Best Honda Service I’ve experienced ever! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The service was super fast, which I did not expect it to be seeing how many people were waiting. But they really get you in and out. Will definitely be back for all of my vehicle needs.

While I had a bad first impression when calling to inquiring about closing hours, Rene Greeted me with the best customer service there is. He inquired about my needs, was not pushy, and explained Vehicle differences and features very well! The finance manager was also great! Although I made this purchase and nearly closing time, both gentlemen were extremely professional, patient, and courtesy throughout the process.

It had been a long time since I took my car to this place but they told me that they had changed managers and the truth is that I am very happy. They delivered the car to me on time an clean. Friendly staff! I was leaving town & I needed a new tire. The guy(wish I wouldve got his name) went over everything I needed to know including the price before the technician changed my tire. He was really helpful. After it took no more than an hour till my car was ready and I was back on the road. A free car wash was also included. Fast and efficient service! Great service. Thank you.
Everyone made sure my first time buying a car was a memorable experience. The staff was so kind and wandered any questions that I had. First car buyer be very aware of this dealership and their scamming techniques to get as much money as they can out of your pocket. There are a lot more nicer and straightforward dealerships out there. This dealership literally charged us 6% interest rate in a car plus 6000$ just to get the loan. What kind of cutthroat is this! After talking to other dealerships, we just realised how much of a scam these ppl are.
I have been a customer at Honda Cars of Katy for years and had been very happy with the service and vehicle purchases. I had purchased a lifetime oil change package and discovered this is no longer valid when I took my car in a couple of months ago for an oil change. I never received as much as a heads up regarding the discontinuation of the program. I have called several times to try and speak with someone with no success. I have left voicemails which no one has returned. Very disappointing to see how little you are valued after the make a sale. All I ask is an explanation as to the discontinuation and the disregard to advise customers this was happening.
Dion was a great salesman! Not only was he helpful and honest, he was pleasant to talk to and I felt like I made a friend. He knew I was worried about my daughters safety so when she came to pick up the car, he spent a good 30 minutes walking her through all the safety features and also taught her how to use the car play.

So today we started the process of getting our son a vehicle because of some lovely residents in Katy that love to steal catalytic coverters not once but twice! You can imagine our sons frustration!This morning we found that Katy Honda had 5 Civics that were all 2020 with less than 6 to 8k miles and can you believe the price on all of them was $18,500? We literally rushed up there ASAP and when we arrived, they were all there and the nicest salesman greeted us.We started the quoting process and he came back with a $25k price. As one might agree, this was no where near what it should be. I pulled up my phone, showed the salesman the 18,500 price and he said no problem, Ill be right back. He returned with a manager where he asked me to double check again. Can anyone guess what happened? The price was raised to $25k as what was on the quote they returned with.I immediately told my son we were leaving and I went to the manager saying that sure was a sneaky way of fixing a price that was a mistake.This is a long review but would highly encourage you to be careful with this dealership.UPDATE: 10.4.2021- I emailed the GM per his request, still no response. Just wanted to let the community know as Ive seen the same response to others as well.
We got a flat tire on the freeway and immediately pulled off. Our good luck a Honda dealership was visible. We pulled off into a business parking lot down from the dealership. I called and the receptionist immediately connected me to the service manager, Mark Nikolaus. Mark was incredibly sympathetic and helpful. He sent us one of his service helpers who changed our tire and led us back to the dealership. Mark then proceeded to get us a new tire. He was impressive! The hospitality and confidence he inspired of getting us back on the road was well above average. Honestly I have never encountered a manager, and I’m 51, who was as helpful as Mark. We rode in from California on the way to the UHouston and he made what could’ve been an enormous time ordeal into 30 minutes. Honda is lucky to have him as an asset! That was a great welcome to Texas, thank you Mark!!
Rafael Sta. Ana is so far the best service advisor I had known. He did excellent job from start to finish and explained well the process including all diagnostics and recommendations. His time table is precise and I got my vehicle back as promised in perfect condition. He gave prompt updates and automatic discounts too.
This dealership is shady and I will never do business with them again. We paid for an extended maintenance package and the credit manager lied about the services covered by the package - the dealership knew about the lies because they had other customers that were told the same thing. Then I went to get my free oil changes included in the package. Well guess what - the company has now been sold to another dealership, and they are no longer honoring the package.....they admit that this is wrong, and they understand that this is shady....but oh well. Dear Honda cars of Katy, I will make sure that anyone who considers buying a car from you, understands that you cannot be trusted!
I bought a honda 1 year ago and i still haven’t been able to get the registration done due to having miles changed this is unbelievable i have gone to them several times and nothing gets done they have a different story every time, i will make sure all my friends and family know that this place is not worth it and they should not go here to purchase a car. i also went to a small court to file a claim because this process has been going on since i bought the car and this can’t continue and them not doing anything how they’ve been doing. I have not been able to register my car and have been having a paper plate since all of this i will not continue waiting since obviously they can not solve this issue.
The service personnel was excellent on every aspect. I enjoyed my time with all the team members. Carl was awesome. My vehicle was in for maintenance on the belt package. The work was performed quickly. I was advised of all done and they reviewed the multi inspection with me. By far the best experience with any service I have had done on any vehicle I have owned. Thank you guys for your friendliness and professionalism.
So I can not select less than one star.... so I gave them one. They tried to add 2500.00 to the price they advertised after they found out I have great credit and cash. I will continue to try and find ethical people to deal with and buy a vehicle.

