Everyone at Westside Kia was very informative and professional. Rye Jolla was my salesperson, Willie assisted with the sale. They were not pushy salesman, instead their approach was showing the practicality of my situation. I was thankful I was able to drive off the lot with a new car. Though everyones circumstances are different, I was happy that Westside Kia was able to accommodate my buying needs. Rye was in constant communication.
Had a great experience. Explained to sales person Rick that I lived over an hr away and seen they had a car I wanted vs a dealership that was near by but car wouldn’t arrive till end of Nov. he was upfront telling me price with extra fees & what not vs other dealership that didn’t. When I arrived Victor attended me, very very nice guy, I was interested in knowing more about bigger cars in my budget but they weren’t.. while he was finding this info out for me another guy (which looked like he was in the mechanic side cause of the clothes he was wearing) asked for the keys of the car I drove over an hr for, me not knowing he was a sales man gave him keys and he was ready to sale car to another person, thank God I said something & Victor stood up for me and got my keys back or else I would of been REALLY mad I drove that far to have someone take the car I wanted off my hands literally. He explained everything good to me, I’ve been car shopping for about a month now and he was the only person I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car from. Helped me lower my payments and give personal honest opinions on what to do. Def recommend this place. Great people, great service (other then that guy that didn’t explain why he wanted the keys for). I’m glad I made the drive 😊

Late April (23) 2021 I spent “5 1/2” hours waiting to have “4” new tires installed w/ alignment and a new wiper set.I work night shift as a teacher as well as day shifts. I overslept. I called in to ask if I could still come in, or reschedule. They said “come on in” at 4 hours in, I asked how much longer. They said I was late therefore I had to wait until they had time! 5 1/2 hours later I had to tell them that I needed to go to work. They brought out my car. I left in a hurry to get to workWhen I saw my tires, I see “4” tires that look like they were pulled from an abandoned wear house and had a red dot on each. I did not order, discuss, or hear about “old discount tires!”When I called to discuss, finally, I was told, but you only paid $1 for one tire and only had to pay for “three” !!!I DID NOT ORDER A “deal” especially one like this!I have to worry now that I’m going to have a blow out! These tires do NOT look healthy!I only have an old 2015 KIA Optima Hybrid…I guess I’m not important enough to get SAFE tires! Or maybe it is my AGE? I am going to be 71 in a week! Perhaps they felt I’ve lived too long!I teach computer Science and would NEVER treat my students this way or give them a brand new laptop that will crash in a short time because it has been stored in a hot car!Your service SUCKS!

I had a great experience at this location from the moment I walked through the door and met Rick Hall. He was friendly and helpful and not pushy just to get the sale. Let me test drive a few made suggestion on another vehicle but let me decide with out just pushing something on me. It was about me and I liked that. Had a great experience purchasing a car for my son at Westside Kia. Blake was great - not the pushy salesperson you normally expect. He was upfront about what they had, answered my questions, didnt push things I didnt want or need. He followed up two weeks after my initial call once they got a new shipment with the car I was looking for. It was exactly what I wanted. I went to look at it and closed on it the same day.

