These guys that work here are absolutely amazing!!!! My car died right there in their doorstep. The guy was kind enough to come out and see what the problem was you figured out it was the e-brake had seized up but then the he had to tell me that they had no mechanic so I called VIP across the street and then they were kind enough to tell me across the street because I couldnt even drive it these guys are definitely getting some baked cookies for their kindness!!!!!! They will also get recommended every time I am asked where to go for work. Thank you so very much!!!!!!❤️

This place is awesome. Not only do they do the best auto body repair, they are also customer advocates when dealing with insurance companies demanding short cuts. Unfortunately all the other shops in the area weaklings when dealing with the big insurance companies.

Steve went above and beyond to make sure that an insurance company was paying for everything necessary required restore my 2019 Toyota Corolla with $9,000 of damages to showroom condition. Steve fought with them when they tried to put in a junkyard headlight! NO ONE will do it better than Steve @ Keene Auto Body. Thanks guys!

CAR WAS HEALD IN STORAGE FOR SEVERAL WEEKS AND WAS CHARGED FOR IT . EVEN THOUGH CAR WAS DRIVABLE . WHEN THEY DID DO AN ESTIMATE OF REPAIRS . THEY ADDED ALOT OF ITEMS THAT WERE NOT NEEDED IN ORDER TO INFLATE THE BILL . THIS CAUSED A NIGHTMARE TRYING TO GET THE INSURANCE TO AGREE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS . PEOPLE AT KEENE AUTO BODY HAVE ATTITUDES . ENDED UP TAKING CAR TO J@L . THEY STARTED REPAIRING CAR THAT DAY . ONLY DELAY WAS ORDERING PARTS NEEDED . HAD CAR BACK WITH REPAIRS DONE IN ONE WEEK . CAR SAT AT KEENE AUTO BODY FOR 3 WEEKS BEFORE THEY EVEN LOOKED AT IT . YOU DECIDE. J&L DID A GREAT JOB ON REPAIR IN A TIMELY MANNER. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THUMBS UP J&L.

Went to 3 body shops in Keene. 1st quote was $980, 2nd quote was $1077, this place quoted nearly 4k... Im pretty sure that sums it up.

Stopped by to try and get some insurance work done, walked in and the deal lady picks up a mask, puts it on, then kicks us out for not having masks🤦 THEY DONT WORK UNLESS YOU WEAR IT THE ENTIRE TIME ANYWAYS🤦🤦🤦

It was a blessing to have the knowledge of Keene Auto Body when my car got totaled by someone rear ending me. Travelers insurance was a nightmare to deal with and KAB did a great job of not letting the insurance company take advantage of me. I will never go anywhere else just based on the kindness of this company.

I agree with Ron Howells review. I was charged double the typical rate according to services that I talked to after seeing the bill. The driver who recovered my car was ok to deal with. At the shop there was a larger man who was extremely rude. He interrupted me, spoke dismissively, did not answer my very basic questions about pricing (how much does it cost per day to hold the car) and drove off in his pickup truck. He seemed as if he was trying to intimidate me so I wouldnt question the price after I saw it and it worked. The guy who towed me went inside to talk to him to figure out the price and I am sure that is where they conspired to increase the price on services rendered. This is most likely because they knew I was paying out of pocket instead of by insurance. The clip board provided to my driver by the larger man who was rude had a sticker of a naked woman on it. Ill let that speak for itself (Keene Auto Body tow service logo beneath the light). I would recommend finding a different service before calling up Keene Auto body for your towing needs.

Quick and easy front end alignment at a very nice price and in a very short time

Great service and amazing customer service. Had a bumper bender - decided to not file a claim as it would possibly be under my deductible or close and definitely not worth it. Not only were they able to get it in within a few days - but it was fixed perfectly and the cost was several hundred under what I expected. VERY HAPPY!!! Thank you Steve and Sherry!

Friendly stuff, excellent service

Super helpful, gave me a quote, fixed some damaged areas for free, and when I told him I couldn’t afford the fix, he told me how to try and do it myself cheaper. I tried to pay him for his help and advice and he wouldn’t even take it. They will get my business from here on out!

This is a fantastic shop! When the insurance company only wanted to pay for aftermarket parts, they went out of their way to get OEM for the same price. Then they did a wonderful job, and even washed the car and cleaned the inside a bit. They are busy so there could be a wait to get in, but its worth it.

As an insurance professional in the Monadnock region all of my clients who suffer a loss or claim turn to me for advice for repairs. I have had clients who say Keene Auto Body does great work and some of my close family and friends. Unfortunately I will never recommend, to any of my clients, to go to Keene Auto Body. They are constantly bashing insurance companies when we are the #1 referral for body work. If my clients have a shop they prefer we are 100% willing to work with them and have NEVER told a client no they cant go there. I pass my referrals elsewhere.

I cannot emphasize enough to stay away. Hung up on. Abused by two different people while trying to pay for their service. They jacked the price $50 because they were inconvenienced by a misunderstanding. These people have no clue how to deal with the public.

Great shop body work I had done was done right and I couldnt tell tell the car had been in an acendent at all, very happy with paint match and quality of work.

Great friendly service, great results and they even cleaned and vacuumed my car! A++++ MarkT.