Becky and the service department took great care of my beloved Civic SI. She coordinated replacement of my rear window tint, and the work was done efficiently and to my high standards. I was notified when it was complete, which was within 6 hours of when I dropped it off. Price was reasonable as well!

This was such an easy experience. CK was very nice to work with. He made the process so smooth, and really listened to me when I said I didn’t like something. I didn’t even mind the higher payment because of the great service. I don’t quite recall the gentleman’s name from the finance office, but he was great as well! I called the service department at 5:35pm due to a dead battery. They said that their regular service department had already closed but their Quick Service was still open & if I could get there before 6pm, they could change it out for me. Well, they ended up staying a little late to help me out because they could tell how frustrated I was since my battery was just replaced by another dealership. Thank you for coming to my rescue Honda Cars of Katy. It was a very pleasant first time experience using your service department!!

The Honda Dealer on Katy freeway has the worst customer service I’ve ever experience in my whole entire life. Couple nights ago I noticed that my brakes were softer than usual so of course I poped open the car and saw that my brake fluids were pitched black which wasn’t unusual since it’s been awhile since I got a brake fluid change. I tried to change it myself but thought it was better for them to do it. So I drove to the Katy freeway Honda dealership and I explained how I needed to change out the brake fluids however the employer completely disregarded my concerns and kept suggesting that my Master Cylinder was broken. At first I was extremely confused because there were no signs of internal leaks nor signs that suggested it was in need of a change. It was completely obvious that I needed a fluid change BECUASE THE FLUID WAS PITCH BLACK. I asked if he can show me what part of the master cylinder suggested that it was broken and what part of his diagnosis suggested it. He proceeded to so disregard my concern and kept saying that he was right because “he is well experienced and that this wasn’t his first time seeing this”. Which was completely absurd. However I said okay as long as it gets fix. However the dealership was out of the master cylinder part and they said they’d give me a update and call around 2 but I never got any phone calls, emails, or any updates. So the next day I came and I was tired of waiting for the delay and lack of communication. I paid the 160$ inspection fee even though they did nothing but try to deceive me so I drove my Honda to a nearby Firestone and I told them the exact same thing. They checked my brake fluid and stated that yeah because it was pitch black I needed a brake fluid change. Instantly as soon as Firestone finished and I did a test-drive and my car brakes were back to normal. I went back to the Katy Honda dealership and asked to speak with the manager on the lack of professionalism they had. I asked why they tried to deceive me when clearly it was a simple brake fluid change. Rather than apologizing the manger replied In a rude tone stating how they were always right because they had the proper experience. I showed them receipts from Firestone that showed That I only needed a brake fluid change. The manager was impatient, snarky, and crossed his arms while talking to me. You’d expect someone who’s in charge of the service to be well mannered, have a pleasant attitude, and also be able to provide knowledgeable resources but no not at Katy Honda. The manager completely disregarded my concerns and made me felt extremely disrespected. After showing the receipts I told them I’d write a report for their horrible Customer service and deceiving lies to trick us into paying 680$ for a simple brake fluid change. The manager replied to me In a disgusted and agitated tone to leave. I asked for his name and phone number and he disregarded me and replied back in a uncivil tone “ I don’t have to tell you”. So I simply replied back stating that it was absurd for him to not give him his contact information and name even though he “serviced” me. I asked for a pen so I could write down his name and phone number and he again replied in a uncivil tone that he would not give me one. If you ever think about going to the Katy Honda on freeway Please be careful of their lack of proper customer service and deceitfulness.
The face to face interaction was great. However when I left I noticed a weird sound coming from the engine compartment almost like an exhaust leak. I pulled over to inspect and found the air cleaner top was not placed back correctly. Attention to detail is not there.

