Two weeks ago I needed tires and came here with my elderly Mom, Ian took great care of us and did everything possible so we didn’t have to wait long. Horace at the register was super sweet and helpful. Now I’m back here at 7 pm right when they were about to close with my daughter’s car, she got a flat tire. CJ took great care of us today. If you ever need service for your care this is the place. Highly recommend them

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! The employees in the tire and lube center are liars and point the finger conveniently at anyone they can. The tech clearly stripped and sheared off my oil drain plug. There was fresh clean metal shards and new pliar marks on the side of the plug. They blamed the last store on Fry rd for the damage and told me they couldnt do the work. Even better they would not call and talk to the Fry rd store because they were having a store to store feud.. The guys on Fry rd showed me what was going on.. Good guys on Fry rd..

It was okay but getting new tires and tech charged me for stems and you dont replace them on newer cars, and did not reset sensors after putting on my new tires. This was Fry Road and Park Row store in Katy, Texas.

Wow... I went to the he auto care center at Walmart and the staff was so friendly. Very knowledgeable also. I would definitely recommend for anyone that is needing service to make the trip to this location.

First time in this location since moving to a new house. As soon as I parked, someone came from inside to greet me and asked me what I needed. The wait time was decent. It is a WalMart so very busy. The only reason I gave 4 star is that the check out process was a bit chaotic. First they couldnt find my paperwork. Then, when they found it, it did not scan correctly. The cashier had to go out to ask the technician why it wasnt scanning for check out. It delayed my check out about 5 minutes so not a big deal. I will be coming back for future oil change.

Excellent customer service today. Thank you, Joann. I went in at about 3:30 pm and was out by 4:30 pm. Which, is about the average time it takes for an oil change at any Walmart. All in all, this was a good visit. But, if you ever want a tire rotation, expect a much longer wait. Or take it to your local trusted mechanic.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Paid for an oil change that WASNT completed. Subsequently had to take a day off of work to take my truck to a different place only to have the mechanic at THAT shop email me a (verified) video alerting me to the fact that less than a quart of oil had been put into my truck. To top it off, upon returning to this Walmart location to alert the manager of my issue - instead of retrieving the manager on duty as I requested upon my arrival - the shop supervisor and the service technician who was responsible for failing to complete the first oil change elected to debate me on whether or not an initial oil change had been completed. Credit to the cashier that I spoke with when I arrived, along with the manager on duty for properly addressing my issue once they were notified. Thanks to them, I was eventually offered fair remedy for my experience and the trouble it caused. However, as a long-time customer of this particular location, this was a very disappointing experience. Needless to say, I will never return to this location for any kind of vehicle service. Fortunately there are a lot of other places in the area that provide similar services and display far greater consideration for a positive front-line customer experience.

There is nowhere to sit down, I had to wait standing with backache for while till tire replacement was done.

Believe it or not, a wal mart has earned 5 stars from me because if the great way they took care if me in their automotive dept when i took my croaked old battery in and they gave me a brand new one with zero cost and were super fast and nice about it. I was stunned in a good way. I highly recommend this automotive section if you get the same lady i did .unfortunately i do not know who she was but great. Really.

I had an bad experience with Walmart buying tires. So I bought tires online and ask them if my tires got the the store and the man who picked up the phone I couldnt u understand a single word he was saying. Then was trying to correct me of my last name. I was on hold for 30 minutes and I drove from my house to Walmart while on hold and I made it there with the guy about to pick up the phone and tell me if my tires were there. Then I ask for a manager to be able to check them in.Then the next day I want to go in my tires put on but they had to go find my tires again. Them I dropped off my truck and then I waited like 20 minutes later are they told me all they they couldnt put tires on my vehicle because it wasnt the factory size tires. I had to go to a different place to go get them put on spend more money then I paid for the tire to get out on.

Went here when discount tire didnt have the tire I needed in stock. They were reasonably pticed, had my tire in stock and wetter able to get it done. Room longer then I expected and didnt test my tire sensor.car still thinks I have a flat, but otherwise well done

Call before go to change the battery. she hand up and i call again, she says has the battery. so i drive by. and pull inside the bay. saying about 30mins. so i wait. and 20 mins later, she comes and tell me there is an appointment coming for 10am they need to finish the appointment first(1hour more). i look at the clock. there is 10:15am. the appoinment show up late and you just 10 more mins to finish. she seens not care and pull my truck out from the bay.

I never come to this specific Walmart because it’s so busy but I decided to give them a call to ask about their auto services and I was not disappointed! This was the first Walmart that answered my call within 10 minutes and the person on the receiving end was very helpful!Thank you Angela!

