I had an amazing experience at Noyes Volkswagen. Everyone was great and extremely helpful. It was my best dealership experience I have ever had and cannot recommend this place enough! If you want good service go to Noyes Volkswagen!
My experience was excellent from start to finish.Recently purchased a used vehicle from Leo, Spencer and Adam at Noyes Volkswagen. The entire transaction was handled with wonderful professionalism and courtesy. They helped me get out of my old leased car and into something better suited to my needs. They handled financing, and had me out in good time. Everything was above-board, and I always felt I could trust this dealership. Two Thumbs Up! Strongly recommend this dealer!
Scheduled an appointment online to get my fuel system fixed. Online asked me if I wanted a rental car. This is the closest VW dealer to my house. And when I showed up they said that they shouldn’t even be doing this because it’s a Saturday and that’s supposed to be their “easy day”. And then they said they won’t fix anything, but they will diagnose it. Then to top it off, they said they have no rental cars to loan while it is being fixed, after specifically asking me online if I needed one. I also scheduled the appointment 3 weeks ago, so there was plenty of time for them to reach out to me and tell me that there were no rentals so I could cancel the appointment or make other arrangements. I had to drive over an hour to get here, so now I have to waste all this time here and NOTHING is going to even get fixed.
The detailer needs to be fired. There were obvious things such as a hot chocolate spill that was not cleaned despite being right in plain sight on the center console. Also, dont bother clicking the Make an offer button, they wont come down a single penny despite a used car being on the lot for well over a month. It is apparently just a bait tactic to get your contact info.
I had a great experience purchasing a used f-150 at Noyes. Josh in sales was fair and great to work with. I let him know that I had a long drive to pick up the truck and so only wanted to make one trip. Josh and his business manager Adam worked with me and my insurance agent to make sure everything was in order before I got there. Upon arrival the truck was running out front ready for me to test drive. Josh took the time to walk me through the features of the truck and everything was as promised if not better.Adam was polite, thorough and friendly as we finalized the paperwork. No hard sells on extended warranties, no hidden fees just a nice low pressure environment.Despite the long ride I’ll definitely look at Noyes first on any future vehicle purchase and highly recommended to friends.
Honestly. Im still thinking about the amazing wonderful experience I had yesterday morning when I arrived at this incredible place. I had just lost my serpentine belt and alternator out on the road going through Keene & ended up in front of their dealership. The concerned service manager & crew immediately began the process of getting me back on the road. Less than 2 hrs later I was out on the road and heading to Brattleboro. Ive never seen anything like it in my 69 years. Thank you/thank you for your truly outstanding service. 6 stars if there was such a thing!...
I inquired on a q50 and it was an absolute pressure to do business with josh and Adam the finance manager. The negative reviews are a bit perplexing. Smoothest and friendliest dealer transaction Ive encountered. Josh was very friendly and proactive on working with numbers and what he can do. I came up with an offer and he accepted it. He will work with you the best of his ability. I wish all dealer experiences were like this.
I had a great experience with Noyes Volkswagen. I drove to New Hampshire from NY for a car. Still cant believe it. I was looking for a specific color combo with bench seating (which is very hard to find for some reason) on the Atlas SEL and when calling in and around New York couldnt find it. Called New Hampshire VW dealers. Noyes had the car I wanted. Spoke with Spencer. Negotiated the price over the phone and the trade in. Spencer was so professional with the negotiations. Texted pictures of the trade in. Did credit app before arriving there. Spencer and his team are very professional throughout from sales to finance. Would definitely recommend. Very good experience. Thank you. Love my new Atlas.
The people here have been selling VWs to others in my family for generations. I trust Noyes Volkswagen and furthermore, when I come for a visit, it is always fun!! They have vintage cars on display in the showroom and my mother enjoyed her last CC very much! We think you are phenomenal and a pleasure to do business with. Very caring people.
Had a great experience purchasing my first car from a dealership. Very helpful and honest people working there. Bought my car from salesman Bill Sheldon, and he was always happy to answer my questions and make the process as smooth as possible. Knew I was getting a great deal and a great car! Highly recommend going in and seeing Bill if you’re looking for a great and honest Volkswagen buying experience!
