No one receives phone very unfriendly. Rude this place should get closed or work kn their customer service. Pathetic service.

Very poor customer service. Do not recommend to anyone. Taken their entire time - speaking Spanish all over and over - asking me what I was here for and if it was for me ? Do I look like somebody send me ? There is this other guy in there who came out saw me and does not even bother say Hi or assist.Very rude guy and lazy man.They called me yesterday to come pickup my item that everything is ready. I shows up and now they are saying nothing is ready they will place the order to have the last part here tomorrow. Lack of inconsistency and lack of storage management.I have to cancel the order for another ford location Period.Don t come waist your time here as I am warning u.
