Sam and the crew at Euro Logik are fabulous, and I feel lucky to have found them. I searched for independent Volvo mechanics after being quoted more than half my little C30s value by the dealer to repair the AC. For third of the dealers ask, Euro Logik gave me an understandable diagnosis, and did excellent work tracking down the actual problem and taking the repair by logical steps. And, my dear little car came back shiny inside and out, looking better than the day I purchased it. Its clear Euro Logik cares about its customers and their cars.

The Best European auto shop. Ive taken my Volkswagen to the dealer and other European auto shops but non have paid attention to the car like they have here. The staff is great and theres a cohesion to the team here. The techs will explain everything that needs to be done, give you different options, as well as give you an insight on how different components will affect the vehicle. There is a wealth of knowledge at this establishment and i would highly advise to skip the dealership and get any work done here instead.

Had the most pleasant experience bringing my 95 BMW M3 to this shop. Sam worked with me in identifying the leak my car was having. They quoted me about 40 percent less then the dealer. They had my car back to me in a little under 48 hours. Im definitely going to be a return customer.

Great guys. I stopped by with a question and they spent an hour with me and my car helping me diagnose a minor issue in their spare time. Just wanted an educated conversation and that’s exactly what I got. Nobody else would even talk to me without dropping the car off for a few days. I understood they had other things to work on but I appreciated the opportunity to talk with them about my concern. I will definitely take my BMW and my Mercedes here when I have a bigger problem.

Awesome place, very knowledgeable, fixed a lot of extra things at no charge. They will do whatever they can to get your car back to 100%. I will be returning here in the future for any needs for my BMW, and highly recommend anyone else do the same.

Dont recommend. They will rip you off even car not fixed charge you for it. Charged 1100$ for replacing one part that apparently was not the only issue. Plus charge you for diagnostic even if you agree to fix the car.On top they will charge some magical tool fees. After wanted to charge 3500$ additionally to maybe get it fixed.All this on a 2005 car that is worth 4000$ ripoff. Main argument of such overprice from the staff -“it’s a Mercedes”Take your business elsewhere!!!

I had the engine mounts replaced on my 5 Series BMW and was extremely pleased with the service, friendliness, and professionalism. I felt very confident with the mechanic and the service advisor. They have a lifetime customer as long as I have a BMW.

I came in with a charging issue on my 2004 E55 AMG. They quoted me for an alternator replacement and I went ahead with the service. When I walk in to pay, they tell me that the bill is HALF because the alternator is fine, and something else was the issue so I didnt need to buy a new alternator. They really care for the customer and took time out of their busy days to really talk to me 1 on 1 about my car and other issues that was wrong with it that should be taken care of. They were a joy to work with, professional, and dont try to waste your time with stuff you dont need. Ill trust them with my car anytime in the future. I was recommended highly by coworker, sure thing they tick all the boxes, when it comes to true professionalism.I had all sort of quotes on AC of my car, and was looking to spend big bucks, and shared this with my friend who recommended Euro Logik, I have them a shot and they came through. The AC is running like new for over three weeks now. Will definitely going back to them for all car service.The management checked up on you and keep you posted, which is hard to find these days.Good job Euro Logik and keep up the good work.

Had a low coolant warning on my car and bought it in. The quick fix by Euro Logik helped potentially save a $3k mess. They also found an oil leak and took care of it without any extra charge. Would highly recommend this place. Seasoned group of professionals.

Would give a 0/5 if possible. I purchased a 2010 Audi a4 with the personal assurance that there were no oil leaks, and that all the engine problems were solved. However, I think I havent driven the car for a whole week without issues. Since my purchase the car has been leaking oil. There is a piston ring issue and a turbo issue, as well as transmission issues. Do not buy from this dealership.

Super clean facility, and a very educated staff! Took my BMW 335i in for some basic maintenance, and the car was given a very thorough check up to make sure there were no other issues that were unknown to me. Troy is super knowledgeable, honest, and doesnt cut any corners. These guys actually care about you, which is hard to say for alot of shops. They have earned a customer for life.

Its the car shop for enthusiasts! What I love about this place is the passion the owners have for working on cars, especially european cars. This is to the extent where you can carry on a conversation about many different models, including historical models, and come out knowing a little more each time. The work they do is clean, neat and to the point. What a great experience I had at Euro Logik. Service was extraordinary and the management was very welcoming. I took my car for service in the morning and the work was completed under the estimated time frame. I received the text to come and pick up the car. Facility is outclass you will get to see some exclusive driving machines staged in the showroom. My favorite is NSX is there as well.If you want to get your car serviced and looking for a great place with reliable and accurate pricing than this is a place to go.I highly recommend it.