We had a great experience working with Leo to buy our new car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and really went above and beyond for us. Adam and finance was awesome. The two went to bat for us to get us where we were comfortable payment-wise. Overall the best car buying experience we’ve had and I love my new Tiguan!
Noyes VW took amazing care of us when our more local dealer in Vermont was unable/unwilling to help us through a serious issue with our well-loved Jetta due to an interim recall. After several weeks of dead ends with the other dealer and wasted hours on the phone with VW corporate, we reached out to Noyes and our only regret was not reaching out sooner. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. There is no other dealer Id trust with our vehicle.
I have to say I’m very disappointed with this dealership. I bought a vehicle in 2017 and had an overall good experience ( as it can when buying a car).Fast forward to May 2020 and it’s time for a new ride. We agree to terms (that I had to haggle for and I still wasn’t completely satisfied). I’m told we should be able to pick the car up sometime the next week.Next week comes, and I’m told there are shipping delays and the car is stuck at port no ETA but it would be “soon”. Well, a week or so went by, the car is at port and lo and behold there isn’t a shipping delay, it’s waiting for a mystery software update, I was never told what it was for.June turned into July and finally the second week in July I’m told the car would be arriving, but the caveat is that they were no longer honoring the agreement that we came to back in May. Needless to say I cancelled the deal and will be taking my business, as well as service needs to another establishment.2 stars only because my first time was OK.
Worst dealership experience EVER! Would leave a negative review if I could. Sold me a car with 144k miles that never had clutch replaced so the clutch was burnt out entirely. Didn’t even get 5 hours of drive time on car before clutch started smoking and car was undrivable. Service manager was the most sexist person ive ever experienced and told me several times I didn’t know how to drive a standard even though that’s all I’ve ever driven. When I went to get clutch fixed the service manager told me it was because I drove it improperly and wasn’t “going to argue whether or not I knew how to drive a standard this is what happens when you don’t drive it properly” even though he knew full and well with that many miles and clutch not having been replaced before it wasn’t me. He was only ever rude and disrespectful to me but if I had a make call they would be so polite and patient. Absolute bull****. Wish I never went there in the first place, the worst dealership hands down.
We had the best experience with service department. When we fot he bill the mechanic can out to ask us if we had any questions. That everything looks great. Our car was washed, vacuumed and smelled like new again . Thank you noyes for great customer service!
Had my snow tires mounted and aligned, and the regular tires removed. The process was done very quickly and efficiently.
The service department might look small but the waiting area is large and comfortable. They even have a side room if you have fussy little ones.
I talked with two different salesmen and both were very polite and knowledgeable . I was surprised at the reasonable prices. I highly recommend checking them out.
We drove 3 hrs from New York to get our car because Noyes offered almost $2k more in discounts than any of our local dealers. Mike Downs was great to work with - really laid back, friendly, and no pressure. Thanks for being so easy to work with! We will be back . . .
Mike Downes found me the car I wanted even though it was not on their lot. The price was reasonable and the sale was completed quickly and efficiently. I have used Noyes for as long as they have been in Keene, and I have never had complaints with sales or service.
This all happened during Covid 19. Our Jetta need some collision work done so we took it to the dealership. Andrew the service advisor took the car in and was able to get it repaired within the stated time and for the amount estimated by the Insurance company. He also handled an open recall while the vehicle was in the shop. We had a tiny issue with the repair so I brought it back which Andrew handled personally and immediately to our satisfaction. I would overwhelmingly recommend taking your vehicle here.
Brought my car in for a flashing check engine light, total cost of the repair was about $1,200. Was told I had a broken shock and should have it repaired at my next oil change. I had another mechanic check my shock and said all were fine. The service department at Noyes tried to get me to replace something that wasn’t even broken. Also, on another occasion I brought the car in for a low oil pressure light. I was told they would do an oil change and the problem would be resolved. Several months later, the low oil light problem is still present. The cars oil level was down about a quart of oil, either Noyes didn’t fill the oil to the proper level or my car is burning oil. A problem that the service center at Noyes failed to identify. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Noyes.
