They have an amazing bakery at this Randall’s location. It has the best bagels and other pastries that are made fresh daily. Highly recommend.

Went in to the floral department on Monday Nov 1st and I had this beautiful arrangement put together for my fiance. They had a huge selection of flowers and vases. The florist was extremely helpful gave me feedback on the different flowers I was selecting and howd they look together in an arrangement. As you can see by the photos attached she was an expert in flowers. I wish I had her name to add to this review because she deserves it. The picture on the right is the same arrangement 6 days later. This tells me Randalls uses a flower supplier that is shipping them FRESH flowers that are going to last. The pictures attached support the freshness. In the picture on the right the flowers are just starting to bloom. 6 says later they are in full bloom and I can they will be lasting a few more days.Since I just moved in to the area 30 days ago I was searching for a good reasonably priced florist that supplied FRESH flowers with florists that loved their trade. Glad to report that I found what I was looking for & more. Since I buy arrangements on a regular basis Randalls flower dept will be seeing me often as they are my florist of choice in the Katy and surrounding area.

At least they appreciate their customers time unlike the Randalls at Clay Rd. They honored my reward incentive even though they didnt have the item in stock. For this Ill keep Randalls in mind since I also happen to pass by one every day from work.

This Randalls is always nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Overall Randalls is a bit overpriced but it is what it is.

I went to Starbucks. First I had to wait for almost 5 minutes for someone to even come to take my order. I then Paid an extra $2 for certain ingredients for Megan to pour half of what I ordered down the drain. I buy Starbucks entirely too much to have had to go through this. Disappointed.

Terrible customer service at the bakery! The employees took forever to come when I rang the bell so I could place an order for a birthday cake. The guy who was taking my order had difficulty understanding me and wasnt being helpful. He just had the expression on his face that he doesnt want to be there. Oh, by the way, their cakes are terrible quality. The icing writing on the cake that I ordered looks sloppy and ugly, as if it was done by a kid.

Clean, everything in order, very good customer service and it is convenient to enjoy a ice foam cold brew from Starbucks with the Impossible sandwich after shopping.

One of the few randalls left and I love this place, wish more would come back. Really enjoy their deli section and prepared food.

Fresh vegetables & fruit. No bruised ones. Love the 2 for specials especially the organic chicken. Would like to see more of those. Best fresh made Oatmeal cookies.

I called Randall’s to ask if they had a certain item. I was on hold over an hour and actually drove to the store and showed the manager that I was still on hold. I went through self check out with about 10 items. The 1st card I used wouldnt work. Attendant reset machine. Tried 2nd card but machine wouldnt work. Attendant tried to get me to give her my card but I said I dont want you to touch it if it can be avoided bc of virus. Then she just gave up and said you have to go through regular line not offering any more assistance. Didnt want to help at all. This is a terrible representation of customer care at Randalls .

Every time i shop from Randall’s i find at least one item is past its sell by date. Last time was by more than a week and it was clearly spoiled when opened.It’s a shame, Randall’s at one time was my favorite grocery store.

WHEN THEY ADVERTISE THEIR DUNGENESS CRABS AND SNOW CRABS AT A REALLY GOOD PRICE THEY CONTAIN 25% WATER AND INSTEAD OF $9,99 A POUND THEY ARE ACTUALLY $12.50 A POUND... THE SAME THING APPLIES TO THEIR SNOW CRABS AND PREPACKAGED FROZEN FISH... YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF AT THE SEAFOOD COUNTER AT KROGER OR H.E.B. ... I HAVE ALREADY REPORTED THEM TO THE F.D.A. DIVISION OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES AND WILL START TO REPORT IT TO EVERY GOVERNMENT AGENCY!! I WILL ALSO SEE WITCH T.V. STATIONS WANT TO DO A STORY FOR THEM!!