We were looking for a specific K5, Wolf Grey w/red seats, along with a certain level of features. This car is in high demand and none were available. But every time a K5 came in on a truck they contacted us immediately. Then the car we wanted came in, they called, we went to see it, and in a matter of hours we took it home. The only delay was that since it was straight off the truck it had not been fully inspected and detailed so we had to wait for that to finish.
I have never experienced such a positive environment like Southside Kia! Our salesman was Antonio and he was amazing! He made the entire process fast, and professional! There was no back and forth, and the process was fast and straight forward. If you are looking for a car I would definitely recommend this dealership! Excellent service, good attention, very quick even when I didn’t have appointment because was my first time.
Terrible customer service. I spent thousands here on repairs. While they did the job, the service advisor was so rude and demeaning. This last time I had no gas in my car and went to fill up and realized my gas cap button would not operate. I happened to be nearby the dealership so I went in and asked for help. The advisor was so rude and short and basically said no they can’t help at all. I was super nice and said I realized I didn’t have an appointment, but I’m far from home and just need a quick fix or advice so I can add gas. He said he didn’t have time for that. If I wanted help he “might” be able to get to me at some point. He was very rude in his tone and acted like I was bothering him. I left and went to a nearby auto repair shop who told me about an emergency release button to open the cap. Why on earth wouldn’t the KIA advisor at the very least tell me to try that? Terrible customer service. I will drive farther to the Kia in Houston.
I came in to look at cars and was really not looking to make a purchase. I stopped by and spoke with Victor, a sales associate, who mentioned the K5. There was know pressure. I left to look at cars at other dealerships but I kept going back to the K5. I came back and spoke with Victor, test drove the car and fell in love. Victor was very friendly and not pressuring me. I was now interested in buying the and with my trade we made it happen. It just so happened that my wifes birthday was the day after so this car would be for her. Victor offered to drive to our house to deliver the car with a bright red bow. Needless to day my wife was more than happy. The whole crew especially Victor were awesome! Rye is an excellent salesman. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and understanding (so is his manager Willie!). After shopping many other dealerships we returned to Rye and Westside Kia because their honest and straightforward price, service, and financing that beat all the others with their misleading advertisements and online low prices and giveaways. There is no need to go anywhere else!
A few month’s ago I was looking to buy a new telluride went to this dealership after finding an add online for a certain price once we arrived at the location they did a bate and switch and marked it up 10 thousands dollars more than what the add said online! After showing the car salesman the add he said that’s not our add that’s not our dealership when the add specifically said Westside Kia, we were in shock how much the price changed. Honestly the car salesman didn’t seem very experienced and didn’t seem to make an effort in trying to get us into a car we really wanted. Don’t waste your time take your business elsewhere that is willing to honor the price and no take advantage of people.
They treated me like a valued customer. Antonio Page is the best to work with. He is very friendly and treats you very well. The only issue is they need more than one finance person to make things go faster.
One of the better sales experiences Ive had at a dealership. Easy to work with, willing to work to find a deal, and very personable. We were just shopping around Houston while on vacation and they worked out a deal that was better than anything we could find in Virginia, including shipping. We worked with Isaac Salazar, and I recommend taking to him if youre looking for a new (or pre-owned!) KIA.

We had a fantastic experience at Westside from start to finish. Rick Hall, the sales director, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. We submitted an online inquiry on a Sunday and Rick responded by text within 20 minutes. We test drove the Telluride the next day and closing the sale took less than an hour. About as easy a car deal as I’ve ever had at any dealership.

I rated this a location a one star ( if possible I would have rated it negative stars). I was in the market for a Kia telluride. I spoke with a very polite salesperson, who was doing their job. I was planning on test driving and possibly purchasing, however the manager decided to introduce himself to where he began interrogating me and urging me to disclose personal information in a very condescending manner. He made comments that insinuated that I would not be able to afford such a vehicle, nor would he allow me to test drive one. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and I believed it was most suitable to purchase a vehicle at another Kia dealership.
Great experience overall. The whole process went very smoothly and there was complete transparency from the time I started the deal online to leaving the dealership. The sales associate, manager and finance manager were all very welcoming and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. Would definitely recommend!
Wonderful experience buying a car here. I spent a lot of time going to car dealerships before purchasing my K5 and simply said Westside Kia cannot be beat. From customer service to their attention to detail just exceptional. I didn’t feel an ounce of pressure to buy a car but I did end up buying one that day. Definitely will be going back for my next car !!
Did a great job on warranty work. Replaced the dash on my sons 2016 optima. Unfortunately they did not reconnect cables back into the aftermarket stereo head unit. They are telling me that I should have told them that the car has a aftermarket unit. They are stating that they will not reconnect any aftermarket head units. I stated that all they needed to do was take a picture before disconnecting the wires. Oh well, now it is my fault for not telling them before the service that the head unit was an aftermarket unit.

Was a pretty good experience. Just a couple hick-ups. Car was on lot for about three weeks and still the Bluetooth was froze up and there were a lot of scratches that should have been addressed. So I had to spend a whole day after the sale to address these issues.Otherwise Customer service was great and all in all a pretty good experience