The salesman was very good and informative, and helpful.
I had a tire pressure indicator light come on the day before I was supposed to drive to Boston for a conference. I called service and spoke to Andrew, who said to bring it in the following morning. I handed it over to John the next day around 9am, waited no more than 15 minutes, and drove away all set for my trip. They found a screw in the tire and patched it up for $25. Ive always had great service from them, and this time was no exception. Thank you Team Noyes!
Bill was a great help when I was deciding on a car. He was responsive and patient with my questions yet gave me the space to make my own decision. He provided lots of information about the vehicle I chose and it’s features. Spencer was professional and courteous on the paperwork end. I can’t speak to the service part nor buying a new car as I bought a used vehicle and I have only owned it for one day-so of course I love it. It was detailed beautifully and though it is 5 years old it looks like new.It would be so fantastic if car dealerships in general could shed the car salesman cliche and Noyes seems on it’s way with a salesperson like Bill on their floor. It’s crazy to have to go someplace and spend so much money and wonder if you will be lied to.I am considering a warranty that Spencer outlined and either way I will try out their service Dept and will update my review at that point.
Great place with an outstanding service department.
This was my 6th vehicle leasing experience with Volkswagen. I can say without hesitation that this was by the far my most enjoyable. I came to them with a very specific inquiry for a vehicle that was nearly impossible to find. At the time of the inquiry there was one at their dealership. Unfortunately, I was too late and someone else had already taken it. My appointed sales consultant Josh instantly made my needs a priority to him. This was something that I had never encountered in any of my previous leases. Josh let me know that he was going to do everything in his power to get me the vehicle that I had my heart set on. It was going to take time which was fine but during this time I had endless questions for Josh. He never hesitated to answer me at all hours of the day and night and almost instantly. After a few weeks, my vehicle had arrived at Noyes. I was so excited to pick it up and had to travel an hour and a half to get there. When I got to the dealership I was greeted by Josh and he was just as great in person as he was in the countless email exchanges. He introduced me to Adam in the financial office. Adam also greeted me with a smile and was readily prepared for me. My paperwork was all written out and every detail was explained. The paperwork was quick and easy and I was ready to go. Josh got into the vehicle and showed me all of the new updates from my last tiguan and made sure I was aware of how everything worked. I was on my way! On my ride home I thought about how Noyes Volkswagen changed my perspective on car buying and I look forward to returning to them for my next vehicle. In the days after, Josh checked in on me to make sure everything was going well. All in all, my experience at Noyes was A+ 5 star rated service.
Great customer service each time we go there! Very comfortable waiting room. The customer is always first!
This dealership is awesome. Small, fast, and built around customer service. I have never worked with a better VW dealer, no matter the need. I have purchased a vehicle here, had a vehicle serviced here, and had some basic questions answered here. I wouldnt go anywhere else in New Hampshire to get my Golf serviced.
Good people, nice cars. I’m pretty picky with little details and Bill was very accommodating to most every request I made and pick at. The only things I didn’t like about my visit was that Bill was way more presentable than I was. He was dressed to impress, I was not so much. Another issue was the place was way way way to clean. White walls, white floors, white cars, made me feel like I was living in filth at my house. I went home and stared at myself for a long time in the mirror asking myself what I was doing with my life. Even my girlfriend said “you should be more like Bill and Noyes VW.”
Had my first oil change and a recall. I had some rust on the rotors and they took a look at and repainted. Gave a loaner to run errands. Great overall experience.
Always polite and patient...work is always done to specs
I have purchased and had service for three cars here. Always excellent! Great people and customer focus!
Service Department - Very nice/friendly staff who are helpful. Been taking my car there for over 2 years. Only issue I have ever had was I noticed my doors werent greased after my checkup which included doors and windshield wiper check. I took it back and they completed the service with no extra charge. Other than that, I have had a good experience with them. Everything is straight forward. I would also take the shuttle back to work. Driver has always been friendly and personable.
