We now only shop at this location! All of the employees I’ve encountered are very friendly. Store is well stocked and clean. We use the curbside pickup option occasionally and have had great results.

I could live in this HEB on 1463. They really are the best grocery store. Was looking to use my gift card for a pillow for the way I sleep. Girl tells me when they usually put that item out which is in August when school is about to start and mark as seasonal.

Great Prices, Great Selection. Flowers were very fresh and lasted for weeks. Their prepared food for the oven and/or microwave is delicious.

Love this store. Has nice selection of products and produces. Good and co-operative staff. Their bakery has fresh tortillas and variety of breads. Also love their fresh sushi. Its nice and clean store.

Disappointed for the last time with curbside pickup. Received a rotting watermelon and was over charged for chicken most recently. The time before they forgot hot dog and hamburger buns. Had to call corporate to get things fixed. Staff are clearly not trained to pick good produce. Also has been taking longer and longer from the time you arrive to the time they bring it out. It used to be convenient, but considering Im paying extra for my items than if I purchased in store, and all the extra trips Ive had to make recently it is no longer convenient.

Love HEB. The products are great and staff are always friendly and helpful. It would be perfect if the personal shoppers who handle curbside orders read the customer notes and used paper bags instead of plastic.

I used to love shopping here, but it’s becoming more difficult lately. They’ve hired more staff due to the demand, and all of the women who work here are just absolutely gorgeous. It makes me nervous shopping.

Love this H‑E‑B as is but ERIK went out of his way to find a product that was limited stock and far and few between the H‑E‑B’s across the city and was able to find us what we were looking for! Absolutely went above and beyond and truly cared! Thank you, Erik!

Shopping is an escape from a husband with dementia. You have nice scooters. My walking is not good. Many things I need are on the top shelf. I am so tired getting on and off the scooter. I can bearly get the groceries into the house. I know you have pick up and delivery. I like to pick my groceries my self. Thank you for listening.

Paige was also helpful and so friendly and conversational while unloading our order. I’ve received help from other HEB curbside employees at this location who were top notch, but unfortunately I didn’t get their names. Overall, way to go curbside team! You guys rock!

This is a really nice grocery store. The layout is way different from the other H E Bs in the Katy area. The Pharmacy is immediately to the right upon entering, which is nice. You dont have to walk through the entire store to pick up a prescription. There are many little specialty areas also; a delicatessen, a bakery, an extensive cheese counter, a bulk spice serve yourself area where you can purchase as much or as little as needed, a section of raw nuts where you can grind them into flour, as well as a huge selection of serve yourself raw nuts, a beer and wine section that has a set up for tastings, a lovely floral department and of course all the usual suspects, i.e. produce, beauty and wellness, butcher...Make sure you have time to browse and sample when you plan your visit to this store!

Good but not as cheap Walmart. Go there go produce, meat, and convenience.

This place is a game changer. I had never been to one before we moved here and I can’t imagine life without it now! They have freshly made sushi, pre-made meals you can just throw in the oven, an amazing bakery with fresh homemade tortillas (and samples), an incredible cheese selection (and someone who can help you pick what would be best for what you’re needing), an incredible meat department, and an amazing produce selection. I love being able to try things I’ve never had before. Oh, and a really nice floral department also! The workers are always pleasant and I love going in here.

People friendly but did not like store

If you enjoy gambling on whether your meat will be rancid or not go ahead and use their curbside. 3x too many, returned a roast that was dated for today but smelled like last year. Total lack of customer service inside too (literally, no customer service dept) so a simple return took 39 minutes and three CSMs. I’m out, rather drive the extra 3 miles and use Spring Green or just stop at Kroger’s, might be more expensive but at least it’s edible and doesn’t cost an afternoon.

I’ve already been TWICE this week to pick up my favorite snack, Sour Strips. I had a hard time finding them today, but I was dedicated to getting my weekly fix and found them. I’m always worried they’re going to stop restocking them :(

He was suppose to contact us after reviewing the product and other products at the stand, never happen... 😏 Typical and pathetic store manager. HEB RULE:(Return the $$$, be nice, smile, and just ignore the rotten product. Is this the rule Jossy?!) Or are you ignoring us because we are Hispanic? We need to protect our community. I wonder how many other rotten products are still sitting on the HEB stands waiting for customers to purchase and consume... Nasty. Definitely going back to KROGER, more traditionly and extremely better quality!

HEB was always the most loved Super for me anywhere: Dallas, Baytown, San Antonio and the best on Fry Rd, Katy, TX 77494. Until I met the HEB at 4950 FM 1463, Katy, TX 77494. How ineffective, rude and without a vocation for service!I say this for products expired on more than one occasion and when you complain, they are only excuses, if you have a question, they never understand or the answer is inadequate, the treatment is terrible and I can mention names: Isabel, almost yelled at me on one occasion; a manager that unfortunately I do not remember the name.I will never go back there ... Im sorry for that great company that is HEB; but that place is not up to him.