JUST A FYI ANYONE THAT BOUGHT CAR BACK IN 2018 and GOT A OIL CHANGE WARRANTY IS NOT VALID ANYMORE DUE TO COMPANY BEING SOLD TO ANOTHER OWER AT THIS LOCATION. AS A NEW COMPANY AND OLD THEY SHOULD INFORMED all contracts that warranties are not going to be valid. They just ripped off all the customers.
This is the 2nd time the Honda Cars Express Service left grease stains in my car. Today I also found items from my glovebox on the floorboard. Why go into a glovebox for an oil change? I was told today they wont honor my lifetime oil change service. Plus about 4 times, they told me I needed transmission service THEY already performed to the tune of several hundred dollars each time. Previously, they stole my pens from a holder by my stick shift (no mileage noted on oil change papers so I was trying to find a pen to write it down).
Bought my Odyssey here with life time oil change. Same as many others I found out that they will no longer honor the contract and paid $60 for the oil change. It is amazing they are still selling it which the name should be something like maybe-life-time oil change or life-time if you lucky oil change. I will never buy a car nor a service at this place again. Who knows what they will say Nah~ next.

What a joke and waste of time. We go online, choose the vehicle, get pre qualified and made an appointment with Ricardo Hernandez. Get there, Hernandez wasn’t there to help us, nice girl in the front was helpful and said she would take care of us. Online stated 21 cars available, none at the dealer. Only one which was more money. Go for the test drive, come back, another sale person asked for the key and sold it right in front of our faces. Still, she goes and get us numbers which were horrible since they offered less for trade in than what we owed. The whole show was for us to say no and leave. I ask, the car is sold right?? Yes, unfortunately we did. 🤦♀️ Please don’t make working people waste their time.
My wife bought this car in 08 from Honda Cars of Katy and was given oil changes for life. This slimey company no longer honors it. The lady at the counter informed me that they changed ownership and the service department is owned by someone else. I understand how this works legally and I dont believe them for a minute. This company, which has no integrity, went bankrupt to avoid honoring the service and now operates under a new owner. I find it funny they kept the name Honda Cars of Katy, which is also on the card they gave us.
I have been a customer since 2018 and I must say that Management as well as staff, always very helpful and provide awesome service. Resolved issue related to tire and TPMS within given time frame. Battery Replacement and Multi point inspection - Service Advisor (Raffy Sta Ana) went above and beyond digging up history when I first bought the Pilot battery in 2017 up to warranty replacement on 2018 and 2019. His team also did a great job of determining needed for the next service.
It’s nice to find an honest dealer! My air conditioner had stopped working on my Civic, and I was told it might be covered by the warranty. As the problem was the compressor, the cost was completely covered, and no one tried to sell me anything else! They even washed my car before I left!
HondaCarsOfKaty did an excellent job detailing my car! It looks as good as it did the day it came off the showroom floor. They did it in a timely manner, were very professional and nice also! I’m just mad at myself because I forgot to put the mats back in my car for them to clean them!
Everyone was very helpful. We got way less than expected for our trade in but, hey its a dealer. Thats what they do best, right?
Salesman Jean provided a terrible sales experience, rushing me into purchasing a vehicle the same day without even letting me see inside the car! This dealer adds dealer markup of $5k over msrp with the additional of $2k in dealer added options and useless B/S. Even with current supply constraints doesn’t give Jean the power to exploit buyers. I say Jean because 3 times I’ve worked with him 3 times I’ve walked out. Purchased previous vehicle from this dealer with Jean saying our negotiated price was impossible. Worked with another salesman and got the price we wanted. We were chased out of the dealership because we didn’t want to pay the extra 2k in dealer add-ons which include nitrogen filled tires, Kahu, paint protection, and plastic moldings. Theres a Honda dealership further down I-10 and even a Toyota dealership next door. Please Stay away from Honda Cars Of Katy.
This place will slowly loose customers service, trust and patience.New “ownership” will not honor your lifetime oil changes if bought there under “john Eagle ownership” they say it’s the new group that will not let them do anything about that but it’s actually the dealership itself, they don’t want to take the hit on these free oil changes, this change of ownership should have nothing to do with customer. Call Ethos group to see what can be done and report through SNI group and finance manager that each dealership has.These free oil changes are now an expense that will have to be done on behalf of the customer and need to be refunded, and if dealership is keeping same name this should legally continue to honored.Also I just recommend taking your service elsewhere these people are sneaky and will lie about anything to get you to sign.
