier Gwen charged me for full price for both the drinks and the refused to refund me because she said they werent apart of the deal even though theyre right next to each other so Im out an extra $3 that I couldve used. Terrible cashier, and terrible customer service I suggest investing in people who arent lazy and will fix the problem.

Yes they are super friendly and if you have SmartCard they offer you get .10cents off each gallon of gas. They do lock restroom down rather early due to locals using it for shooting up drugs, vomiting when drunk, cleaning up after bloody street or nearby bar fight. The staff TRYS hard to please everyone but DO CLOSE BR d/t having to clean it all night if open.FYI from a customer who gases up there every week.

Oh boy, where do I begin??? LoL1. They close there bathroom to paying customers every night.2. Employees park there cars at the fuel pumps3. The employees often ignore the customer in favor of whatever other task they are working on(customer first)I am a huge fan of Cumberland Farms and its my gas station of choice to top off and buy drinks and other goodies but this location specifically upsets me the most frequent..WAKE UP MANAGER... DO YOUR JOB

Horrible place. Service is horrible, stood by the bathroom for 20 mins cuz the doors said occupied, come to find out they close there bathrooms down at 9pm. The person behind the counter did not say anything. There was no sign saying the bathrooms are closed for the night. But the person behind the counter had no problem chatting with freinds.

Deceptive advertising on milkshakes. Sign says 1.99 however thats for only farm house brand. Stated in small font and not clearly denoted regardless. On top of that once it was pointed out to me I couldnt tell which ones were which since they all look alike. Shame on Cumberland farms for such deceptive pricing.

Bathrooms are closed for the night, why I don’t understand when it’s a 24 hours gas station... they suggested to go to McDonald’s....

Restrooms should NOT be closed after 10pm. Very unfair policy.