Sold a car I was coming to look at the night before and when I called the day of the showing to confirm it, they failed to tell me the car had been sold. I drove 4 hours for them to waste my time.
The service department is absolutely aweful. They are all motivated by money to a point that they lie to customers. I will never have my car serviced there again.Even though I have heard good things about the sales department, you should not buy a car here unless you have another VW dealership that will be doing the warranty service.
A great company to work for. I am happy to come in every day.
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Noyes. We have purchased our last three VWs here and they continue to surpass our expectations.Recently I was looking for a car to replace my old Jeep, I was looking to spend around 8k. We drove to a VW dealership nearly two hours from our house because they promised that there was a bunch in that range. We showed up and the salesman who couldnt be bothered with us pointed to the ONE sedan in our price range. Needless to say we walked out.At this point I wanted to give up but we decided to see if Noyes had anything in that range. Not only did they have the perfect car but Bill the salesperson who helped us was just amazing. No high pressure sales stuff, just an all around nice and honest guy. Adam (super friendly and really helpful) helped us finalize the sale today and I love love love my new car!!
After only owning VW station wagons, I headed to Noyes VW recently to trade in my Jetta Sportwagen for a Golf TDI. I was given what I would call a fair trade in price for the car and they really made the whole process of trading in and purchasing a new car a breeze.Spencer Noyes was who I worked with on the sale and he was quick to respond to my emails, quick to give me any information I requested (carfax, service records, maintenance schedule, pricing).I worked with an Adam Chiasson who made the paperwork signing a breeze. Ive been tortured by this process before at other VW dealerships, having to wait hours for some clueless chumps to crunch some numbers to try to get me to finance a car in specific ways after giving firm offers on cars. Adam took the terms as they were agreed upon, and didnt change a thing. No surprises.Bill Sheldon was a great help when it came to navigating the minutia of features with the car that I was purchasing, down to a breakdown of the minor difference between the three sets of keys I got. When trading in my vehicle I had some very nice wheels and tires that I wanted to be swapped onto the car I was picking up and the service department had that one, ready, swapped and tuned in less than 30 minutes.Again, Ive been held up by dealerships plenty of times, and Noyes made it easy to work with. Ill keep you all updated if anything happens!
Purchased a car long distance from Josh Hanson. Excellent experience! We live in Michigan and really wanted a Jetta Wagon that wasn’t a TDI. Josh sent us photos, video, had the car detailed, overnighted documents both ways, and held the car until our contracted driver picked it up!He even reached out to make sure the car was delivered in good condition. Josh was fabulous and I highly recommend him. I couldn’t have asked foe a better, less stressful, car buying experience! Thanks Josh!
I didnt purchase my vehicle at Noyes but, after the awesome service I received I wish I had! This is the second time I have serviced here and my car always comes out with a fresh vacuum and wash! John in service didnt try to push me into anything and Mandy (the shuttle driver) gladly drove me to my destination so I didnt have to wait at the dealership. I even walked around the showroom and didnt feel like a fish out of water. I spoke to Spencer Noyes, the manager, who simply talked to me about my current lease and even gave me recommendations in order to save me money in the long run. I would highly recommend that anyone looking to buy or service a new or used Volkswagen stop at Noyes first!
Service manager is on the ball, we were here for service on my wifes Tiguan, I asked him if he had any documentation on the fuse arrangement, he said he would take a look, and he actually handed me a printout when we were leaving. I have asked other Volkswagen dealers the same question, and they make excuses or forget I had asked them, as busy as he was, he filled in the details. Appreciate good service and follow through, getting hard to find these days.
Just left dealership today and very pleased with Mike and Adam! Purchased a vehicle and they were so helpful and considerate. Highley reccomend this dealership
Ask for Bill. Fantastic and low pressure buying experience.
I visited Noyes VW and worked with Spencer Noyes, who quoted me a price on a VW Atlas. He said the quote was good through the end of the month. Three days later, after conferring with my wife, I returned to the showroom to complete the sale. He then told me he was changing the price by $500, at which point I walked out. I drove to Autofair VW in Nashua, and received an even better price. I wanted to do business locally, but after the shady sale practice I encountered I had no choice. If anyone is looking for a fair price and good service, I would not recommend Noyes VW.