Recently bought a 2017 Ford edge from this dealership. I have not had this car even 30 days, and I have already had to put it in the shop twice. I paid a $2000 reconditioning fee that the salesman said everyone is responsible for because they recondition used cars to fix any repairs it may need. I didn’t even have the car for 30 days and the check engine light came on because there was no updates ran on the computer in the car which the dealership should’ve done. There were three recalls on my car that had not been took care of which the dealership should’ve been responsible for. I don’t understand how somebody is going to make you pay $2000 for a reconditioning fee and do absolutely nothing to recondition the car. When I called the dealership they basically told me I was out of luck. Warranty does not cover computer system updates in the car it only covers replacement parts.Since the car did not need a replacement part I was responsible for $300 out of pocket to get the updates on the car.The customer service is horrible I do not recommend buying any vehicle from this dealership. Do not allow them to charge you a $2000 reconditioning fee because they do not recondition their cars. This is a horrible dealership with horrible customer service. My car is currently back in the shop due to it misfiring because the spark plugs and coil pack needs to be replaced which the dealership should have noticed as well considering I paid a $2000 reconditioning fee. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to and I will never go back. I will not recommend this place to anyone they are crooks.
The buying experience was seamless, Rene was my sales guy he handled me professionally. The only thing I would like to see done differently, would be top off the car with fuel. This was the first time I purchased a car from a dealer and left on less than a 1/2 tank of fuel.
The service was great! The advisor was attentive and explained everything. The service to my CRV was done in a timely manner. However, I will not use Honda Cars of Katy again for any service nor will I buy another vehicle from them because the new owners decided not to honor the lifetime oil charges I was given and probably paid for when I purchased my 2016 vehicle.
I made an appointment at 8:00 am. There is only one customer in front of me and two service men were there. The first one was talking to the customer in front of me, but the second person came out 5 minutes later. He checked my information and his computer but he didnt get all the information. I dont know the Honda system, like I have Honda care, so I was little disappointed. I waited in the waiting room for about 1 hour. The room was little too cold. When my car is done, the reception lady called my last name but I didnt hear well. I think she should have called me. I dont say it was a bad experience, however, I cant say it was a great experience either.
Daniel Avila provided the best customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. He went above and beyond to make sure to fix the issue I had with my 2018 Honda Civic. He was patient and understanding about my situation and didnt leave until everything was taken care of (I was there from 8am-6pm). The issue was finally resolved after many hours and he was there every step of the way providing me with updates and made sure I was satisfied and things were done correctly. Great service advisor and you guys should be fortunate to have him on your team!

Honda of Katy doesn’t even deserve the 1 star, which is the minimum.Purchased my Odyssey from Honda of Katy which included the “free” lifetime oil change package and could not be excluded from the purchase of our van. Found out today that they will not honor the contract that was signed due to a change in ownership. Essentially, we now have to pay for oil changes that we had already paid for in advance. Honda of Katy failed to give notification and is further failing to honor a signed contract.Shady business practices at Honda of Katy. They cannot be trusted to even honor a signed contract.
When I bought my car at Honda Cars of Katy, I also paid for oil changes for as long as I owned the car. Today, I went to get my oil changed and they told me it would cost $55. I said I already paid for oil changes as long as I own the car. They said we no longer honor that contract. When I went inside to complain, a man tried to sell me a new oil change package for $1000. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Also, a couple of years ago I had taken my wifes car in for service. They told me it needed something done, and it would cost $1200. The car seemed fine, so I took it to another place (a place that I trust) and had them look at it. They told me there was nothing wrong with it. HONDA CARS OF KATY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
Honda Cars of Katy is really a great place to not only buy a car, but to have it serviced, too. I had a recall I needed to take care of—- long story short—-they got me in the day after I called and also washed my car!! Becky is fabulous!!!

