Reasonable mark-ups. My only gripe is the lack of ability to get a truck and trailer into their lot easily so I can pick up heavy truck parts.Maybe a deal with the neighboring Rapid Ways leasing or something so we can actually walk over to parts to get stuff when we dont have a place to drop the trailer or need to pick something up quickly.

Better have your Vin Number with you.

Light duty got us in and out super quickly, had a bolt in the rear tire and was late getting to the airport. They helped us out without blinking an eye.

This is a great place to have your truck serviced. They are nice and friendly.

Westfall has never done me any favors since I bought my first new work KUV. The last experience I had was comical. After being called to pick up my vehicle and given my keys I walked to my truck and I noticed my tail light was hanging out of the back of the truck. Definitely not ready to go. I asked the service associate at the desk and he came out and attempted to put it back together himself with no success then left without saying much. After waiting a considerable amount of time I just put it back together myself. Not up to par on vehicle service in my opinion. At least put stuff back together and check it when your done. Hopefully management checks this stuff and makes changes. I will return but for warranty work only.

Buy parts somewhere else. They charge restocking fee from any returns, claiming on pandemics low profit and weekends working. Tattoo guy is rude with wrong attitude to customers.

Theyre rude and dont care. Theyre lazy and wont even try to help you unless you have a vin. In my opinion I would to find somewhere else to get your parts from if you can and steer clear of this place.