Very attentive and knowledgeable.
Great service! I purchased my 2012 Golf there this past Friday. Everything about my experience there was fantastic. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything. In an out time was 20 minutes for signing the paper work/finalizing the sale. Worth the 2.5hr drive from Boston.
Typical dealer. Good during the sale but no response to questions after. We didnt get an owners manual, were told they would get one and never heard again even after several emails.
Great place! Friendly service and the charged less than what was discussed and even did extra work at the lower price, very pleased with them & will go there in the future.
Impossible to negotiation the price, but the price was fair. Does not look like they detailed the car after purchase like they said they would.
I find them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are pretty reasonable for a dealer and they always wash my car when I bring it in. I have come to rely on them for all of my car issues.
I bought my Golf TDI from John a few years ago and to say I love that car is grossly understated. I feel so safe, and, with snow tires, drive through thick snow with anxiety, but NO trouble.(I detest driving in snow . . . ). I love the fit, the feel, the savings in fuel. Love the shape, the engineering, the ingenuity. Over the years, Ive been working with the Service Department. Andrew and his team are awesome. They go out of their way to make sure the car is running perfect and get it back to me whistle clean. Weekend appointments continue to make routine service calls easy on my time. I have complete faith in the team and am fully confident that their watchful, knowledgeable eyes are keeping my TDI in perfect operating health. Thanks to all of you.
Family friendly atmosphere always willing to help!
Spencer does an excellent job. Very glad to have done business with Noyes VW. Will be coming back in the future
From the initial email contact to John handing me my keys, the experience was upfront and pleasurable. I highly recommend this dealership.
Weve been bringing our car there for routine maintenance for the past 2 years always friendly and courteous
We went for a ride in a relatives VW, just after they got it detailed.....dirty windows, sand n dust in many areas, doggie nose prints on the windows in the backseat and more. So, if you pay to get your vehicle done at this location, get it for half price, because they only pay attention to half your vehicle. They have low standards. Dont pay more than 20 bucks. It is cheaper if you wait till the local school has a fund raiser and you are doing them a favor by supporting the local school, and the kids will do a much better job!s
This place is terrible. I had them replace the starter in my jetta and they put the wrong part in and my car broke down again. They said because the engine had been replaced in the past they are not at fault for ordering the wrong part. They are refusing to pay for the labor and and towing and claim they are not at fault. Do not ever take your car here. They even had the nerve to offer only 20 bucks towards the 150 dollar tow truck fees.
I service my Audi here, always treat me and my budget well. Friendly team, and from what I’ve seen the sales staff is not over bearing or sleazy. If you want, or already have German. This is your place locally.
Andrew and the service department really took good care of us, I will bring my VW to them in the future for regular maintenance.
Great staff and I love my VW!
Noyes Volkswagon Inc. was the worst service I have experienced in my 20 plus years of running VWs. Asked them to install a specific tire brand and type and failed to do so even the second time around! Explaining the service they have done/not done is not part of their Customer care pkg. Service seekers at Noyes VW Inc beware!
Noyes wont even do an oil change on a BMW. The local Ford dealership will do an oil change, but the only European auto dealer/service in the area wont touch it. I understand not working on a BMW, but this is just ludacris.
I came here to get my car looked at and worked on. I had a noisy blower motor and transmission noise. When I scheduled the appointment, in person, I was nervous after the service writer told me that he doubted there was anything wrong with the transmission. Red flag, theyre trying to avoid warranty work. Gave them the benefit of the doubt.Dropped the car off after hours, and used the envelope they gave me for the key to drop off. I put it in a black box on the wall that said customer drop off.Called after work the next day (my appointment was for that morning) and asked about the car. They told me they couldnt find the keys. So, the car that had an appointment for that morning, sat in their service lot all day and not one call asking if we had forgotten to leave the key or anything. Didnt check the customer box on the building. Just ignored it.Told them where the key was left and was told it would be looked at the next day.The next day, tried calling every 10 minutes on my hour long lunch break, got a busy tone every time. Finally got a call back saying I could pick the car up after work. When I picked it up, I was told the blower motor was all fixed and neither the service writer or technician heard any noise from the transmission.Drove it that night and sure enough, the noise was still there. So, either the tech is very unskilled, or theyre avoiding potentially expensive warranty work.Im very disappointed in the entire experience with the dealership, and I hope another shop will honor our warranty.