STAY OUT OF THIS PLACEBought my car less than two years ago. Only came here because it was the only dealership who had the exact same car I wanted.Met a sales person who had no idea about the vehicle let alone rates and financing details. He was talking to his manager back and forth, I ended up dealing with his manager. This guy, the manager, middle eastern full bearded looking guy (cant remember his name but I want you to be careful with him), came up super friendly and promissed he would get me a 3% interest rate at my credit score if I bought the car then and there, went to sign the papers and saw I was going to sign a contract with 8% interest rate! insane! I needed the car so I ended up buying it.Built up my credit score so went back to re-finance for a lower IR. Same situation. Sales person had no idea how re financing works, went to his manager and yeah, same guy comes to me and says he will take care of me and sure he was going to take care of me... He basically told me they dont re-finance but I could trade-in my car for a newer one of same price as mine but, sure as hell he was going to rip me off, by basically tricking me into buying the car as if I was buying a new one without trading in even though I had paid about 40% off the value at that point. HE IS A PREDATOR.
This place is top notch. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I initiated my request for a new car online on a Saturday morning and had an appointment to test drive by 10AM that same day. The 2022 Sportage is exactly what I was looking for. Eric, Rick, Gabriel and Dylan were great to work with.

The only staff member that was friendly to me was Michelle. I got attitude from everyone else. As a black woman it was obvious that they weren’t happy for me to be there. The rest of the staff was pleasant with the white customers, speaking to them and had a warm welcome. I received unkind looks and subpar customer service. I definitely won’t go back to this location. But Michelle was awesome!

Rick Hall made my car buying experience the easiest I have ever had! I was looking everywhere for the new Kia Carnival and hadn’t been able to find one I liked or in the trim I wanted due to high demand. He called me letting me know that they just had one arrive that morning and it still had the plastic on it. He sent me the credit app, right away I was approved and he even came to pick me and my 4 kids up from our house to take us to the dealership since my car wasn’t driveable. As soon as we arrived I started the signing process with the finance dept. an hr later I was driving off with my brand new Carnival!!
They wanted to charge us around 4,000$ more on a SUV just because there are not many cars for sale at the moment. Very rude treatment by the one of the sales man. Not going back.

I have been to Westside Kia twice now for my maintenance service to my 2020 Sportage.After an unfortunate incident with a 2x4 on the highway, I also had to have two new tires and an alignment.Since my very first visit, my service coordinator Michelle has been warm and professional with excellent communication skills. She goes above and beyond in her job making sure I was apprised of the services needed as well as the prices that went along with each.Over the phone and in person, Michelle made my all of my experiences at Kia 5-star!

I went in twice to buy some parts there. Based on visuals and interactions, this place seems welcoming to customers. It is clean and have a nice coffee area. You can tell that someone is in charge.

Had a great buying experience, I knew what vehicle I wanted. The sales person understood my situation, I had a lease with another brand and couldn’t get out. The sales guy was able to get my lease taken care of with no out of pocket to me and we got in a brand new vehicle.
I called this place before I came out a completely lied and told me that they had great incentives and rebates and when it was all said and done it was only on a particular car which is the bottom of the line that they offer. The person I asked to speak to, Thomas, said that was him over the phone when I got there Willie told me he was on vacation. These sales men will tell you what ever you want to here and waste your time once you arrive I would not recommend this place its a complete joke!

Had to take one of our vehicles in for a recall inspection and ecu update. Simple to book the appointment at a convenient time and their shuttle took me home while they did the work. Picked it up later that. Chuck at the service counter was super friendly and helpful and Herb the shuttle driver was great to chat with.Everything was done promptly and done well.

Rick was amazing and provided me and my daughter (who also bought a car that day) with quality customer service. I actually needed a new car, but wasnt even trying to buy a car that day, but when I saw the way he handled my daughter (this was the fourth car purchase for all three of my kids...BTW), I asked him to look at giving me some numbers on one of the cars that caught my attention on the lot. Once he allowed me to test drive the car, gave me the numbers and showed me the features, I was sold. Thanks Rick for taking care of me and my three kids for the last several years. It wasn’t the worst experience I have ever had with a dealer before, however they made things very challenging for me and did not seem to appreciate my business. The sales manager was very unprofessional. He basically told me that what I was wanting was not realistic and made it feel as if I should just give up. However I explained to him that I understand what his opinion is, but that I know what is going to happen. He then made everything challenging for me from that point on. They even promised they would tint my windows for me and that I could come back today and they would set me up with a loaner and take care of me, however when I arrived now there wasn’t a loaner available and I had to Uber. Late morning I found out they took my car to a shop that was not the dealership and did not honor covering the price of my window tinting. I had to pay out of pocket when they promised they would do it for me. I even had to pick up my car from the shop they sent it to. Communication was very poor on their end and they did not honor what they promised.
I had a wonderful experience. Rye and Yamal helped me through the entire process. I was in and out fairly quickly. It was a very smooth process.