I always wondered why people take their cars to dealerships, until I started taking my car to Honda of Katy. I have always had my needs meet with professionalism and cheerful attitudes. I took my 2018 Honda accord to have tires and breaks done, they came back and said there was no need to replace them. Thats the first time Ive ever heard that from a car repair shop. I will continue to have all my work done for my vehicle at Honda of Katy.
They were very fast performing the service on my vehicle. The gentleman that was helping me came in twice to keep me updated and estimated time for completion. I was very happy with the whole experience.
I do not recommend buying a car from here at all. The service is horrible. My experience from the beginning has been the worst for being a first time buyer. I originally bought my car in May. It is now September, & I had to sign another contract because It took them 2 months to figure out why capital one declined my original contract. Which it was on them since They forgot to ask me for bank statements from the very beginning. They said my file fell in the cracks and they were sorry. So I ended up getting denied and had to be picked up by another bank who gave me a higher interest because up there mess up and then they had to run my credit 2 more times.Now 4 months in my starter no longer works and I have to come up here a 3rd time to receive paper plates again because my plates are still not in. I have called and called and no one will answer me when I ask them send my service contract. Just don’t waste your time here. I should of just went to CARVANA

Ive needed repairs in the past for my vehicle and sometimes I have to come back but I make sure to come back with her. Awesome job !

In 2019 when I purchased my car at Honda Cars of Katy, part of the purchase price included their “Free Oil Change” for up to 60000 miles. Even though I didn’t want the “Free Oil Change” package I was told that removing it from the purchase was not an option. After less than 2 years and 24000 miles on the vehicle, I was informed the Free Oil Change program is no longer honored by the dealerships and I have to pay for oil changes that I have already payed for in advance….. Besides that, their service pricing is 40-50% higher than other dealerships in Houston area. I am very disappointed in the management of this Honda dealership and I will never use this dealership again.I do NOT recommend this place.Before coming to this location, check with other dealers across town.

I’ve been a faithful customer for more than 14 years of this dealership, always with an excellent opinion of it… until today… Now there’s a new owner that decided not to care about his customers and their value to the company. With my last car I BOUGHT lifetime oil changes, it was not a gift or for free. And today they decided that they are not honoring that anymore… It’s not their fault, it’s the other company, it’s their fault, and the only ones loosing here are US, the faithful customers… SAD, TOO SAD… I’ve heard of so many people on Nextdoor App that are going through the same situation and other terrible customer service experiences after the new owners came… Honda cars of Katy is loosing clients like crazy and they are going to end up closing down if they don’t change the way the are treating their customers. I’m definitely not going back ever again. I prefer to pay somebody else.
Honda Cars of Katy is a great place to get any work you need done on your vehicle. Troy Brymer was specifically helpful, and made sure I understood everything that needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and didn’t pressure me into doing anything that I didn’t feel like the truck needed. If you go in make sure you ask for Troy, in my experience he has always been courteous and helpful.
I am extremely happy with the level of service Bryan(Salesman) provided me. Out of the many dealerships I visited, he was the one that stood out the most. He was transparent with pricing, had a great level of information on the car I purchased, and an overall friendly gentleman. Honda Cars of Katy has earned themselves a repeat customer. Went in for a check engine light on my 2017 Honda Pilot with 43,000 mi. Becky greeted me at the counter and was extremely friendly and helpful. I feared the worst when I dropped off the car, but a few hours later Becky called and made my day. Fuel injectors were being replaced free of charge. I didn’t think the car was still under warranty, but apparently it had been extended for this particular issue. Obviously I was thrilled! Others may not be as lucky with the warranty, but in terms of customer service, it was top notch!
Yesterday was my first experience with Honda service ever and I was pleasantly surprised! I used to have a Mercedes and every time there were a service even for an oil change I had to leave my car at least for a couple of days in their service. Guys from Honda service got everything done in 30 minutes!
Purchased 3 cars from this dealership and was loyal to them. I was sold 5 -years of free oil changes as part of my deal and the dealership will not honor it anymore. They claim theres a new owner and are screwing over many customers who have paid for this service as part of their deal. What a bad business decision. They have lost my business and I will spread the word.
Bought my car here with lifetime oil changes and have spent thousands on services.They no longer honor the lifetime oil change package they sold me, and tried to sell me $600 of services for B 1 maintenance minder which is a simple oil & filter change, tire rotation, and inspection.Sad to see this place go from honest to shady.
The only disappointment was my car was ready and sitting outside and they didn’t call my name to pick up for 30 minutes. I thought my carWas a drop off for a while but no mine was ready and waiting. I suppose they call people for check out as who queued in first. But all in all I was thrilled that I am considered a loyal customer and my oil changes are still free for life of the car. That was the deal made at purchase. I’ve been a customer of Honda Katy for over 10-15 years. I plan on staying with Honda cars for any vehicle I purchase in the future. Thanks Honda I love their vehicles and service.
I bought a car here a year ago worst place ever to purchase a car I certainly do not recommend, what happen was that the miles were changed and I haven’t been able to register my car ever since. Every time I went I spoke with Jose v. Castro who is a sales manager and he would always tell me a different story every time I went and would never solve the issue. I have been having paper plates and finally I got stopped and got a warning that I couldn’t have more than 1 paper plates. The last time I went he also lied saying that they were suing Florida for this problem with the miles. The car came from Florida and this why their suing them. He is not only a liar but just said something to get us more calm and not deal with us and our problem which is very serious. I recommend you save your money and time and go somewhere else as I told my family and friends that have wanted to visit this dealer.