I love HEB. Location, variety, products, BUT...when I decided to try the curbside I was very disappointed. First :They gave me a time and my purchase was not ready. I went home and wait for the message that never arrived. After 2 hours I called. Then they realized that it was ready. Second: when I arrived for the second time, I saw the employees with the masks on their necks and no social distance, as they approached the cars to ask and / or deliver the merchandise. I was surprised to see that the clients did have their masks very responsibly but the 2 women who were attending did not. Why??? I suggest that the management supervise this more closely, this is not supposed to happen, no one is immune to this virus and HEB is telling that they are taking the precautions. It is everyones responsibility equally, because we are all important in our community. I will try again to see if someone took note. Customer service is vital and is good publicity. I hope to see improvement! I will like to continue with HEB. Thank you.

Has a strange layout and limited selection compared to most HEBs. However you can usually get your essentials and they have a decent beer and wine selection.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I had today. I take care and time to choose foods that are not damaged, bruised, cracked etc. I admit I had a large amount of groceries. When I was checking out the bagger decided it was OK to throw my bags into my shopping cart. I take my items out of the shopping cart in a certain order, starting with the heavy items. I group them into like items. He didn’t pay attention to the heavy items should be on the bottom and perishables needed more care. He could have gotten another shopping cart to accommodate the large order. I did speak up and he said okay, but just moved the bags around abruptly. I spoke to the Service Manager who assured me it would be taken care of and my next experience will be better. I guess we will see.

Chip selection is absolutely dismal. Good luck finding anything in that picked apart Store. Layout makes zero sense compared to other hebs. The pathing in the store makes zero sense. Will go to a different, but better maintained heb.

The stores employees are all wearing masks, neatly dressed and very helpful. The aisles are neat and well stocked. Theres plentiful manned checkout counters in addition to 6 or 7 self checkout counters. This store is highly recommended to any shopper. American Express makes shopping here even sweeter during this time thanks to the 5% cashback promotion.

Different layout but as of yet a lower foot traffic store so shopping is peaceful.

You can find all the food that you need in this supermarket... conveniently located.

I usually always have a good experience here. Always have everything I am looking for.

Always top notch service. But the selection seems to be kinda thin lately. And the prices keep climbing! The meal deals dont help me because I dont eat many processed foods. Can we get a fruit and veg deal? Or a raw meat and veg deal?? The aisles are spaced wide enough for good social distancing. I appreciate the cashier manager that controls the lines so you can get out quickly.

I love this store. So many cashiers and baggers, I hope they never change. I prefer this grocery store over every grocery store Ive been to in Katy, Texas.

The place is very organized. They have been very prepared for emergency situations. One criticism, and it is harder to fix this, but the panes are narrower and the flow of the store is not great when you are trying to socially distance. There are few places in the store where you can stay 6 feet apart. Sometimes, I want to stop my cart and think, but I cant because I am blocking peoples way. Streamlining the layout and widening the lanes, or implementing one-way aisles, or both, would really help.

Love the store BUTHas to be the slowest deli. 30 Minutes avg to get cheese with 1-2 people in line. There is one employee that if she is the one helping me. I just leave. She ask you if this is a good thickness from 6 to 10 ft away. Really?? And when you tell her you can’t tell she asks again from 3 ft away. We have seen 6 people working in deli dept all talking and 3 people waiting to be helped and only 1cutting. Come on this is not up to H-E-B standards

Great location and store has a good layout and plenty of cashiers that help keep things moving quickly so your in and out.

Very convenient, I can grocery shop on computer during my lunch break and then send my husband or teen to go pick up the groceries while I do a thousand other chores! The fee is $5 but you get the first couple of shopping experiences for free. The mark up is 3% on all items but thats only $3 on a $100 order so that is fine. You do not get the in store sales but in the end I spend less because when shopping from my computer I am precise with the list and it is easier to compare brand prices online. I love the HEB curbside pickup!@

This HEB is nice and clean. Its always stocked and its not as crowded as the other HEB in the area.

They are pretty rude. My aunt wanted to get another item and she knew exactly what she wanted. It was still before the closing time and the person at the register was rude saying “you have seven minutes” which is plenty of time to get it. She was back and out of the store before it closed. The night manager on duty was also rude and was giving attitude about her getting the item. There was no reason to act that way. Especially when we got out and there were other customers there.Update: another manager called back and took care of the situation immediately. Thank you!And it happened again... I love heb but I will not be returning to this location. Staff are rude and this is not the first time. I guess that I look young so they think the can talk to me however they want. There was 15 minutes left and before I even walk in the door for 3 items a staff member says you have 13 minutes. I’d rather go to Walmart or a different location since these employees only seem to care about getting off of work as quickly as possible. They are open until 8 which is when the doors close to the public. They have to wait until all customers are out of the store anyway; that’s how retail works... and in this scenario I was also out before the doors closed.

Beautiful Store very well organized and managed. Fresh produce, fresh seafood and meat department. Helpful seafood manager,( I didnt get his name) but he gave us an excellent deal on live crawfish! The cashier was great as well.