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had! To start, I was greeted immediately after getting out of my car by Jalen. He introduced himself and asked what my needs were and at the time I was only looking to see what options Kia offered in the suv market as I was considering buying a Lincolon. Jalen was extremely knowledgeable on what Kia had to offer even compared to the luxury brand. Even the finance manager Willie came out and introduced himself to let me know what options I might have. I did not make a decision until a few days later and I appreciate that I wasn’t rushed or haggled about coming in and making an impulsive decision. I came back to test drive again and needless to say I chose the Kia Sportage SX Turbo! It took a couple hours to work out a deal I was happy with as I was getting out of a 2017 vehicle and did not necessarily need a new car but I wanted to be in a suv. Definitely quicker than any other car purchases I have made elsewhere on the paperwork side of things. The sales director Rick was amazing and worked whatever magic he could ! Willow was super friendly and helpful as well from the financing office. Overall I’m extremely happy with my purchase and experience with the team at west side! Will definitely recommend coming here to see what they have to offer!
Working with Rick was amazing. Not only did we discuss all the numbers and details of the transaction via text message, but I was also in and out of Westside Kia in 45 minutes tops. He got me into a K5 GT line, the car I was looking for. They are good at what they do. I would not recommend this dealership a buddy of mine tried getting a brand new car told em the minute they load it on the truck all they had to do was call and he would call in and as soon as they open he would be there he called Saturday to Monday they told him be there first in the morning he called told him he was otw before they open only for them to tell him they sold it Friday 🗑
Service was great overall and the financing portion was the least hassle Ive EVER had when buying a car. Suggestions for future Niro buyers are: explain more of the hybrid power features, especially AC mode. I inadvertently put the car in AC mode and couldnt figure out why the keys wouldnt work and the screen didnt shut off. Thank God for the UVO remote start!
I am now in my third Kia and have become a loyal customer to this brand. It’s definitely different from its Hyundai stablemate. I have had an Elantra, Sonata and SanteFe, so I know. More European feel, better quality interior. I have had two Sorrentos, and now a Wolf Grey Telluride SXP- right off the truck! Rick Hall has made it a premium experience buying from Westside. The last two transactions were done on the phone and my dealership time was under 30 minutes. Do your homework and Rick will treat you fair.

Rick Hall was the person making the deal for us. I’m just a few hours over the phone he was able to make a day for us. We traded in 2 vehicles in on 1. They didn’t mess around with the numbers. Gave us the best offer up front and made the deal work for both sides. We drove up that same evening and they had the car detailed and ready for us before we got there. Was there for maybe an hour and ouy the door. Highly recommend west side Kia and Rick Hall.

This is a little lengthy but i try to be as through as possible. I had a good experience based on the fact that my wife found a car she liked and eventually purchased. However, there were a few things that were negative.During our initial contact with the salesman he was knowledgeable of the vehicle and did say that the dealership would honor the online price. Online showed the price of $34,??? with $2000 customer cash back withe the final price being $32,???. This $32,??? number was in green and it showed 0% financing. Not what you would think. The green price had nothing to do with the 0% financing. Deceptive I think.While being shown the car the salesman said he would get the vehicle tinted for us if we bought it. Well we did buy it and the manager said the dealership would not tint the windows.The last problem with the vehicle has to do with the keys. The dealership only had one key. They told us to come back the next day so they could get the other key. The next day we headed towards the dealership to get the second key. Thank God I called because I was told they never found the other key. It actually sounded like I suprised the salesman and he had forgot about the problem. No one called me to tell me this. I was told one would be ordered and it should be delivered in about 2-3 days. I checked today and the key is not in. 4th buisness day. I called the parts department and was told they do not know of a key being ordered. Again I am having to call to get information that the dealership should be advising me of. Also find it uncomfortable that they are replacing one key to match the one we have and not both. So someone out there has a key to my wifes car that can track down sales information and know where the vehicle is located. Not a good thought.Was also told we would get educated on the system that connects to cell phones (UVO?) to check status of aspects of the vehicle. No calls to set up a time to go over this.Would I purchase another vehicle from this dealer.NO.Dont care what the market is doing or how many chips are missing that is making the market hard to deal with. It still falls back to customer service.