Honda Cars of Katy is hell on earth. Since the moment I purchased my car from them two years ago, I have never left without the world’s worst customer service. They cannot communicate within departments to save their life or even keep up with warranties they themselves give. If the world was going to end and all we needed to save planet earth was for Honda Cars of Katy to operate in a timely, professional, considerate manner I’d kiss my loved ones goodbye. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Buy a lemon from the local junkyard before going here.
Finance department lied and the dealership won’t honor what they sold…. the vehicle came with a 60k mile / 5 year free oil changes. 2 years into the 5 year/60k timeframe they stopped honoring that program. Said the dealer was bought out and they can’t honor what they sold. That was a great selling point that led us to buy from your dealership vs other dealers when prices were similar other places. I will never buy another vehicle from your dealership again regardless of how close it is to our home.Edit—— I’ll update it this. Now that we are paying for a service that was sold originally as free it seems the service does even less for you when you pay for it. Wife said the car was acting funny, that it was really loud when accelerating. Checked it and not only was the air filter not seated correctly the intake box wasn’t latched or even attempted to be re assembled correctly.
The reason why I gave 2 stars is the lack of communication from the Katy Service center. Not one time did they contact me! I had to call them and when I left message only one time did they actually call me back. They had my car for over a month. The work looks fine, thou it would have been nice for them to clean my car given there was body work involved. It’s those little things that makes for good customer service. There are plenty of Honda dealers in my area!
I went in today 7/10/2021 to get an oil change, using the package I purchased when I bought my car - 5 years of 60,000 miles free oil changes. I purchased a Honda Civic 2019 on 12/24/2018 and it only has 19,326 miles.I was told the company got bought out and that I could get a discount for the oil change but that my package was no longer being honored. Instead of paying $84, I would pay $54 for an oil change. I refused the service.I received no notice of this change and I should not be penalized for something that was out of my control. I would like a refund of the oil package I bought due to breach of contract or for you to finish honoring the rest of my contract.BBB Complaint # case number is 15642042.Update on 7/19/2021: Things have been resolved and I went in yesterday for a free oil change. I could never expect a worse customer service like this dealer. Bought a Honda Odessay two month ago, the salesman Ben promised to give two keys before we negotiated the price. But this never came true after two month‘s wait and just be asked to wait every time my husband called him. We are still waiting for our permanent plate. The dealer plate expired after two month. So we had to visit the shop again to get another paper plate. When asked how long it would be waited for the permanent plate, the answer was about four month. I don’t believe a normal dealer would ask you to wait four month for a permanent plate! So please, please skip this store If you don’t want to run out of your patience and waste your effort.
Honda got my oil changed in less than an hour this morning. I love their quick turnaround service. They have a lot of garages and can work on multiple cars at one time.
Took my Honda Odyssey thinking it was time for an update as the car was losing power and was jerking when shifting gears. The service rep educated me the mileage and time it usually needs for the car to get a tune up, he advised me to have a multipoint check up and he would call me with the results. Conclusion, the car only needed a transmission fluid flush, didnt try to sell me anything extra or made up extra services. Very honest and great service.
The agreement I had with Honda cars of katy was that they would offer FREE oil changes till my warranty was completed. Apparently they sold the dealership and are no longer honoring the original agreement. They didn’t notify me of their new policies. Nor anyone else that was there. Quite a few upset people. Even offering a coupon would have been a nice gesture. In addition to that when I we. This is not how business is ran and manager Shawna was rude.Always behind even if you have an appointment no point of making one. This dealership never stops surprising me with their incompetent behavior. I was planning to purchase another vehicle at this location but with how this dealership is being handle it certainly would not be at this place.
The service Assistants are SIMPLY AMAZING. Bought my first CRV-Hybrid late December 2020. I have made 3-4 trips to the dealership just to get assistant with synching my Google Android cell phone with my vehicle. Two people in General sales had no clue. Had my vehicle serviced last Friday Oct 8. The associates were attentive, patient, skilled and knowledgeable on the tedious process. It took 10 months for me to have access to this AWESOME SAFETY feature. I cant thank them enough. So next month Im treating them to QUEENCREOLE Smokey Gumbo. Im very pleased!
My experience was very smooth. My only hesitation of going back to this location are your prices. They are higher than the Spring Branch location and that alone might be worth the drive to Spring Branch

