I am currently waiting for my first Randall’s delivery. It is one hour past the stated time frame. There was never an email or text sent stating that my delivery was on its way. I called the customer service number helpfully provided in my confirmation email, however after being on hold for 23 minutes I decided that “the next available representative” had taken off for the rest of the day so I hung up. I would really like to leave my house, but I have no way of canceling my grocery delivery or finding out when it might arrive.
