I thought this was a trusted shop but it’s apparent they are just like the rest, I’ve came out countless amount of dollars and time, just to have my life played with twice. I had an alignment done which was not done correctly, I had bearings replaced and found 2 seals instead of 1 and they came apart. I found out my tire was separated and they didn’t even mention it at all when they did the alignment. Please don’t take your car here, you will regret it.

John was friendly and professional. Great Customer service is not something I associate with auto places, but here it is apparent that is their M.O. Made me feel very welcomed from the time I walked through the door and when I left. He explained to me the diagnosis of my car and gave me several options before just doing the service. 100% 10/10 would recommend and will be back for all my auto needs. It’s great to have a reliable auto service in my neighborhood.

As a woman, every time I walk into a mechanics shop I feel like Im going to get conned, robbed or sold something I dont need. This was never the case with these people. I ended up coming here 2 years ago because another shop told me I needed to replace my brake pads and rotors and made it sound urgent. Something didnt seem right to me so I came to this AutoCheck and they said, nope my brakes were fine and didnt need anything done for a few more years probably.Since then all maintenance and inspections have been done here. Theyve never tried to upsell me on anything. The guys at the front desk are jovial, polite, helpful (and not condescending). Never had a problem and Id recommend these folks to anybody looking for a reasonable place that treats you fairly.

I always feel they are ready to help and are knowledgeable about my car.

Good customer service, the only service I used was renting a truck. Charged full day rates but was only allowed to rent the truck for 2 hours, some kind of discount would have been nice. U-Haul would have been 75% cheaper.

The BEST vehicle repair shop in Katy!!! On time, reasonable prices, and quotes given prior to the repairs. They fixed an AC problem when no dealer, nor other Katy repair shop could figure it out. The most honest, hardworking guys who treat female customers respectfully too. Since the AC fix, we have gone to Kingsland Auto Check for more than 20 years for all our vehicles. The staff here is very trustworthy and knowledgeable about the vehicles they maintain. Competitive pricing and quality service.A couple of years ago I had a service done to flush my brake fluid. Due to the age of the vehicle, one of the plugs to drain the fluid for one wheel was stuck and they did not want to risk breaking it. So rather than run that risk, they only charged me for 3 of the 4 wheels (75%) even though they probably got 95% of the old fluid out. This is just one example of their honesty and integrity.

This is the best auto mechanic I have been too. They are honest, upfront and their prices are very fair. They will only fix what is broken, and not try to sell you something you do not need. I take all four of my cars to them.

Very Good place to take your vehicle for repairs. I used to be in the vehicle repair business for two national companies and I know the difference between the good and the bad. These people know what they are doing and are very fair and reasonable. Only complaint is they are often too busy to give instant service, but that is the kind of place you want to take your vehicle! You cant have quick, fair, and done right at the same time so I choose fair and done right...two out of three aint bad

I first came here to rent a Budget truck when I was moving after college. The guys were great and super friendly. Rented another truck when I moved to Katy and same great experience. Now that I live out here theyre my go-to for maintenance and repairs. Its not often you find a genuinely great shop like this with great prices to boot.