I went in to test drive a used vehicle. I got in and met up with a sales person other than the one I talked with on the phone. He was honest and told me that the drive axle broke and it should be repaired by Friday. Ok, cool. When I got home I listened to my voicemails and had a call from the guy I was dealing with on the phone. He tried to hide the broken axle by saying it was lent out and should be back tomorrow. What else are they trying to hide?
My experience dealing with the service writer, Jon was great, highly recommend their services.
I called the service department to find out what kind of coolant I needed for my Jetta. Andrew told me to come in ( a fifty-mile round trip) because you could only buy the coolant at a dealers. He would sell it to me for $25 and fill my coolant reservoir. I asked again, But what exactly is the coolant, and he answered G-20.SO when he brought me to the parts counter and ordered the coolant for me, I asked, when handed the jug, Is this G-20? No, it wasnt. G-20 doesnt exist, the counterman says. This is G- something or other, a number in the teens. So, of course, I figured out that Andrew did not want to tell me the name of the coolant I needed because I probably CAN buy it online or somewhere else cheaper. Which is slimey. He lied to make a sale. So next time I need something from a VW dealership I will try the one in Northampton instead. Then, while I paid, Andrew goes out to fill the coolant reservoir, puts the jug on my front sea. When I rejoined him at my car he says that when I go home I can fill the rest of the jug up with water.Distilled water? I asked. Because that was what Id learned from some YouTube tutorial before I left the house. He shrugged. If you want, he said.He said he added the coolant into my reservoir straight, without diluting it. Yet I should dilute the coolant in the future. Does that make sense?
My wife and I questioned how one could qualify for their Big Winter Savings but never really got a response from sales on how one could get to that advertised price. We got quotes based on lease terms, as well as monthly payments based on a purchase but nothing about the rebates on their website. The disclaimer covers them from a legal standpoint but it is extremely confusing as to what can be combined, covered, excluded or how it can be applied to a purchase or used towards a capitalized cost on a lease. Consequently, I mentioned my displeasure on social media (Facebook) for my friends to see and must have hit a nerve with their manager (I was told hes the owners son) who later sent me a scathing notification that he didnt appreciate the negative comments and basically implied that I just didnt understand the pricing details. Frankly, I feel bad given that I have leased a Jetta from them years ago and had a great experience. Keene is a relatively small community and my wife and I have always made our major purchases locally, and would like to continue to do so. However, in the 40 plus years we have lived here I dont recall getting such a condescending response from any retailer/dealership in the area. Its too bad...
If you are going to have any service done to your vehicle at Noyes Volkswagen, Inc, demand to have a hard copy of their policies for service. It is your right to do so ... in fact, I would suggest that you have legal counsel review it before having your vehicle serviced there. Additionally, the desk help in customer service seems to need help with customer in customer service.
Bought a 2009 TDI Jetta new in its model year from Noyes and they have been the only service organization to care for the car. Every aspect of the purchase and subsequent service has been excellent.
Excellent service with APR tuning available.
I love this dealership. I have never been disappointed when I come here. I always get into the exact car I went in looking for. I just purchased a 2017 VW Jetta with Leo. What an amazing car. Leo is a great person, he is very helpful and knows his VW. Will be returning for another VW.
Always helpful and knowledge!