OMG, I DO NOT LIKE FROSTING!!! So finding whipped cream cupcakes 🧁 at the grocery store can be pretty complicated and frustrating. Anyway, a few months ago I randomly decided to give Randall’s a try after moving to the area about 6 months ago. Man, was I missing out!!!! I’ve NEVER had Panera and decided to try the mac & cheese.... now I’m addicted. However, what leads me to this post is the JUMBO WHIPPED CREAM CUPCAKE 🧁😍. It’s a lazy Sunday and I’ve been putting off going to grab my new fav. I decided to call after I mustered up the courage to leave the house. José and answered and told me they closed at 7pm. Just as I was gripping with disappointment he encouraged me not to hang up ( lol 😂 he could hear my disappointment). He suggested maybe he could help me if it was a jumbo cupcake or something that they leave behind...He read my mind...he volunteered to go check for me...and when he verified it was there told me to ask for him 😀 AMAZING MANAGER!!! Also, the habanero glazed chicken 🤤, fried chicken ( wings, drumettes, spicy 🌶 and thighs) are ALMOST as good as mine 😂. Seriously though, Randall’s had made me lazy. I haven’t cooked in over a month 😬

Deceptive shelf stocking. They place clearance shelfs with 50% everything signs then put random stacks of full price items. The current Christmas items are not all 50% off but they have a 50% of all little card for that one shelf. Really deceptive and sneaky and no apology when you notice, they are actually quite rude like you did something wrong when you ask why they are not ringing up as 50% off. And it is not a misplaced item when they are stacking them all in the 50% off shelf. They could have at least apologize for putting them there if they wont honor it and not act like jerks.

It was the night before thanksgiving and there was no dark brown sugar available in the Katy area. An employee named Jose hustled to the back on a hunch that a truck shipment may have a fresh supply. Sure enough he comes out with two bags to save our meal for Thanksgiving. Thank you Jose! This dude cared and thats why this is my Randalls.

Organized & clean store. Pricing may not always be the best compared to other grocery stores. It has a nice sheltered bicycle parking rack, a rare thing in this area. It also has Coinstar machine with no-fee gift cards option.

Im officially done shopping here for 3 reasons (and Ive been shopping at this location the last 5 years)1. Extremely impatient and rude customer service. Too many negative stories here, each of them being their fault which leads me to number 2.2. Faulty sale papers. Just today I decided to buy some cereals marked buy 1 get 2 free (Kelloggs 19.2 oz below). I bought exactly that, and the cashier gave me a huge NO, even after showing her the paper. Im not one to argue so I left the line to put the cereals back. This isnt the first time either. Watch out for their sales, they are almost never descriptive, and they will FORCE the fault on you even if its their management.3. Not all products will be labeled as sales in their computers. Their receipts are unnecessarily confusing, and you will be cheated. I feel this done on purpose because each time I shop here, atleast 1 or 2 items have been wrongfully priced.I never have these issues at HEB, which is about half a mile down Fry. Go there instead. Let this dying, cheating store suffer its own consequences.

Long wait for prescriptions, due to one person handling drive thru and in store pickup. Needed one individual handling drive thru and another in store pickup.

Went there looking for a beverage that I saw on Facebook. They dont carry it.It contains alchohol : Crown Royal and Cola .

One of our most important issues with grocery stores - enough motorized carts for elderly and handicapped. Randalls excells where others are deficient. Some local grocery stores have made it clear, thats not a priority with them. Prices are higher but convenience is there. Not much of a crowd which makes shopping quicker and easier. Has most name brands plus house brand. Has excellent bakery, good deli and fresh produce. Worth a look if youre in the area. Enjoy!

Always loved Randalls. Best melatonin 5 mg gummies, their Signature Brand. Jose the manager helped me until we located them. Buy one get one free helped. Always ck their clearance section. Also Pre-cubed Watermelon for immediate Digestion rlf, $5 here vs $8.99 for less quantity @ Walmart.

The store is laid out in a way that makes it very easy to get in and find what you need. The rewards program is easy and coupons are great. Got a great deal on water and meat today!!!!

They have water and quite a bit. I was able to buy 4 packs as well as bleach but no toilet paper. They are running low on meat though but have large packs (no ground beef) if thats what you need . That was about an hour ago.

4/19/2020 While the store was well stocked, the deli staff were preparing food with mask below the nose. A white woman, and especially an Asian looking woman were wearing the masks and preparing food with noses exposed, breathing all over the food they were preparing. I complained to the manager. she ran over and returned, saying they were wearing the masks. i said their noses were exposed. Manager didnt get it.

Very convenient. It costs a bit higher than other supermarkets, but still we really like to have this store.

Overpriced is putting it mildly. I guess if you have the big bucks, you should go there since they have a great selection.For the rest of us, go to H E B, you wont go bankrupt trying to buy a sack of groceries. Strange atmosphere in there, maybe its the lighting or something or the odd checkout people, but its kind of creepy in there. Quick checkout, however. Best to buy only one thing or you will have to sell your car to pay for the groceries.
