I dont know his name but he is good at fixing things because they had a lot of customers saying thank you while I waited.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I went in to have my battery replaced, which is a job that usually take 15-30 minutes. The owner, Nick, tells me to come back in 2 hours. Although I was shocked I obliged and came back 2 hours later and he then tells me that his technician damaged a connector pin that connects my battery to the motherboard. I was shocked!! Changing a battery is usually very simple, yet his technician damaged my laptop. Nick then tells me to come back a day later and the issue will have been resolved and the battery replaced.I came back a day later to find out that their technician lost a screw for the back panel of my laptop as well as all the screws that connects my battery to the motherboard. If that is not enough, Nick hands me the laptop battery that I had brought in to be put into my laptop. His technician not only damaged my laptop, lost screws but also didnt do the job as asked.When I showed discontent, Nick put the blame on me telling me that I was apprehensive from the beginning (who wouldnt when a supposedly professional technician damages my laptop for a simple battery replacement??!) and that he likes to be honest and that the battery will be replaced within the next 2 hours. How can his reputation be trusted when this happens?I simply took my laptop and went to a more reputable laptop repair shop, who charged me the same amount but did a quality job versus damaging my laptop.

I got my phone camera fixed for a cheap price and it was done in less than 20 minutes. Very appreciated!

My screen was shattered and the led display was completely broken, I could barely use the phone. They fixed it in literally 30 minutes and it was a very inexpensive fix. I highly recommend this place and I will be definitely be coming here for future repairs!

I have a note 20ultra, one day my son playing with it, He accidentally locked the phone and didnt remember the password!! I tried factory reseted and still unlocked!! I took it to Cell N Trade!! Came in for an IPhone 7 screen repair. The gentleman did it extremly quickly, within two hours, for a very reasonable price. Ive had screens replaced here three times and two of those times Ive called three stores for quotes and this place has been the most affordable too.

This pic is a week after LCD/screen replacement(scroll to the pic with an iPad screen with a huge black line in the middle). Apparently this is what $178 gets you. I literally used this iPad once or twice since replacement and all the remaining time on the bedroom counter. Company said this is not considered under its warranty. I do not recommend getting a screen fixed at Cell N Trade after this experience. Now I have to pay twice for a quality screen replacement. What an expensive mistake!

Ed was very helpful, courteous and accommodating. I was able to get my phone fixed while I waited. And, who says chivalry is dead...while I waited some customers came in using foul language with each other and Ed reminded them that there was a lady present. Thanks Ed, Ill definitely be back!

Do not go here! I was told to come in with my phone before 6:30pm - came to drop off my phone at 6:10pm - door was locked, lights were off, and no one was answering the phone. I called and left a voicemail that I would like someone to call me back about this and no one did. (I had arranged for a babysitter to go to this store so this was incredibly inconvenient).So with no one calling me back, I called the next day and explained the situation and the man on the phone was incredibly rude - no apology and offered no way to make up for my troubles. He just kept asking what can I do for you? Over and over. Then he told me I could take my business elsewhere.Truly an incredible experience - definitely not customer friendly. I would not give them your business.

Although, this time I came to this place because my dad is a loyal customer here and not because of the reviews. My experience was truly amazing with the manager Nick. It took 20 minutes to get my iPhone 6 screen repaired and it wasnt expensive and it wasnt just the glass they did the whole screen and everything. Awesome service. I went there to have my iphone battery changed because it will not turn on. The two gentlemen opened it up, assessed the phone, tried two batteries but still my phone wouldnt start up. They said that it has something to do with the processor and that theres nothing else they could find that would be causing the problem of it not turning on. I would recommend this repair store. The price for the battery change that they quoted me prior to coming was very reasonable unlike the previous repair shops that I called up for quotes. They did not charge me anything for assessing my phone. Others would have for sure. Thanks guys.

I would NOT recommend this business! I took my phone and my daughters phone in for screen repair. After spending over $190 for both phones, neither phone worked. I took mine back first and he said it had water in it and he cleaned it out without charging me. Ive never dropped my phone in water. However, it still didnt work - the keys were not working. Its working for the time being and hopefully it wont give me anymore trouble. Before I could get my daughters phone back she dropped it and it had a small crack at the top. He said he would fix it for $69! I told him I didnt think I should have to pay for him to fix the phone- I didnt ask him to fix the screen - I know that was my daughters fault. The phone was working fine with the cracked screen before we took it in. It is not working at all now which has nothing to do with the crack. It never worked after he repaired it. He asked me what I would do if I were him- I told him I thought he should fix it for free since hes the one that broke it. He said he would not do that. I am furious! I will never to business with this company again and I am posting this so that other people will not be taken advantage of like we were. I live in Cinco Ranch and I thought this business was reputable

I wouldnt sale a phone here, wanted to give me 250 for a Samsung s10+ 512gb. The phone is paid off and was 1300 and is not that old. So not the place to cell a phone from my experience.

I brought in an iPad mini to replace a cracked glass and they were able to replace the glass, but the device is completely unresponsive on touch, home button, and volume control. Mind you the device was perfectly fine when I brought in with the cracked glass. Seems like a fair people but not honest enough to tell me they messed on something to make it inoperable. They gave a refund on the labor and part, however. I took it to another shop and they told me around where ribbon cable plugs into has been damaged and can be fixed only by Apple. When I called Apple, they were going to charge me for the same price as new one on the same model. Sucks!