Just because i had to actually give it a star! very unprofessional and don’t do things right. changed the settings on my dashboard to FRENCH and when i went back to tell them they told me it wasn’t them. i only live 10 min away how was it possible to change on its own. then my trunk dint open afterwards either. my passengers door is crashed in a little and they try to blame it on that when i been able to get my oil change done with no problem in the past. they told me to fix my door bc they couldn’t do anything i even spoke to the manager and he was NO HELP! the lady that takes the i formation was given instructions about the car from me and she did the tots opposite. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I try to only stop here or any Wal-marts when I need to, that is typically when I need my oil changed. This particular location has been a pleasant experience each time. Customer service providers are always friendly and professional. The store stays clean and I am happy to say I will continue to return for business and small household needs. Thanks for being an outstanding Wal-Mart.

I was happy to get free battery replacement since it was under warranty and did not have to pay. Replacement done with no issues.

Best Wal-Mart service ever... I am from out of town stopped to pick up some things went back out to my truck and it was dead. Went back to automotive told them what happened a man named Horace took a battery and cablea and a battery tester walked all the way around the store. Tested my battery it was dead helped me get it jumped amd got me back to automotive to get a new one.... It took a minute (they were busy). Thank you Horace and the whole crew....

Rip off thieves.I wasted my 3-4 hrs of weekend just to have flat tire fixed and wheel balanced - none of it done. When I got my SUV back, the tire was still leaking air which i found out on the way back from work.As far as I know, when wheel balancing is done, they also rotate the tire. That did not happen. My driver side rear tire was still losing air as prior to taking to the shop. Never ever again I will take my car to these thieves.

After waiting almost 2 hours for my front tires to be replaced because one had a nail in it, they bring out the vehicle with the back tires replaced instead. They did take the vehicle back in and take the new tires off and put the rear tires back on and finally replace the front tires. Which is the only reason they got a 2 instead of a 1. They also broke one of my locking lugnuts when fixing their mistake and only replaced with a regular lugnut. All this after initially telling the lady 3 times when setting the order that the front tires were to be replaced. Doubt I will be back for their tire and lube department!

Been here for 3 hours just to get tire plugged... all they do is stand around and talk. No update no nothing. Vehicle sat in garage for 30 min before it was even looked at. Guy who worked on it could barely moved and limped around around..Day later tire was flat after driving to San Antonio.. took it to tire shop by hotel. They told me tire wasn’t sealed right. It was leaking around rim. Said we could of had a blow out! Don’t go to thi Walmart autocare! You wait three hrs just to put family at risk. Especially if an old big white guys with a limp is working on your car and a manager who just goes around bullshi$&#%. Will be filing a complaint

Went in for a battery. We had to do the research, select, and bring the battery up to the counter ourselves. We had expected to at least be asked if we needed help. Dont forget to bring in your old battery or there is the standard core charge added to the price.

Oil change took no time but the woman who took my information apparently didnt put down for a tire rotation so after the oil change was done I was put behind I long line and then after waiting an additional hour and a half I was told they cant do it.

They need to work a little faster....

Every time, Im left waiting for 3 hours for a service that takes 30 min. 2 hrs are spent waiting for them to even get to my car and then 1 hr is spent waiting for them to walk the paperwork and keys over. Only pro is the price but its not worth your time.

Waited for 3 hours only to be told we cant work on your vehicle because of a single missing lug nut. The technicians were constantly talking to each other but couldnt bother to check my car to see if new tires could be mounted on it. Whats worse was that they didnt bother to apologize for the long wait time or frustration they caused. Unprofessional and terrible service.

They left a crack in my driver side window and parked my car in a rain storm for 2 hours without notifying me they were done. My car was flooded and no call back from the store manager.

Affordable and quality service. They dont do wheel alignments, though.

I showed up a few minutes before 7am (when they apparently open). The lights were on but nothing was open, tires weren’t out, etc...I call customer service in the Walmart to verify their hours, twice, letting it ring for over a minute each time.

We were there for 2 1/2 hours waiting to get to new tires installed and after 2 1/2hrs they said they could find the tires. Worst customer service ever.

Stupid guy who did my oil change messed it up I drive Mazda 6 he put 77,000 miles my car doesnt take that much !!! Instead of put it as Mazda he put it as Dodge he didnt even knew what the hell he was doing Walmart is also stupid to hire someone like that !!

I was waiting 2 hours and when I went to ask how much was missing they told me that they forgot to register me in the system and that I had to wait 2 more hours, they do not understand anything to those who attend, they speak unprofessional English to be in customer services, lousy customer service.