In the entire houston Metro area, there are a grand total of 2 places where I trust the mechanics with my vehicles (and trusting with my vehicles is a real big deal for me) apart from a Sewell dealership, this is the only place I trust. Sam is very helpful in guiding clients with what needs to be done, what else can be done and what doesnt need to be done. Troy and Leo provide some of the cleanest and highest quality work I have ever seen (and I have used many mechanics in the past).This is not the cheapest mechanic shop out there but it is by far one of the highest quality places I have used. First of all let me say that Im on foreign cars pretty much for the last 5 + years. To that point I felt compelled to write this review. Ive been to quite a few foreign mechanics and Ive always gotten the run around and it just leaves a terrible taste in your mouth. Had the opportunity to speak with Ray and Eurol Logik, he is a man of integrity it could have charged me a lot of money for a simple fix he did what he said he would do in a matter of minutes and Im very appreciative of them if you have a foreign car especially an Audi these are the guys who take it to because of somethings wrong these guys are going to get it fixed and its going to be fixed with right thanks again Ray

Dropped my car off at this place this morning for an A/C control panel issue needless to say i was impressed with the cars they already had in there and they showed me some of the work they had been doing on some project cars and as a car guy I loved it. I’ve taken my car to another place before and they quoted me some ridiculous price to fix this issue. Needless to say I did not get my car repaired their. I met Troy this morning and he and Noman told me they would take a look at it, I was expecting to drop a lot of money but when they called and told me what the real issue was it came in a lot cheaper than what I expected. I highly recommend this place customer service is great and you can tell they know what they are doing based on the cars they have in their shop.

Amazing service and high quality work, best diagnosis I’ve ever seen and an intelligent welcoming staff

Last night, in the middle of a road trip across Texas, our car overheated in the middle of the freeway in Katy. We ended up puttering along to a local shop, but they seemed rather unconcerned with our family being stranded and said they had no one around to look at it. I ended up calling my insurance company for a tow, and they arranged to tow the car to Eurologik.Even though we got there after closing, we were lucky enough to catch them there continuing to work and close up the shop, and they were nothing but gracious and kind. They made sure I had a way back to my hotel, and assured me they would check out the car as soon as they could in the morning so we could get back on the road. We ended up needing to replace the cooling fan and radiator hoses, and the entire process was relatively pain-free.They sent me a text message with a PDF of the estimate and asked for approval before doing any of the work. I also really appreciate that their business is very straight-forward. Their website has a tool that will estimate your repairs, which shows me they believe in transparency in their business. I felt confident that they would not prey on a woman or try to upsell me unnecessary repairs.They understood our predicament of being stranded in town, so they worked hard to get us back on the road. Admittedly, I called several times throughout the day for updates, which I understand can be a bit annoying, but they never once made me feel like I was bothering them. Every time I spoke to Ray, he made me feel like a valued customer, even knowing we dont live here and we would probably not be repeat customers. He managed expectations without making promises that they could not keep, instead of just telling me what I might like to hear in order to get me off the phone.In the end, they were able to take care of everything in one day, and our family can get back home tomorrow morning after getting some rest. At my request, they also got my oil changed and checked over the car since I had just bought it a week ago, and assured me that the rest of the vehicle is great, which gives me peace of mind.Aside from our repair experience, the shop is air conditioned and comfortable, and spotless which is surprising for a shop. They all seem to take pride in their work, enjoying what they do and wanting the appearance of the shop to reflect that. Friendly, trustworthy, with reasonable repair costs and timely service. If we HAD to break down, I am so pleased that it was in the neighborhood of this shop in Katy, Texas.

This is a new business but very close to me so I gave them a call about my 2010 BMW M6. It has been making a rattling sound from the engine for a few weeks and based on prior experience with another BMW and some online research, I was convinced that it would most likely require VANOS repair, something that can cost thousands. Nonetheless, it needed to be done so I made an appointment and took it in yesterday.First, let me say the shop is amazing and the guys are great. You can tell they know BMWs and Mercedes just by the cars there for service.Troy looked over the car and almost instantly told me that its definitely not a VANOS issue and that it is most likely a tensioner. So I was already down from a few thousand dollars to a few hundred. Cool feeling. I approved the work order and they ordered the OEM part from BMW which would arrive the next day. I took an Uber home.This morning, I get a text from Troy with the picture attached. Turns out that it was not my tensioner at all! I had the water pump replaced at another shop a few months ago and it looks like they forgot to tighten the bolts. This one was completely loose and about to pop out and cause a lot more damage. The rest were just hand tightened it seems like.I was blown away by the honesty. They could have easily still replaced the tensioner and I wouldnt have known. But they did the right thing and tightened up the bolts and cancelled the part order. My bill was for a couple of hours labor for diagnosing and that was it.Shops like this are super rare in my experience so I am gladly writing this review.

If you have got a problem these guys will fix it no this and that just simple honest work.