Okay, so Ive been going here for service on my VW for 7 years now. About a year ago, with my car being out of warranty, I started learning how to do all the 50-60k maintenance I possibly could, working on it myself. I soon started to grasp the reality of working on cars, all the unexpected choas and mayhem that can quickly spiral from a tiny 1-2 hour planned project, the extent of the havok wreaked on our cars undercarraige by New England winters, the insane cost of specialty tools and software needed for almost every repair now-a-days, etc etc. Unfortunately for me, Ive committed to the diy life choice, condemning myself to the lifetime of misery and suffering, interrupted only by fleeting bursts of satisfaction that choice entails. I still need and will always need Noyes for certain things, like a proper 4 wheel alignment, and feel lucky to have a trustworthy, reliable, affordable dealership so close by. I grew up embedded with a certain suspiciousness of the dealer, some innnate fear they were always going to try to pull one over on me, and I had to be on my toes at all times. With the new perspective gained from actually trying to do what they do myself, followed by a reflection of every experience Ive ever had at Noyes, I make no hesitation when I state that the only thing the service department at Noyes is possibly guilty of, is perhaps habitually undercharging customers, not wanting to bother fighting with a customer to explain all the extra work that went into keeping their piece of metal maintained and in one piece. They do so many little things, whether it be a simple vacuum and wash before returning the car after a basic oil change, or tackling a nightmare of unforseen series of horrors lurking in the places of the car one does not generally see, or things you just dont want or have time to know about. In all the times Ive brought my car for service, not once was I unfairly overcharged for something not needed, not once. I cant speak to all dealers, I know there are bad actors out there, but Noyes Volkswagen is one I have no reservations vouching for. Good people, that do hard work well, and rarely get the credit they deserve. Would give six stars if I could.
Service people are very friendly and helpful.
They sold me an extended warranty which is not worth the paper it is written on. Car breaks down Vw TDI with numerous problems 3 hours from home and I have no car, not what I was lead to believe. DONT BUY VW form NOYES. NOYES said that we would have car rental and that is no the entire story. The car rental is ONLY for the labor time, not the time waiting for diagnosis, parts etc. IT is just a JOKE. Fortunately Kelly VW is a FAR better dealership and have offered me a loaner car and they are dealing with Noyess lousy extended warranty.
I recently bought a brand new 2013 Passat from Noyes Volkswagen in Keene, NH. I went there because a friend highly recommended them as they had had great experiences with them, and I went on to have one too. My sales person Debbie was fantastic! She knew so much about VWs - technical aspects, engine specs, interior design features, etc. I was very impressed with her. The color I decided on was hard to find, but find it for me she did! I was also able to meet and interact with the owner, Rob Noyes. He was incredibly nice and friendly. His door was always open and I felt free to interact with him when I needed to. Their financial specialist was fantastic! She really knows her stuff. She made the whole aspect of financing my vehicle as smooth as possible, talking me through all of the seemingly endless paperwork. Her knowledge in her field is very comprehensive as well, and shes incredibly organized. I got to interact with Andrew, their Service Manager, when I brought my car in for its 30 day review. He was great too! Friendly, professional, informative, etc. For me, I cant say enough good things about my sales experience, from start to finish, with Noyes Volkswagen. I think theyre great, and their cars are great too! I bought the TDI and am experiencing great MPG - about 45 mpg on average - way better than I was getting with my Outback, which I loved. So if youre thinking about buying a VW, I would highly recommend going to Noyes in Keene, NH. You cant go wrong!
Four years ago I was looking for a new car and decided to walk through the Keene, New Hampshire Volkswagen dealership as Ive always liked VWs. I liked the Jetta Sport Wagon but I thought that there was a error on the stated mpg (it said around 40) then I realized it was the new diesel technology. What an amazing car. +The sales person Debbie knew so much about not only VWs and this specific model but could easily compare pros and cons of the Jetta Sport Wagon TDI vs other high mpg cars. I bought the car and have loved it ever since (its 4 years old now). The Noyes VW service department is the best Ive experienced and this coming from a person who has bought new cars every 4 years for 3 decades. The service department is ultra helpful, and compared to my previous long history with Subaru, the service is significantly less expensive. Best yet, when the service is completed my car is immaculately cleaned inside and out. Noyes VW has a comfortable wireless waiting area with free very good coffee, fruit and snacks, and even a new HD widescreen TV if youre interested. Everyone has a smile.
Best VW service & sales in the area.
