Central Body Company was recommended to us for repairs to our RV. We were told to ask for Connie. Little did we know we would be dealing with someone who is passionate and compassionate about her job and clients. She treated us as if we were special & as if she’d known us for years. Connie was very knowledgeable; her explanations were thorough and easy to understand. Not only did Connie immediately recognize the problem she had a resolution. We had a trip planned on the same day that we had to bring our RV in for unexpected repairs. Since our coach was drivable, Connie had her team take steps to give the RV a much more pleasant appearance. Heather, the employee taking the necessary steps recommended by Connie, was very willing to take action. She was very professional and caring as well. Despite the misfortune with our coach, it was evident that we were Blessed to have found the Central Body Company team led by Connie Mitchell, Service Manager, on this day. Our prayers were truly answered. We will definitely recommend this company for anyone needing their services.

Connie and the crew did an excellent job on some minor body work on my motorhome this year. Four years ago they did some major body work on my motorhome. Great service, on time promises. excellent workmanship.

They repaired and painted the front cap on our 5th wheel. it is better than new. They also replaced our roof on fifth wheel before it rotted clear through. We wouldnt use anyone else in KC are to repair our camper.

I will never do business with the company again and will be reporting them to the BBB for not answering my questions. They replaced one bearing seal and the bill was $356.00. The part was only $10. All the additional labor 2.5 hours they said was for cleaning grease. First of all when I dropped my trailer off I knew it needed seals and I asked for a quote. I never received one. I asked them to repair a missing brake cable and they never did. I have never heard of just replacing one Bearing seal rather than all of them. Very unprofessional.To top it off they wanted to sell me new tires at a cost of another hour of labor $150. This does not include the cost of tires. I had the tires replaced at another shop for $12.00 per tire labor. These people are crooks and I will be reporting them to BBB.

Jeff and his team have done work for us for years. We have never had a bad experience. They are professional and take a tremendous amount of pride in the work that they do. I highly recommend KC Custom Coach.