I can honestly say that my recent experience with service was a good one. Freddie did a great job ensuring that everything that I needed would be completed and completed in a timely manner. He was very courteous and well spoken. He answered any questions I had and was very professional. I also found it super convenient being able to pay for services rendered at the advisors desk. The only reason theres not 5 stars is because I had to fix my glove box after opening it. It wouldnt close properly. I assume this happened when the cabin air filter was replaced. Overall it was a much better experience than the last.
The people in charge are rude. All what they care about is charging you, they give you some wired words and definition just to confuse you.I have Warranty, and they keep telling me it’s expired every time i go there, and i have to spend 20 minutes calling and explaining and than they find my file.( you want to charge me!! Thats fine!! at least don’t Lie to me that you give me the discount when they did not. )Service was fine. Everything is fine.People in charge are horrible

Worst customer Service and bad communication overall. I called before getting to the dealership expresslane to make sure they had the battery my carneeded and I was told to head to the express lane that they do have the part in stock. Once I got there I was told the battery is currently in back order and not in stock. They offered to call the closes dealer which is Easy Honda on I-10 n beltway 8. I told them to please call to make sure they did had the battery in stock. I was asure by a gentleman that according to him was the manager they had it in stock to go ahead n drive there that they close at 7. This was at 6:10pm, I head over to Easy Honda just to find out they close at 6pm. I m not sure who they spoke to at Easy Honda or they just lied straight out to send me away. Waisted my time driving around n still dont have a good battery. I went thru all this trouble for the main reason that my car is still covered under the warranty.
Bought my brand new Honda Accord back in January, and Simon was very professional, patient and helpful with the car buying experience. I absolutely love my new car!!!! Brought my car in for the first time to have it serviced and that fact that he still remembers me and still went out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and knew about all the features really says a lot about him and his customer service.
Honda sold us a car that included maintenance (oil changes…etc). The car was serviced once and then they asked for 300 usd for service. My wife told them it should be included, they said it’s not. I went to talk to them and they stated that the company that does the service went bankrupt, so they can’t honor the service agreement. Honda needs to honor their agreement and provide the service when it’s included on the price of the sale even if it means contracting a different vendor to do the service. They need to stand by their contracts!
Just left after getting my oil changed. All the employees are great. Always helpful and kind. Im mad at the owners. I bought the car, and in our contract, i am supposed to get 5 yrs of free oil changes or 60,000 miles; whichever comes first. Im told today that the new owners cancelled that. So does that void our contract? Im so mad. I hope others follow suit and keep giving the owners bad reviews, not the employees. Greedy owners. So i wont be paying for my car since we can just change things up however we see fit.
Service was ok which is why i gave it 2 stars as opposed to 1. I purchased my car at Honda cars of Katy and included free oil changes . Today I came for only my 3rd oil change and was told they could no longer honor my free oil changes, as the dealer was purchased by a new owner. My purchase experience was great and was honestly thinking of trading in my car sometime in the next year or so. But after this experience i will more than likely go shop at another Honda dealer.
I was very pleased with the Service Advisors assistance in helping diagnose the brake problem for my 2013 CRV. Ms Becky Smith kept me advised of progress, timing and helped application of a coupon that had been mailed to me for the final billing. I do appreciate the professional treatment she provided. Thank you and well done Becky!
